I think approval will be in Canada before Brazil but your prediction that approval in Brazil will be next could very well be.
In 4 to 6 weeks CYDY share price will be $30 plus, lenz will be $10, I'll buy a couple shares when lenz announce EUA application then sell when it dumps at $14
LOL! yeah right, these back alley ambulance chaser law firms don't have the budget for that, they are going broke paying for PR's everyday for their fake investigations.
Completely false that nobody cares about Philippines news, from the second they reported on Leronlimab saving lives in the Philippines people who are short CYDY stock have been frantically trying to discredit and deflect attention from the amazing news that Leronlimab is being requested and prescribed by doctors in the Philippines.
These two plaintiff's don't even have a case, they're whining because CytoDyn touted Leronlimab to be a treatment for Covid? The trial for covid is still on going!, so what's their case? They were stupid and sold their shares to early?
WRONG they can charge a fee for the CSP, CytoDyn doesn't need to market Leronlimab in the Philippines because doctors are coming to them requesting Leronlimab and CytoDyn can indeed sell Leronlimab for the CSP'S
"CytoDyn partners with Chiral Pharma to register Vyrologix in the Philippines" https://www.proactiveinvestors.com/companies/amp/news/939999
https://www.cytodyn.com/investors/news-events/press-releases/detail/521/cytodyn-executes-exclusive-supply-and-distribution
Absolutely, and it's over due on the 28 hospital patients, with knowing for a fact out of the 28 a large portion if not all had a positive response that news is probably being delayed while CytoDyn finalizes the deal for 200,000 vials, I think that will be the PR.
Something behind the scenes indeed. Everything is pointing to a CYDY buyout for big money the biggest clue is Mahboob leaving unexpectedly and the biggest tell is he still owns his CYDY shares. He most likely resigned because the buyout pharma will take over the BLA, if he left having insider knowledge of any negative reason with the company he certainly would have sold his shares.
Can you explain why HGEN investors are so obsessed with CYDY? HGEN is even begging and pleading for new investors on CYDY's board info page. It's not a good look when this board is dominated by CYDY.
Can you explain why there are no buyers for HGEN? I expected a profit taking sell off after announcing endpoints but something is going on here, hgen should have recovered, it's not looking good from an investment standpoint.
They are still begging for plaintiff's! And they're lowering they're price!!!! First it was $500,000 then $200,000 now it's $100,000. This clown show is a joke.
I'm not saying it won't be approved but from an investment standpoint it won't play out the way HGEN bag holders are hoping. There are no buyers for that stock, when they announce EUA day traders will run it up to mid 20's then sellers including shorts will dump it again. Institutional money will start buying after EUA but that's a slow process.
I think it's hilarious, HGEN is such a garbage investment they are literally begging for investors on CYDY's board. Something is going on with that stock there's no way it should be dumping like that. Somebody knows something.
So now it's shifted once again "Leronlimab is not treating patients in Philippines"...ok well "it's only one patient"...ok well "it's only 28 patients"...ok well "CytoDyn cannot sell Leronlimab in Philippines"...ok well "Philippines is to poor to afford Leronlimab"...ok well "CytoDyn can sell Leronlimab but WILL THEY DO IT?"
The fact that the Philippines approved CSP for Leronlimab AFTER evaluating the DATA CytoDyn presented for Leronlimab should tell you they definitely not only met the standard of threshold they are also very impressed with the data.
It looks like the Philippines has approved Leronlimab as a treatment for Covid. Nothing in this document reads a long way to go.
Canada updated their COVID-19 IO website today.
In the "outcome of application" column, there are 4 possible scenarios:
Pending
Authorized
Rejected (by Health Canada)
Cancelled (by the company)
Leronlimab is sill listed under review, they must like what they see so far.
https://www.canada.ca/en/health-canada/services/drugs-health-products/covid19-industry/drugs-vaccines-treatments/authorization/applications.html?fbclid=IwAR14pvaRVgg-OOuZdya3PGt2lO6Cwooj4bWHvQVCy_oPr0YOuhQ1ZK5xcE0
So.. they're not interested?... But they wanted Leronlimab for 29 ICU patients in one hospital...because they're not interested??? Hmmm
What does FDA trials and approvals in the U.S. have to do with the Philippines? If this is all you can provide for a link that says CytoDyn cannot sell Leronlimab under CSP then you've provided proof there is no link.
