minor changes to http://www.warningtv.tv/
frankie... that is true but i would like to see them concentrate on their industry. So the modeling job services of yessnet is a good fit but ambulance operators has nothing to do with a modeling agency. I would like to see them sell it to pay off debt or reinvest in the modeling industry. Plus there is no hype in running an ambulance operator and we all know penny stocks is about hype. Just my opinion.
frankie... i want all of their time and effort on the filings right now but as soon as we pass that hurdle I would like to see them concentrate strictly on the modeling and clothing industry and drop everything else.
bruddah... you can expect another extension by the end of the month
bruddah... you have to take into account the outstanding shares
bruddah... i have been waiting for the clothing line for 2 and a half years...
if you check out the filing
http://tarr.uspto.gov/servlet/tarr?regser=serial&entry=78318935
they have the idea they just aren't implementing it.
"Class Status: Active
Clothing, namely, pullovers, cardigans, sweaters, trousers, skirts, jackets, blouses, shirts, jeans, sweatpants, shorts, sweatshirts, suits, dresses, overcoats, coats, raincoats, belts, jerseys, neckwear, socks and stockings, tights, vests, waistcoats, jumpers, track suits, blousons, gym suits, knickers, T-shirts, anoraks, suspenders, loungewear, underwear, beachwear, sleepwear, headwear, overalls, hats and caps, gloves, shoes, sandals, boots and slippers"
they just signed Laura Shields from deal or no deal... I think that makes half a dozen deal or no deal girls we have working for the agency
bruddah... last i checked we are the only publicly traded modeling agency
bruddah... I never said they aquired blingh2o or were even close to doing so. I simply asked the ceo a question of if they have thought about the idea.

www.blingh2o.com is a high end water company that i have been interested in but they are not publicly traded. When I saw they were sponsoring the same event as uber-warning I thought I could throw out the idea of them merging and allowing blingh2o to go public quickly.

according to the ceo the companies has talked but that was all i got from him.

mstep... i kept the conversation real short and just wanted to ask about the filings and see if there was a possibility of them merging with blingh20.
If you get an answer to your question i would be interested in hearing it...
i think we still got one more month
you can buy your ads online now for http://www.warningmagazine.com/
signed "Tracy Bautista"
looks like we added Ilona Navacek...
bruddahB003 do you have access to http://www.modelwire.com/webcs/Login.aspx
if not you can request an account and check out most of warnings models... they have been adding a few models a week lately and I believe we have a few from americas next top models
a site that covers some of warnings events http://www.pacificprodigital.com/
I dont expect warning to do anything before the last possible day but the ceo's comment was that they would reapply to the OTC no later than the third quarter... in order to reapply you must have up to date filings and if they have to file past Q's and K's then we could see something soon.
"This will allow us to accelerate our plan to complete our filings and apply for re-listing on the OTCBB. I would anticipate, barring any unforeseen problems, that we will reapply no later than the third quarter of 2007.''"
third quater start next month
revenue should be at least 10 million for 2005 and 2006 when they report
they are changing some things with www.warningtv.tv
morcash
check out http://wnmi.blogspot.com/
check through the links on the left side and the PRs on the right hand side.
We are all waiting for our filings to get up to date. We should have had revenues north of 10 million in 2006

Hello everyone. I check this message board every once in a while and read all of the inaccurate and sometimes ridiculous speculation about this company. I realize this all due to a lack of news and information coming from WNMI and I myself have no idea why there is not more information forthcoming. I am however very close to someone in the Los Angeles office and this is what I know:
-Warning Magazine is in more than 15 University campuses around the United States. It has gone from a small magazine to a 120 page magazine and I believe that they have had four or five issues so far. I read a post where someone said they had abandoned Louisville, KY… This is not true.
-Uber Vintage T-Shirts are selling very well and are in at least seven states. I do not know anything about the website, but I have personally purchased a shirt in a clothing store where I am from.
-While I haven’t much information to report on this, the modeling agency seems to be doing very well. It has a very strong talent and client base and has once again become one of the more successful modeling agencies in Los Angeles.
-Warning TV is not run out of that same office. But, I hear they are setting up interviews with high profile music artists and covering nationally renowned events. It seems to be going well.
-Yess Models is new to WNMI but I can assure you it is not a scam agency like someone had posted. I believe it is an agency that specializes in specialty modeling.
Hope this helps, I will keep everyone updated if I hear anything else.
