Gip,
Give it a break. That generic disclaimer could include anyone in the world.
Is the market trying to tell us something?
Perfect!
NO on the compensation plan!
...and that is why we all need to vote NO!
I would agree with a Humble Howard. In my professional career I always placed my biggest bets on good people. While I am VERY LONG in the stock, my biggest worry is management. I’m betting that the science is so good, that even a hopeful CEO with just enough facts could make this work.
GLTA
Go CYDY!
.....and that is why we all need to vote NO.
Rockleo,
You are the best. What an outstanding human!
Thank you for being on this board.
I’m voting NO!
I have been a supporter of NP. However, these 50M shares are going to be a bridge too far for me unless there are some real accomplishments that bring in revenue.
Isn’t it NP getting sued and not CYDY?
......And we all have our own internal moral compass that guides our interactions with anonymous strangers. Hopefully, we all treat each other with the kindness and respect we would extend to our loved ones.
Smiley,
The silent majority is behind you.
Keep fighting the good fight! Don’t stop posting!
Chuckles,
Your ability to research and digest vast amounts of information continues to blow me away. But the real icing on the cake for me is how you deliver the results of your work with such a happy heart and good humor.
Keep up the great work!
The bar for EUA keeps getting lower.
Maybe CYDY should start a trial comparing Leronlimab to leeches. No doubt that will be the next SOC.
I live in the Portland area and their has been virtually zero local news on CYDY. I assume the Google searchs are high for OR/WA is because their are many CYDY shareholders in the area.
And when we all purchased our ticket for CYDY to win, the name of the jockey (NP) was clearly listed in the program.
Didn’t Saltz say that when Gip goes bearish it is generally a bullish sign for CYDY?
Smiley,
Great to have you out of the penalty box and back on the ice. The team is always better when you are in the mix and fighting the good fight!
Have a great week-end!
And a restful week-end wish to all of my fellow LONG and STRONG CYDY shareholders!
Well said Blue Man.
Ec,
I would be happy to pitch in on that subscription for Chuckles. Happy to even upgrade him to a premium level!
Chuckles,
Thanks again for the great research. I spent some time on the Utopia Capital Research site from the link you provided. Clearly this is a site dedicated to short sellers and they try to put a positive spin on their dark art.
What I did find very helpful was a 4 part series entitled "An Introduction to Short Selling". This series includes the history of short selling from it's inception in 1605 by Issac Le Maire of the Dutch East India Company. It also lays out the mechanics of how to short a stock and the associated risks and rewards of the practice.
What I found fascinating was their spin that shorts were actually "helping" the regulatory bodies like the SEC do their jobs since those agencies are typically under-funded and under-staff. According to them, shorts provide an important public service. I can't tell you how grateful that made me feel all the "help" they had provided to CYDY longs.
Below is a link for anyone interested in learning more about the dark world of the shorts.
Part 1 is titled: "Basics of Short Selling". At the end of each part, there is a link to the next article.

Saltz,
I can relate to your domestic challenges. If my wife actually saw our regular 6 figure day swings, she would be forcing my hand to hit the sell button.
No guts, no glory!
Keep up the great posts.
Hopester,
The post I’m looking forward to from you is the one after the FDA has granted approval. I’m hoping that post leads with the line: BUY, BUY, BUY!
I have appreciated balance you have brought to the board.
It was first thing this morning. I'm sure it is gone by now. I have a picture but I'm not as skilled as Chuckles at adding pictures to my post.
Another clue about the call today?
This morning there was a KOIN 6 (CBS) news truck parked outside of CYDY headquarters. Given that there are no protests in the area and I don't think they were doing a restaurant review, this could be a good sign.
Scooter,
I really enjoy your posts and the research you do for all of us. However, I really hope you are wrong on your assessment of this call and the potential adverse impact on uplisting.
Let’s see how the world looks tomorrow morning and 30 days from now.

Chuckles,
You are a research machine! Thanks for the information.
Based on the grading scale in the article, I think I would give our resident “friend” an “A”.
Borel Fields and Bobshmob
I totally agree with tikotiko that your posts are currently the most important on the board. Please keep them coming.
Scooter,
Great research. Thanks for all of your useful contributions to the board.
Do you think it was Agent Smith cutting people off? They really don’t want the humans to know about Leronlimab.
I’ve seen the back and forth debate about NP on the boards by long term shareholders ever since I started following the company since earlier this year. I didn’t pay much attention to it initially because I hadn’t lived life with NP over many years. I only saw the results over a several month period and liked it.
As I have learned more about him, some posters (Saltz) have compared him to Steve Jobs. Jobs was a driven person with a clear vision where he wanted to take Apple. He was also perceived as hard to work with because it was always his way or the highway. At one point the Apple BOD had had enough and brought in a “professional” CEO. Fast forward and that turned out to be a disaster and Jobs was back at Apple. As we all know in hindsight that was clearly the right decision.
Without NP, Leronlimab would have been lost to the world (At least that is my understanding). His vision for the potential for this drug has not wavered. As a teacher that knew NOTHING about the pharmaceutical business, he raised $250M and has brought this drug deep into the red zone. Just a couple of good plays and he has won the biggest Super Bowl in medicine since penicillin.
At this point I think the CYDY/NP pairing is just as strong as the Apple/Jobs connection. I’m sure neither of these individuals would have been voted “Most likely to change the world.” by their high school class. Yet here we are. One clearly did change the world and the other is on the cusp of doing it.
If Leronlimab is as successful as we think it can be, it will because NP did it his way.
Bottom line is if you invest in CYDY, NP is the horse you signed up to ride.
Giddy up and hang on!
Bobshmob,
It is great to have you on the team as we start diving into the weeds on the trial results.
You da stat man!
Chuckles,
Thanks for your continued great posts.
I’m looking forward to seeing a picture of your new F-650 when you have been able to capture some of you gains.
Chuckles,
Thanks for the link. That is a much better feed.
CYDY up 1.67% in German market to $5.56

Whosonfirst,
I have no idea where the share price will go tomorrow, next week, or next month. I spent enough time owning Tesla that I gave up predicting the future. What I do know is CYDY, much like TSLA, has a game changing product. I’m willing to bet the general direction will be up with a lot of wild dips before the ride is over.
Better buckle up!
Justdafactss,
Is your bottom line recommendation we should all just sell CYDY and get the heck out of Dodge?
Or, is all of your DD an attempt to personally get comfortable with CYDY before you make an investment?
You clearly are a capable person that puts a lot of work into this. If I’m to benefit from your work, it would be helpful to understand your goal.
While it currently feels like your work is an unfocused, meandering walk through the forest, I can’t believe that is your intent. You are too smart for that to be the case.
Thank you.
German market opens up 6,67% at $5.47
https://www.bloomberg.com/quote/296:GR
Justdafactss,
Do you think this is just another ploy by NP like when he said they filed the BLA?
At what point does the SEC step in?
