I stopped making any kind of stock price predictions a long time ago.

As I said before, IMVHO the 51% BW acquisition is likely already priced in and we'll see a minor bump if they ever close the deal.

What I, and I'm sure, the rest of the market want to see is an UPDATE on NSAV's current holdings.

Do any of you people not find it strange NSAV isn't giving any operational update onhow NSAV's wholly owned holding are doing???

I mean the last quarterly disclosure is due so NSAV's current operations aren't confidential.


I don't expect any revenue, just wanna know whom and how many convertibles are out there to pay for all those deals.

You know the stuff that really matters, and they can't hide the details forever.

I bought 1,5M shares when they were dropping crumbs that BW was the 51% AQUSITION.

That pimp job barely got this thing above 6cents, .... And I didn't need the ChartMaster to tell me the market wasn't buying it and I sold while the price was still above 5c.

That's enough proof for me this dog is done hunting til they show so real results.


I'm still HODL'ing 1M but my pps is .0088 just in case the market does start believing JT's tweets.

Just like waiting for that Rydehail, I wont be holding my breath waiting on that to happen....

As we previously reported, the two sides agreed to terms yesterday and today, the documents were signed by both parties. The formal closing is expected within a week. This deal is a game changer for NSAV and all of its shareholders.

I agree with you the 51% deal makes no difference to the SP at this point.

IMVHO the 51% acquisition is already priced in.

They strung the market out too long and now it's not going to move the needle .

Will get a mild bump and that's it.

What whomever is in charge of the twitter handle needs to do is give a real update about NSAV's holdings.

I've bitched before about the constant failure to put out any kind of material update about how the current 'holding's are doing.

I haven't seen an obit for the guy so I don't think he's passed on.

Presuming 10% then NSAV's gross is 240K, with a SP over 4c that's less than 6M shares.

The only crypto regulations in the US are the AML-KYC and the required reporting to the IRS of any US customer accounts with more than 10K in them.

And I don't see that changing anytime soon. Most of the reg's the US has been bartering over appears to be about the cryto world moving out of their lanes from simply selling cryto to offering investment instruments which are regulated by most countries, and the crypto world is attempting to skirt securities laws under the guise of our products don't fall under that category.


Good luck to them selling that,, and that's for the lawyers to figure out.

The CEX simply was not ready, Just like the NSAVDEX, which appears is still a beta test.

Perhaps JT should've told everyone that up front and the market would've been more forgiving.
