people for the long term. The company had to test all aspects of its
microbank services -- remember what it is bringing to the marketplace is
both new and unique -- and it was more important to make sure everything
worked properly than to hit an arbitrary date for the launch.

The financials were issued last year on August 12 and these dates tend
to trend the same annually.

OK. Last year the financials were released on Friday August 12th. This year the financials in my opinion will be coming out on the 11th if they release them on Friday, or Monday the 13th.

So what does all of this mean. IMHO, it means that we should be expecting a PR possibly sometime this week, but more than likely very early next week, followed with financials at the end of the week. I will remind everyone that it is fully LEGAL for a company to issue a release date for their financials, so when Paul says that it will trend the same as last year, it will. If you take this in combination with the fact that I personally have been in contact with several companies in regards to Email campaigns once the PR and Financials hit “and not the buy now crap like those P&D sites, but legit services that alert news to subscribers/members about undervalued companies and that’s all” and as of this moment, IMHO, we will begin the next run at the teens. With the recent MM’s consolidation, they now have enough shares to let this break past a dime, which is why IMHO, I say the teens.

Quest, as always, I know you will be confirming all of this correspondence with Paul. Please do so to validate it for the readers of this thread. Anything anyone wants to add.

A bit of research:

1.the earths crust. (M sand) (Shale) (P-sand) and there are more sands. These are all sands that are at certain levels in the ground that maintain the areas of gases and oil as well as any other liquid transfer. The shale rock traps the gases in the earth’s surface and causes the sands to harden and Hydrocarbons are trapped in the sands which keep the sands brittle. The hydrocarbons help tell us what is in the levels we are drilling.



2.The sands get there name from the river bottoms in the ground. The river bottoms are just as they seem, the place were liquids travel in the earths cores. Each river bottom has specific sand based on the hydrocarbons. There are different depths in the earth surface from area to area. Gases can be hit at 100 feet, 1000 feet 10,000 feet and sometimes never hit. Geologist has been able to tell where the gases are most likely going to be from seismic test. With this in mind we are in the m-sands and shale. Each layer of shale could trap oil and gas.

Are seismic level is 13,500 and 14,200. 13,500 was the level expected to find the first Oil, 14,200 was the level to find the oil in the second level. The object of 13,500 was the first cost basis and the 14,200 is the second cost basis. We establish a cost basis in what we are going to pay to drill a dry hole at both depths. This cost basis is an investment that has a 10 for backing minimum return to start. Remember a seismic report is only as good as the paper it is written on.
With this in mind we start production with the ideal that we have the opportunity of drilling a dry hole, the opportunity of hitting gas, the opportunity of hitting oil or the opportunity in hitting both gas and oil. That is all this is an opportunity. The same opportunity as you and me has. We bought this stock with the opportunity to do all of the above. The suspense, where is this going?

Lesson three.
Testing, when we start getting close to the first level, we start doing test. We have to make sure that we do not hit a very large gas pocket, get back blow off and blow the rig completely out of the ground. Remember Grey Wolf is drilling this rig and there daily mudd logs are explaining each hour as they drill.

OK a mudd log. This is the testing of the mudd as it comes out of the dry hole to see if we have any hydrocarbons in the mudd. Mudd is sent down the center of the drill rig and brought back up the outside of the rig and tested periodically as they drill down. The deeper the hole the more testing required.

It is the geologist on site as well as the Drill rig foreman to keep these logs and keep everyone around the rig safe. For this reason you start to understand the cost of drilling. It can be dangerous if not done right.

The deeper we get we start getting into the M-sands and the shale and the p-sands. These sands usually carry a higher intensity of hydro carbons, so the rig will slow down not to make any mistakes. The mudd weight is increased as we go deeper to keep any blow out to happen as well. Not to say it has happen just emphasized on safety.

Lesson Four
All the time we are drilling we are testing the sands. We are now testing every two hours to every hour based on the depths. The deeper we go the more hydrocarbons in the sand the more testing necessary for safety. The drill rig can come to a craw.

Is this possible, highly unlikely, the foreman in charge would never allow this to happen, because he would be the first to die with a blow out. They travel at these slow paces for a much better reason. The hydrocarbons that are detected at these levels have told the rig operator we have something important and we need not destroy the perfect hole we have now. It will cost way to much money to drill another hole and the cost of the equipment in the hole is extreme at this time. Damaging the equipment at this time would cost the drill company more than they would make on the drilling of the hole. Again, safety is the number one priority when we get to these levels, even if it is still a dry hole. Hydrocarbons can be a small amount or a large amount and the gas available could cause a blow out at any time.

Again we talk about safety first. Safety is a issue when the presence of gas gets higher and higher and the mudd level weights on the drill rig must get heavier and heavier to keep any gas in the hole, staying in the hole.

Lesson five VECOSITY
Just say we hit OIL / not that we have but if we did. The sand at this level would have a viscosity level in it. Like the viscosity levels in the car motor oil. The higher the viscosity level the more OIL. I do not understand this level as well but I will still try to explain.
Once you drill through a layer of shale rock, rock which traps the oil in the grounds surface, the oil and pressure from the gas is what helps lift the oil to the surface. The sands that are coming up are test for hydrocarbons and OIL. Once oil traces become apparent, the levels of viscosity tells how much oil is in the ground at that footage level. This is marked on the logs. We would be able to state we have oil at X footage with X barrels expected. The viscosity tells all of this from my understanding, but we are not done yet. Our seismic says X footage and we will drill to that depth, marking along the way every sand level we go through and every shale level we go through and all hydrocarbon test and all viscosity test along the way until we hit depth.
With this in mind the first time we find out we have gas or the viscosity levels show oil, a pr is not put out because we are searching for the total package.

Lesson Six Pay Zone
A pay zone is exactly what it refers to getting paid. A pay zone is established by the hydrocarbon test and the viscosity test. Once the hydrocarbons or viscosity levels reach a level that is considered to be recoverable assets, we enter what is called a pay zone. Are investment is now not a waste and we go from a dry hole to what is then called a well.

The definition of a well is getting paid for recovering lignified assets trapped in the ground.
Pay dirt is a different term all together. Pay dirt is the recovering of trace oil in the mudd. We do not have a pay zone because the level of viscosity does not reach the level necessary to try to collect the assets.
Once a pay zone is established the drilling comes to a craw. The safety and welfare of the WELL becomes of vital importance, hence the term PAY ZONE. We do not get paid if the zone is blown up, and the cost to re-drill may exceed the assets available.
90% of all wells at this level succeed.

Ok this is where I start asking the questions.

The PR told you that not to listen to any rumors that have not been PR straight from them because they may not be true.

I received a one hour lesson that has my mind wrapped so tight it is hard to evaluate the boards and the terminology presented to me today. Now with that said this is where it gets fun. From this point on in my evaluation speculation becomes part of the lesson.
