Stop throwing around words like...
"guaranteed". It is quite irresponsible. IMO
Todd
No it wont...
people dont want future dates of when it will be posted. They need it posted...PERIOD! That is what is driving this down...delays, FUD, etc. A PR stating further delay is only a used bandaid on a gushing wound. Only fins posted will start the healing in a major way.
Todd
No, sellers push it downhill.
No, but doubt is created out of what...
people see beyond that which is transparent. It will continue to plummet into the bell with no news. With each passing minute, confidence grows weaker, and so do the hands that hold the shares.
Todd
Emminant you mean.
This pig is stuck on a roaster.
Everyone has left the building...
look at the selling.
Of course he does...
everything everyone says here is correct. Niculianna is getting on her jet right now to fly to Harrow to fart on it so it dries faster.
I got filled at 16 when we immediately ticked down to 15.5. I have Fidelity, routed through ABLE. Sometimes paying a higher fee is better. :)
Todd
look at previous news release
You mean pump?...
there is none of that here. LOL
Todd
No, rub allinone's crystal balls. eom
How about neither, and just comment on it? eom
A company on the verge...
of a 300+ million dollar year, conservatively, can't afford that! Are you crazy man!
Todd
To whome it may concern:
Can you please employ some factcheckers, or better yet a standard SOP for PR or otherwise other IR release, concerning how to minimize, and better yet, prevent silly errors in your releases before making them public? That might help prevent some doubt which is pervasive in the investing community interested in investing in SLJB. You guys continue to want to clean up a mess in the "damage control mode" rather than proactively instill standard quality control practices into your organization.
Todd
He wont respond...
i have tried numerous times. Anything critical goes unnoticed here. Sorry, but fact. I contracted a psychic last week to contact my dead grandmother and had better success at contact. LOL
Todd
You mean like most businesses?
I would like to see these people survive a half a day in the FDA regulated manufacturing industry governed by cGMP's. Boy would you see an improvement over this horsecrap.
Todd
Image is important on .pk's
Thats fine, if so...
he should pay more attentioon to what is actually going on. Not respond to what people wanna hear. Better yet, before making things public on the "eve" of a very visiible penny play week, make sure the facts are correct, rather than create this FUD and nonsense that goes on knowing he'll just correct it and cause commotion. IMO communication from a company (which includes its contracted IR) should be accurate in the beginning, and cause no reason for doubt. But they continue to sew doubt, and one can only lead themself to the conclusion it is for a purpose, and at that iy may be a very devious one. IMO
Todd
So who here works at MAM?
LOL come on, fess up. Or maybe chip is still hovering to respond to what everyone wants rather than presenting truth.
Todd
Imagine another correction...
needed to be made...
LOL
This company is wrought with errors. Or it has upped its ante. If the latter is the case, and it is followed through, may a Higher being bless you all for your steadfastness. I have to think it is an error, and should read 0.0025 though, because any statement that is different than previosly released I believe could get them into VERY hot water.
Todd
Be careful all...
they are playing into hype...
let the game play out. I feel this is a poor move on MAM's part to come out like this, and present this in such a poorly constructed way. And then to use catch phrases like "September to Remember" is just stinking of a pump. I wouldn't trust this as of now. And I have emailed MAM to state that if they wanted any trust from investors, they best shape up and start presenting the case as something more than a sloppy page thrown together on a Saturday afternoon which only looks like a poor attempt to latch onto and spur on the 3-4 day run we have had in anticipation of news.
Todd
Oreo...
yeah I cant complain really about trade execution, information getting updated etc. Even with the CUSIP change with SLJB over a month ago, it seemed I was ahead of the game as compared to others on here that were complaining about problems. I don't flip much, so I dont care about paying more. I can see if you are lookin to flip for pennies with these stocks, Fidelity really takes alot of your profit away, hence you need to go even a few more pennies to make it worthwhile. Once you deal in dollarland, it appears the commissions are much more reasonable.
Todd
Yeah I have never phoned a trade...
but I use Fidelity, and if I wanna sell certain lots, I select a check box to sell specific lot and it shows the lots, and I can select from there. I imagine this is how most work, but I dont know. I have found Fidelity is a friendly site for me and like the way it works. However, I do pay too much, but i went with them only due to the fact my ESPP and 401K is all through them. I like consolidated stuff.
Todd
Your purchases are divided into lots...
thats why sometimes its best to designate which lot you wish to sell, however, I believe most brokers would sell the oldest shares first, and then so on to the newest until the order is filled however I am not certain on this. Regardless, your statement you get from your broker early 2007 will break it down based on ST and LT capital gains for the various shares that were sold.
