Thank you for pointing this out. It's something that I had not really thought about.
Even more rumblings that CytoDyn is shifting from HIV to oncology/NASH.
Where does that leave Regnum? Back to reselling scripts?
Any thoughts if something newsworthy will be announced on Thursday?
Kgromax, can a list be compiled with these names that can be stickied?
Also, dont' wait for me...I need to head to Office Depot for some more White-Out....this job is going to be bigger than I anticipated....
"De oppresso liber" !!!!
Closet, you are 100% correct. The name of NP on all things CYDY, LL, and other things must be erased from existence as to never pollute our gaze again. I personally have started the effort and hope that everyone joins in with me. Some efforts will be easy and others, like papers published in scientific journals and patents, will certainly be more difficult. We shall approach this task with unfaltering discipline and zeal so that future generations shall not suffer.
I have taken it upon myself to take the first step in this long and hazardous journey with eliminating him from family photos. The path has been set....shall everyone walk with me?
Now...doesn't everyone look so much happier ?
Does everyone realize that today, 01Jun2022, is the first day of CytoDyn's fiscal year?
What does that mean? Well....it means 10-Q's, 10-K's, 10-K/A's, etc coming in the near future.
It also means that the fiscal picture of 2022 is in the rear view mirror. A line drawn in the sand so to speak....closing the books on 2022...and opening a fresh set of books for 2023 (ya...including all that ugly carry forward stuff too).
What will CytoDyn's FY 2023 bring? Keep your eyes wide open....don't blink....
I'd like to continue this thought but I need to pick up some popcorn...have an important appointment at 4pm EST that I can't miss.....
In the meantime...anyone want to pitch in with me and order copies of some audio recordings???
When having to represent information that's almost 4 years old in this day and age of instant technology in an attempt to prove something that is happening today - it's sad. It also reeks of misrepresentation and other motives.
Let's take a walk back to July 2018, the same month that woman was arrested climbing the Statue of Liberty and that crazy in Los Angeles who barricaded himself in a Trader Joe's after shooting a bunch of innocent people - seems like a very long time ago. Well, that same month, on July 17, 2018 to be exact, there was a bio online that closely resembled one posted earlier as evidenced on Archive.org's website as a friend pointed out to me..
You can see it for yourself here:
https://web.archive.org/web/20180717213145/http://seekingalpha.com/author/michael-sheikh/articles#regular_articles
Apparently no changes have been made since that time as that was the last update to the web page that was recorded. Apparently Michael Sheikh stopped performing those services a long, long time ago.
Is there a statue of limitations on online bio changes?
That study was probably all fun and games until it was time to collect localized blood samples....
Everyone's favorite "Head Cheerleader of CytoDyn" seems to be getting some attention.... And not necessarily the good kind.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=168997261
Everyone does realize he doesn't work there any longer, right? Hasn't for almost five months now.
Pretty sure only thing remaining at CytoDyn of him is the faint whiff of his cheap aftershave...
I don't think there's any question of it happening, I think there are too many questions of WHY it happened the way it did.
Since this incident took place in 1986, online Utah court records are not available prior to 1996 ( https://casesearch.utcourts.gov/xchange/?content=coverage )...so...the only other option would be....
Time to fire up the moped and cruise to the Utah courthouse to take a look at the records and transcripts. Just tell the clerk...."Can I see those check kiting records for that 22yo Asian guy from 1986?" She'll probably have them right there in her top desk drawer from all the people asking for them....
There's actually a lot of truth. And we are about to enter a "Season of Truth".
Everyone, fasten your seatbelts, keep all hands, arms, feet, and legs inside the vehicle; the Big, Black, Beast Suburban of Subterfuge is about to explode from a heavy dose of truth...everyone thought Dr. Jay's recent video touched some controversial topics....
....hang tight everyone....I don't know when or who is going to pull the pin....but there's no putting it back in....
So....just the "fiery" part doesn't apply...hmmmmm......
As for the Truth? People can't handle the truth.
Vanna, can I buy a vowel....
It has apparently kept not only those at CytoDyn employed with an income, it has also created a whole cottage industry of those wishing the company a horrible fiery bankrupt death so that Leronlimab will never challenge the status quo of the FDA and BP controlling what treatments are available in continuum of lining their pockets with blood money.
Please keep in mind that the last agreement that Regnum had with CytoDyn was lead by the former CEO Nader Pourhassan. Not sure if the current BOD are continuing to nurture that relationship/agreement.
Looks like CytoDyn's HIV effort has fizzled out with all HIV study patients put on other therapies and the BLA timeline reevaluated. Other continuing indication research/development (e.g. cancer, NASH, etc) doesn't have any distribution partners lined up that I'm aware of.
What is the Plan B for Regnum if CytoDyn's HIV approvals fall flat on their face?
Misiu143,
Isn't the Leronlimab FDA clinical hold a partial hold on the HIV trials and a full hold on COVID-19 trials?
The partial clinical hold on the HIV program only impacts the patients enrolled in the HIV extension trials. The completed HIV trials with their results are already done and closed with results...now just need to get the HIV BLA over the finish line. For the full clinical hold it only affects COVID-19 programs in the US....and CytoDyn is not currently conducting any COVID-19 trials in the United States and the Brazil trails are not affected by this.
That means the cancer and NASH trials continue without any impact.....

