GENERAL POSITION STATEMENT FROM THE PRESIDENT OF REALITY RACING, INC. 7/18/2007
GENERAL POSITION STATEMENT FROM THE PRESIDENT OF REALITY RACING, INC.
We have received numerous telephone calls and correspondence from Shareholders and the public in general inquiring as to the status of the Company as a whole and the status of the Reality Racing – The Rookie Challenge television program. Responding on an individual basis has become impractical and as such, please allow me to take this opportunity to address some of the concerns in writing.
One of the main questions we receive is why is the stock price so low and what are we doing about it! We have been experiencing massive stock sell-offs recently from investors who purchased restricted shares through our Private Placement Memorandum and now the restriction period is expiring. This happens every day and as such, millions of shares of stock become available for selling back into the market. Many of those holding these shares are not nor were they ever in the deal for “the long run” and therefore dump their shares at whatever price they can get. This drives the price down and unfortunately, results in panic selling which keeps the price down. We recently hired a new Investor Relations Firm who is putting together a comprehensive plan to market our stock in a more proactive manner. On July 17th, we entered into an Agreement with a New York based Investment Banking Firm that, in conjunction with our restructured I R efforts, should result in positive results to our stock and the Company as a whole.
While the overall general response to Reality Racing – The Rookie Challenge as been excellent, we have received a certain amount of criticism surrounding the type of challenges we staged for our contestants, negative comments about how we structured the point system leading to the winner of each weekly show and what many termed as the lack on on-the-track racing in each show. We have listened to our viewers and are in the process of altering the show format slightly to bring in more of what we are being told our viewers want to see.
Most of the calls and correspondence we receive are positive…or at least constructive criticism except for a very few who seem to thrive and concentrate on only the negative for their own, personal enjoyment and amusement.
One of the most often asked question is “why aren’t we putting out regular Press Releases about the show?” We are a reality show and as such, to regularly advise what is happening at each taping, or detail the various challenges/tasks our contestants are subjected to or to announce the winners would completely go against the structure of a show such as this…..where the winner is determined at the very end of the last episode in a series. We have chosen NOT to flood the market with insignificant or irrelevant Press Releases that really say nothing.
The Executive Committee of Reality Racing recognizes that there have been problems we did not anticipate in the area of sponsorship/advertising solicitations, video production, edit and distribution and are taking steps each day to address and correct areas that are in need of attention. We unfortunately contracted for services with several persons/companies that were never in a position to provide the service represented. These matters have also been addressed.
We feel the plan we have implemented will correct our short and long term issues with the minimum of negative impact on our Company. We take our responsibility to our shareholders, investors and the general viewing public very seriously and will continue to work hard on behalf of everyone involved on any level with Reality Racing.
Sincerely,
Lee F. Schaefer
President

How do you feel the stock price will be affected by the final 4 shows coming up? Supposedly they are giving away winnings of $175,000. Do you feel they will draw more attention to the show with PRs, commercials, or advertisements before handing out that much money or do feel they won't be able to afford the $175,000 in prizes and just hand everyone a t-shirt and a hat? The next month is going to be an interesting one. RR can either buckle under the pressure and financial setbacks or finish the show with a BANG and start fresh with a season 2. I am hoping for the latter.
Does anyone know how the show itself is doing. I mean are there any viewers other than us watching the show? what are the ratings?
I don't know if that's true or not, but we do need a host that can bring more to the show. Burke is just overly negative. He constantly shoots sarcastic one liners like, "This isn't a tea party" which ,by the way, he said twice on the episode that aired today. I'd like to see a fresh face.
I hate to say it, but I feel we are going to ge FRIED Monday. To show a repeat with absolutely no information telling us why is terrible. Something had better change quickly or else this baby is going to .0001
I agree. I feel that they are laying low until the REAL competition gets started, all of the bugs get worked out of production, and we get a fresh host. Then I feel they will pump the PRs and publicity to get the show jumpin for season 2. Just my opinion but it does sound logical.
How many shows do we have left?
The shows production is A LOT more smooth and natural feeling. I still feel that there needs to be more drama and conflict injected into the show. Even the commish said that the contestants have to stop singing kum bye ya in the parking lot.
9:00am - 10:00am, SPIKETV (48)
Reality Racing
A few wrong moves on the track almost leads to disaster for a couple of the amateur competitors.
Does anyone have a personal opinion of whether we will ever recover from this slaughter?
Forget about "Huge News" and if there will be a show next season, I just want to know the progress of the current show. I feel that they should clue us in on the ratings, the website sales, and other information that could let us know if we are moving in the right direction.
Yeah, I don't think "We fired the host" is going to work for us.
Is it me or is this like watching the same show over and over again with different people. Without drama or excitement everything is exactly the same every Saturday. It's kinda like the movie ground hog day. The same show format & challenges just different experiences.
Silly Question, But
How can we determine that the show is successful? Ratings, Financials? What information do we need that will say whether it is a bonafide success or failure and when will we get it?
This really sucks. We need some news or something. Does anyone have the link to that website that reflects viewership?