It is a tricky situation. You obviously have more to gain from your May shares since they are at a lower cost basis. But if you really think you can hold for May, then selling the Sept shares is your option. You may wanna do up a spreadsheet and figure what is the best route for you to go, that is to say, which maximizes your profits: A. making a larger capital gain and paying a higher tax for short term (assuming you arent in the 15% income bracket by default, which I suspect you arent), or B. making less of a gain and gambling that in May that the lesser capital gains tax( only 15%) will yield you a greater overall yield on investment. I do emphasize gamble on the latter scenario because you dont know what is gonna happen come the time May rolls around.
One other note...also if say you plan to sell around December possibly. You may wanna weigh two different tax years (2006 vs 2007) to see which is the better tax year to sell. There may be no difference, however, sometimes different tax brackets, or other expected events in the upcoming year for example, might make Dec or Jan or viceversa a better time to sell.
Todd
Dont own a positioon here Ed..
just saw the post through SLJB, which I also dont own anymore since the CEO mess. Just was commenting that I find it all laughable. Its an opinion. No agenda. Just an observation. Afterall its huge. Huge for anyone who invests in Pinks/BB. It was posted for Fronthaul, but this is a PR that encompasses all. All should have eyes on this. And as such, it is fair game to discuss (not that having a position or otherwise is condition to be allowed to discuss any stock).
Todd
You gotta be kidding?!...
this is the same old nonsense we hear all the time. Its actually quite a ballsy claim to be made, and for the sake of the company and Rufus I hope he can back it up. Thats quite defamatory if not credible and found to be false. Hopefully he has facts to back things up, IMO.
Todd
No rumour...
follow my posts back a few posts to see where it started and it will lead the way.
Todd
ROFLMAO....
SCURRY....SCURRY...LOL
WHo started the rumour?....
hahahaha doesnt matter. Sounds like to me its Fronthaul and their illustrious CEO. Maybe they didnt start it, but seems he has his neck on the line out there as having said it. Interesting to say the least. But if there is some truth to it, the attention can only mean some good things for other pinks and BB stocks. IMO
Todd
But you know what...
regardless...its gonna make for some fun drama. He just levied a serious accusation. I hope he can back it up. Either he can and they know something, or he is as dumb as I suspect he is to go out on a limb like that and defame a major brokerage house. One to bookmark and keep an eye on, if anything for poops and giggles anyways.
Todd
These jokers think they can talk...
their way to a more fair valuation by schoolyard bully, smear tactics. Its laughable. You are correct in stating there are better ways in doing this, but they just wanna talk and put out threats and hold their enemies looking down the barrell of an unloaded gun. And then they claim they don't like the "Wild, Wild West" nature of the pinks and its shareholders. Looks like they are also playing with a wild, wild west attitude as well, rather than getting it done on the books and through building true shareholder trust and financial transparency.
Todd
TD Ameritrade go under...
what a laugh! ROFLMAO. Who does this guy think he is? Thats a lame taunt if I ever saw one. Where do they find these pinkie CEO's? Thats worse than Petar's condescending letter to shareholders last week. I never woulda thought. Talk a big talk, and walk with a cane made of puddy.
Todd
I did sell..
whats your point?
Thanks for your update RonnieD. :)
Todd
I figured thats the post you were referring to. However, were does it say in that post I dont care about outstanding shares? I said I didnt, and dont care about, fundamentals. Don't try to exprolate what I said, or somehow twist it.
I stated this is a stock that responds to hurricanes (speculative), and that is a multibagger potential in a few days. It is moreso poised for that now that it is at a lower PPS level, for whatever reason that is....poor funamentals, dilution, etc, or maybe just quick triggers and some people, including myself, who hyped this up in their mind as a sure hurricane play. I still stand that its a play to double or triple money. Unfortunately I think I was wrong that someone with a position at 40 or 50 cents could get that 2 or 3 bagger. I am a major bagholder now due to my pure speculation when Hurricane season was starting. But it is not over. My personal main goal now would be to average down to recover losses.
Todd
When did I say that?
Todd
Thanks Gig. I'll sit a little...
was gonna buy at 15. Wondering if I can get even cheaper. I'll monitor the pattern.
Todd
Do you have a target low? Is 0.15 a good buying point? I need to seriously average down from 0.57, with hopes of breaking even on this one.
Todd
No you are right...
i just hate putting more money into something to chase, but my gut says it cant go but up from here. I said that in the 30's, and then 20's, though. I will watch this today for sure.