I was thinking the same. CD12 just updated on the 14th with a new completion date in June of 2021. Could this be the beginning of phase 4 with EUA approval?
It's nice to see the argument against Leronlimab in the Philippines has evolved from "Philippines doesn't want Leronlimab"... "CytoDyn didn't send Leronlimab to the Philippines"...."ha only one patient from the Philippines"..."pres didn't get Leronlimab"...."well pres got other drugs too" ...."they didn't send Leronlimab for 28 patients"..."well they can't sell Leronlimab".... and now it's "ok I'll believe it when I see it".
The wheels are turning, this is happening, CytoDyn will be selling Leronlimab in the Philippines.
Where's the link? You keep making accusations, where's the link that says CytoDyn cannot sell Leronlimab under CSP?
Provide a link that shows CytoDyn will not be able to sell Leronlimab under CSP,
"Under Compassionate Special Permit (CSP) in Philippines, CytoDyn is well positioned to generate significant revenues"
"it has executed an exclusive supply and distribution agreement with Chiral Pharma Corporation to supply up to 200,000 vials of leronlimab to critically ill COVID-19 patients in the Philippines under CSP authorizations. This agreement will accelerate the delivery of leronlimab upon an expanded authorization under CSP."
https://www.cytodyn.com/investors/news-events/press-releases/detail/521/cytodyn-executes-exclusive-supply-and-distribution
CytoDyn doesn't need an EUA in the Philippines, the Philippines will approve 200,000 CSP, you can pick up your mic now.
You are right, I was being conservative in my estimate, hopefully they can manufacturer even more than that.
200,000 vials of Leronlimab to the Philippines and don't forget 600,000 to Brazil. Over one billion in revenue. That's basically CytoDyn's entire inventory for only two countries. It's a good thing Samsung is ready to manufacture one million vials a month.
I see you're going with the
"nuh uh is not" argument, we'll check back later see how that's working out for you. Chiral Pharma is receiving many requests for Leronlimab those request will be fulfilled with the 200,000 vials headed to the Philippines.
I would say it could be early next week, enough time has passed since the 28 patients were given Leronlimab. Not hearing an update on them leads me to believe the next PR will be the sale of the 200,000 vials. From an investment standpoint I would certainly be positioned now.
Cytodyn will have an EUA SOON
CD12 updated yesterday...still recruiting, OLE still approved. New completion date is June 2021, hmmm phase 4 PR coming soon?
"History of Changes for Study: NCT04347239" https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/history/NCT04347239?A=1&B=14&C=Side-by-Side#StudyPageTop
It's good to know the argument for Leronlimab in the Philippines has shifted from... it's not saving lives in the Philippines to..ok well CytoDyn's not making money there. At least we all agree Leronlimab is treating patients and saving their lives. As for no revenue that's so far off it's laughable,.... right here..first paragraph
https://www.cytodyn.com/investors/news-events/press-releases/detail/521/cytodyn-executes-exclusive-supply-and-distribution
After one shot of Leronlimab President Estrada was smiling and giving thumbs up, with the second shot today he should be doing even better. Data on the 28 hospital patients should be coming in at any time or most likely CytoDyn, Chiral Pharma, and Philippines gov. already have enough data that they are finalizing the purchase agreement now.
"Under Compassionate Special Permit (CSP) in Philippines, CytoDyn is well positioned to generate significant revenues"
https://www.cytodyn.com/investors/news-events/press-releases/detail/521/cytodyn-executes-exclusive-supply-and-distribution
CytoDyn has over ONE MILLION vials to sell! It's a good thing lenz has zero inventory because nobody wants it!!!
Even the former president Estrada wants Leronlimab, he doesn't want lenz, the shareholders of lenz don't even want the stock they're dumping like crazy. Leronlimab is going to save thousands of lives in the Philippines.
So what you're saying is that would be a NO, nobody wants lenz. Meanwhile one hospital alone wants Leronlimab for 28 patients in their ICU. They could have just as easily requested lenz...they didn't...they specifically want Leronlimab.
It's kind of amazing how Leronlimab is saving lives in the Philippines. By the way has anyone, any country, any person requested lenz yet???