This is why the show will be a hit!
THE FAITHFUL LOYAL VIEWERS:
Investors are watching
Bashers are watching
Prospective investors are watching
Curious by-standers who stumbled over the stock are watching
Investors who sold are still watching
People who sold and bought and sold again are watching
(These people will watch regardless of the production quality. It's not just entertainment for these people.)
And Then...
Racing Fans are watching (This viewer sector will grow larger as the show improves and gets more exciting. These people are interested only for entertainment purposes.)
IMO this show is already a success. Not because of the action of the stock (this stock will explode soon enough, when people realize VIEWERS make a show successful) but because RR has a solid foundation of loyal viewers (investors, bashers,
non-investors etc.) that will continue to grow each week the show is on.
Remember this: the stock doesn't indicate the success of the show. VIEWERS indicate the success of the show. The stock indicates the viewers opinion of the show that they watched. And because these particular viewers (investors, bashers, etc...) have more interest in the stock than just entertainment, the chances are very likely that they will tune in again next week. Thus giving RR a strong and growing viewership base that other shows don't have.
RR is the first reality show in history to give viewers the opportunity to own a piece of a TV show. (What a concept! Now you can financially connect yourself to a TV show.) And in most cases if you own it or are thinking of owning it, you'll watch it. If this works for RR don't you think the concept will spread like wild fire throughout the reality tv world? I mean who will miss a show that they own a piece of?
To be honest, if I didn't own this stock I wouldn't have a bit of interest in watching. But now I have my alarm set for Saturday at 9am just so I WON'T miss it. That is what RR brings to the table that other shows can't.
Get on the bus people. We're leaving soon!
JMO
This stock isn't going anywhere but down until we have either a VERY positive PR or a GREAT show that is exciting and has powerful, gut wrenching suspense every second it is on tv.
just picked up more at discount a price.
I'm also watching for a big sell off. I need to pick up some more discounted shares so that I can average down and get ready for the run up.
What's great is that these buyers are not blindfolded. (Which most likely was the cause of the sell off. Blindfolded buyers who were upset with the production of the show) They have seen the product and like the concept. Hopefully we can just ride it up from here.
A huge success!
JMO But here is why I feel this show is going to be huge.
TV Shows are successful not because of the quality of the show, but because of the amount of VIEWERS who watch the show. I've said before that this show has something that others don't, a foundation of investors, traders, whatever you want to call yourselves who are loyal viewers. We watch the show for research more than entertainment, thus we become a product of the product. It doesn't matter why we watch, just that we do. I don't care if your a buyer, seller, or just an observer chances are you will watch the show on Saturday just to see how bad or good it will be. Even if you want it to fail, you will watch to make sure it does, but if you do you are actually helping in its success. Sponsors/Advertisers pay for viewers to see their ads. They don't care if you like the show.
I feel the show will get better over time, but I don't feel that it really matters. It's like looking away from a train wreck. You know it's going to be bad, but you just have to watch. And watching is what makes this show a success.
Although the show needs major improvement, you can't compare it to other shows that don't have investors behind it. They have to work harder to build loyal viewership. While RR already has a loyal following whether you are for it or against it. As a matter of fact, the bashers are probably the most loyal. They need to watch so that they can build up ammunition to use on this board.
Again, this is just my opinion.
How long does it take to find out the ratings? I wonder if that is something they would PR if good.
I will say it was funny to watch Jay lap the guy almost 3 times. :)
I don't like the interviews with the contestants. I think they should do something like the other shows do with the confessionals.
$16 s/h ? that's crazy
What's great about this show is that it already has a built in audience. We investors instantly become loyal viewers of the show, and I don't know about you but I have already told bunches and bunches of people to tune in on saturday to watch "my reality racing show" . What other show has that going for it? Not only that, if the show is a hit it will attract more viewers who become investors and in turn will transform into "loyal" viewers who will boost word of mouth marketing and so on. Just my opinion.
Do you think that there may be a temporary pullback (profit taking)since it seems to have some resistance at .25?
$20 was just an exaggeration. I just wanted others opinions on a target price. I would be excited to get .50 myself
Question... If all things go as planned and the show has a fair debut, does anyone have a realistic target price on where they feel this might go? $.50, $1, $20
Praying :)
First two episodes are being edited right now. Huge news! You can find the article on the reality racing website. Great news!
Going up..?! EOM
The new website looks pretty good. I believe it has some of the drivers pictured.
New Release on the website. Says the event is going to be held on the 26th of November.

The New Cingular Blackjack looks pretty darn good. Offers tons of features for less than "The Edge" and will be available later THIS MONTH. How do you think The Edge will hold up to it?
All that is great, but where can I get one?
This is only the 3rd time that they have changed the date.
Gabe Sandler
I got in high and am hoping for some good news sooooon on this.
It's great to know that Gabe has obviously been reading the board, and I was wondering if he had any encouraging information about RRGI he could share. Since you work closely with the company, I'm sure there are some little bits of information that you could share that might reassure the investors on this board.
