41Channels $10 ad rate, 44 gets "$20" 🤣
$AHRO Just confirmed 10 new channels will go live on Maybacks Tuesday and Wednesday next week.
— Authentic Holdings, Inc ($AHRO) (@AuthenticHLDGS) June 23, 2023
Our Ad Rate doubles now to $10.00 per CPM on channel count and our overall FCC footprint
Opening channels on other networks is a result of our proprietary content which is in demand
AHRO's PR math doesn't even add up.
It's hard to imagine LocalBTV, which doesn't even have a total combined 1,000 followers on its social media accounts (which have been inactive since March 2023) would generate 120Mil impressions per month. But let's assume they do.
LocalBTV gets 120Mil impressions per month.
Divide by the CPM divisor of 1000.
120Mil ÷ 1000 = 120K
Multiplied by $20 ad rate.
120K × 20 = $2.5Mil revenue generated each month
"...revenue stream, which is projected to be as much as $2.5 million over the next 12 months"
Let's assume that's a typo, $2.5Mil revenue each month, not over the course of a year. Or even more likely, 120Mil impressions per year to generate $2.5Mil revenue over 12 months.
But either way, that's assuming AHRO's rate card is $20, which AHRO states, it's not.
41 channels = $10 rate.
"$AHRO Maybacks Global should be airing 30-40 channels by yr. end. This will put its ad rate card in the $15-20 per CPM from the current $4.00 rate. Sharp REVENUE growth will be the result." 3/24/23
"$AHRO Maybacks around the corner from 2x its ad rate card. We now own 30 stations up from 25 since closing a few weeks ago. At 40 we 3X" 5/16/23
$AHRO Just confirmed 10 new channels will go live on Maybacks Tuesday and Wednesday next week.
Our Ad Rate doubles now to $10.00 per CPM on channel count and our overall FCC footprint." 6/23/23
"$AHRO Way ahead of schedule on Maybacks. We can easily go to 50 channels right now but it is now time to truly monetize and manage the 41 channels we have." 7/20/23
Let's assume that's another typo. Even if the rate is only $10 and it's $1.25Mil revenue over a year, $100K ad revenue would be reported in the Q3 10-Q.
Let's assume the revenue wasn't verified and submitted but it exists.
"$AHRO We look forward to sharing the initial ad sales revenue generated by our contract with LocalBTV as soon as they verified in October. Once verified by our auditor we may file an 8-K which will qualify the revenue to the SEC and for the benefit of our shareholders." 8/29/23
Afterall, AHRO claimed in the 10-Q they "have realized revenues during the quarter ended September 30, 2023,
however, they then went on to say we are not profitable."
With total operating expenses at $84,654 and revenues near $100K, one would assume AHRO would say they're profitable or at least very close to profitability.
Instead, AHRO said,
"Subsequent to the reporting period, the Company issued 102,402,799 shares for conversion of notes."
and
"We will require equity and/or debt financing to provide for the capital required to implement our plans. We will require additional funds to operate for the next year."
So you tell me, did AHRO make $100K off its alleged $20 rate card while LocalBTV simultaneously was running in the red and had to discontinue operations due to lack of funds?
Did AHRO make enough revenue to cover its operating expenses and somehow say they're not profitable and they had to issue 102Mil shares AFTER Q3 for note conversion?
Or was it another "typo" like when AHRO said folks didn't have to worry about convertible notes?
"$AHRO No answer as to why AHRO stock was down so much on the PR of a $2.5 MM contract.
There arent any conversions going on and wont be any conversions coming from convertible notes in the future." 8/4/23
Assuming someone watched or cared about Maybacks's content.
What's more likely?
AHRO exaggerated their expectations again (remember the $800K PO for Old is Gold?) and nobody actually used LocalBTV to watch Maybacks's content, hence the Maybacks's contract wouldn't even amount to a blip on the radar for the VP of Station Marketing.
Or
LocalBTV was super successful despite not having operational funds and Maybacks's made hundreds of thousands in advertising revenue during Q3-Q4 while AHRO claims they have "realized revenues" in their 10-Q but couldn't get them verified even though AHRO is OTC and doesn't even have to report to them to the SEC.
"$AHRO We look forward to sharing the initial ad sales revenue generated by our contract with LocalBTV as soon as they verified in October. Once verified by our auditor we may file an 8-K which will qualify the revenue to the SEC and for the benefit of our shareholders." 8/29/23
So which is it? Did Maybacks's content rise to such popularity it was worth noticing while LocalBTV was simultaneously hemorrhaging funds and couldn't remain operational or did another multi-million dollar claim to fame and fortune fall through the cracks, get white-washed, and swept under the rug?
Remember: This isn't the first time AHRO's made outlandish claims when it came to business dealings.
" $AHRO we are officially sold out of all the inventory and by the end of next week will have the POs in hand. Eight major retailers loved the Old is Gold Christmas in July Album that coupled a QR Code that allows someone to claim a free NFT." 3/30/23
I spent a good amount of time talking to Josh and believed what he said. If you think any of what I've posted is misleading in any way, shape, or form, just Google him and his cell number pops right up. He got back to me within a few hours after I left him a voice-mail.