I believe Brian Brothen is now VP of Clinical Business Development over at Biofidelity....as of Mar 2022. NP left 24Jan2022.
I think Brendan Rae is more independent of the "NP-taint" and is doing what SK probably only dreams of accomplishing.
Let the NP skeletons continue to be cast from the ship as it continues on its voyage....
I honestly think it is part of the "Cultural Revolution" ongoing at CytoDyn.
All things "NP" are slowly being erased from existence.
There only remain a few "NP" tainted aspects to be dealt with.....
....I'm half expecting a PR that Mahoob is coming back. I really do need to find out what happened when his dog ran away when he was SEVEN years old...then I can finally sleep....
Interesting vacancy on the board now.
Would just need to update the dates...and of course cut the NP quotes out....

Did they not exercise the "3+3" portion of this study to perform "Maximum Tolerated Dose" (MTD) ?
https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT03838367
This trial shows status "Active, not recruiting".
Cancer/NASH trials were not impacted by the HIV/COVID holds.
It's actually a form of formal writing use called the Chicago Manual of Style and is widely used by those highly educated in formal writing for educated audiences.
And have you noticed none of this is trumpeted via PR or 8K?
Quietly and methodically, these lingering issues are being eliminated. Ms. Urbach must be cracking a whip over people's heads to get these things resolved.
Amen to putting this in the rear view mirror. I'll certainly drink to that....now if I only had some fresh ice on this hot day.
Valid points and very little surprises me any longer about this company.
Sorry to say Rockleo...this isn't related to Amarex but with Pestell.
The Amarex situation is still in private arbitration with AAA (American Arbitration Association - https://www.adr.org/)
So, I'm trying to work as hard as possible and still worry if I'm being lazy.
So, I'll share this.....
In the matter of Case 1:19-cv-01563-RTD, RICHARD G. PESTELL, M.D., PH.D. v. CYTODYN, INC. and CYTODYN OPERATIONS, INC.
I read my own post again and realized I left out a couple of critical words in a sentence that made it lose a lot of meaning. I was distracted by someone posting something and didn't proofread before hitting the button. Ooops.
What I typed:
It's interesting reading over the early court filings. There was a lot of basis for Pestell's wrongful termination from what I saw. This could be a knockdown drag out fight. I wonder what sort of dirty laundry both sides will air....sort of like the Depp/Heard trial. Could be some shockers like the Amarex filing with NP's email. Now with NP gone there may be more of a likelihood that CytoDyn will throw him under the bus.
...need to remind myself to stock up on popcorn next week.
Crap...looks like time slipped through the cracks and the Pestell v CytoDyn et al case is coming up on Jun 1, 2022 at 0900am. Looks to be a Bench Trial. I see that Jun 1, 2022 is a Wednesday. Hopefully Judge Dawson won't be hung over and in a bad mood.

Yes. Pleasant surprise. His halfway-house supervision will most likely be 6-12 months. Highly controlled environment most likely with GPS ankle bracelet monitoring.
Let's see how much he can honestly follow the courts' restrictions and guidance on his release terms.
Not sure why so many people are having problems finding things.

I swear I can hear the decibel and octave level of voices go higher as CYDY share price go up.
I'm watching Dr. Jay's video from the home page of Quest Clinical Research.
https://www.questclinical.com/
I'm having no issues watching the video.
Yes, I did post a link I pulled from another message board. Those links on Questclinical.com were there at the same time the video link was seen. Not after.
As for financial compartmentalization between different clinical studies, that's a question for someone with intimate knowledge with how the financials for clinical trial billing/expenditures are required to be managed.
Odd...I can still watch the video. Must be something I'm doing right.
Hadn't you heard?
CytoDyn was the object of several hit pieces from Culper Research in early 2020. Now it seems that Culper Research is going after Veru.
I suspect why this Veru situation may seem similar to only certain people. They may have contributed to work on both hit pieces and wanted to bring attention to their work. Does the below sound familiar if you replaced VERU with CYDY.....oh, with the exception of the "female condom maker" part....
1) We are short Veru, Inc $VERU, a female condom maker run by a team of alleged frauds and failures who now tout a COVID-19 drug. We find glaring anomolies in the Company's Phase III trial, and think an EUA is a non-starter. Our report is now available at https://t.co/4MDshx5BeT
— Culper (@CulperResearch) May 2, 2022
Would this be the safety data from the CRO that CytoDyn was engaged with at the time?
The same CRO that Dr. Jay drops a reference to at about 24:15 into the video about the <>65yo disparity?
And that NP didn't want to a safety or dose escalation study? Or entertain IV administration?
Well, NP is gone.
The CRO is gone.
LL is still here. With an influx of new business leadership that understands show to get things done. And a SAB of respected doctors in fields that LL should be explored in.
What was that I heard? The sounds of jaws dropping to the floor?
I am even happier to see Dr Jay working with CytoDyn than before... And even suspect that he may have been the catalyst to the ouster of NP.
Anybody that can't handle the truth shouldn't listen to this candid brief given by Dr Jay Lalezari to NIH.
Presentation to NIH Colleagues: Leronlimab for COVID-19 (12/21)
Lots of info flowing one way... About all participants.
I'm done with all the adolescent bantering.
As it's been said many times before.... It ain't over until the fat lady sings.... And I think I heard her clearing her throat...
All I got to say is there's a couple of groups that decided to get ahead of the problems they saw. Let's all just hope things land in some sort of usable order and that the blind lady of justice does her job well.