VP of Didja didn't know Authentic Holdings existed.
Josh Castro couldn't specify which company(s) might be in talks of purchasing LocalBTV but he assured me it wasn't Authentic Holdings and/or Maybacks/Goliath as he hadn't even heard of them before and wondered what AHRO even had to do with LocalBTV.
So, there's a prospective buyer, just not one related to AHRO and more than likely, not friendly to LocalBTV's (AHRO's) interests.
Spoke to VP of Didja, doesn't look good.
Josh is a super nice guy, explained LocalBTV IS CONFIRMED for sale and tech companies often "closet mothball" competitive tech. In other words, make it disappear and kill the competition, shove the tech in the closet.
Additionally, the service, EVEN IF bought by another company and not taken to pasture, wouldn't be coming back online for a very long time. Mergers and acquisitions are based on the buyer's "appetite" and if LocalBTV really was a threat, a prospective buyer would be moving much faster. However, LocalBTV is basically out of operational funds and isn't really "posing a threat." He couldn't say months versus years, but a very long time.
So, enjoy having no revenues from LocalBTV for a "very long time."
ZERO revenues, otherwise AHRO's --> Expert Market, AGAIN.
If AHRO had revenues, they failed to report them and belong on the Expert Market, again.
If AHRO doesn't have revenues, their deceptions are nothing new.
AHRO too embarrassed to post claimed revenues? 🤔
"...aside from the foregoing (102Mil shares diluted)"
AHRO DILUTED 102MIL AFTER Q3 2023
"Subsequent to the reporting period, the Company issued 102,402,799 shares for conversion of notes."
"Management plans to raise additional debt or equity and continue to settle obligations by issuing stock, as well as grow other debt and equity until the Company generates positive cash flow from an operating company."
"Potentially dilutive securities were comprised of the following:
Warrant: 11,000,000
Option: 2,700,000
Convertible notes payable, including accrued interest: 936,887,548"
"Vested interest," AKA squandered their rent money HAHAHAHAHA.
"ZERO products, ZERO revenues" isn't slanderous; it's true.
It's also a written statement instead of spoken, so you're an idiot for multiple reasons.
But what if I owned a single worthless share of this company? Would my opinions carry more weight?
No, they wouldn't... because you're a pumping idiot, unwilling to leave fantasy land; trying instead to scam prospective investors so you can dump your worthless shares on them.
"Smart" folks accumulating, as 15Mil dumps. Abandon ship!!
AHRO can't keep the lights on, hence dilution.
Longs try to forget AHRO's 2022 bank overdraft.
AHRO has ZERO products and ZERO revenue; discuss.
AHRO Company/Management Knowledge: ZERO PRESENCE. CEO walked away.
AHRO Product Knowledge: ZERO PRODUCTS.
AHRO Sales knowledge: ZERO SALES.
And only $0.55 traded... quit your pathetic pumping
ANY good news?! Like ONE CENT revenue? HAHAHAHA
ZERO products, ZERO revenues... for years.
AHRO said they had revenues, but OMITTED them.
"We have realized revenues during the quarter ended September 30, 2023, and we are hopeful more advertising agreements are signed and more ad pressions sold to generate future revenue for our company."
BEFORE September-- 65 markets, +40 channels: ZERO revenues.
Goliath had since JUNE to generate a SINGLE CENT of revenue... it failed.
Maybacks had since APRIL to do the same... it failed.
"Maybacks GENERATES REVENUES through the placement of insert advertisements, revenue share programs, channel access fees and barter."
Artificially depressed price is correct... via ZERO revenues/products.
Few grand stuck in a dead stock... *slow-clap*
Their "$5Mil asset" wasn't/isn't generating revenues, period.
Quite apparent LocalBTV is OFFLINE and PROHIBITED.
Quite apparent six months and ZERO revenues.
0.012 --> 0.0003 from 1/2/20 to 3/20/20
"...don't not buy if not combined." HAHAHAHAHAHAHA 🤡
AHRO's history has more losses than Cleveland Browns.
Zero, ask EMME... plus-sized supermodel, product-line never launched.
AHRO hasn't really ever had products or revenues... ever.
They certainly haven't ever had profits to write home about.
What hidden assets?!? It's a debt-laden sinkhole.
There's ZERO products, ZERO revenues, and management is AWOL.
Billion shares of worthless stock is still worthless.
You can convert to preferred, buy commons at a discount, and/or accumulate every last share of this company and it wouldn't matter. It's a debt-laden abysmal failure with zero products and zero revenues.
You'd likely be better off opening an Etsy account and selling t-shirts with memes on them, making fun of OTC scams.
Inventel discontinued "Old is Gold" and LocalBTV's shutdown.
Shhh... you're upsetting OptimusPrime555. They're bagholding and pumping.
