That’s not sub penny, is it?
I haven’t seen many people putting fifty cents out there as a price target but both that and sub penny are ridiculous. Folks should be smart enough to see that both of those are very very unlikely to happen anytime soon. Potential stop sign is what, three months off roughly? What possibly makes you think they won’t file their Q1 numbers in the next three months?
You’ve been waiting for sub-penny for how many months now? 18?
I imagine there were also a fair number of short term swing traders who saw what happened the last time O&G info was released and were hoping to profit, but as the day passed and nothing official was released they cut bait. Q1 and Q2 are both going to be interesting to try and piece together the revenue streams from our distributors and see if we are truly making fractions of a penny on the dollar. It’s been long enough now for some of these distributors we should have seen revenues rising.
Nice accumulation... I hope the next few months turn those shares into a nice chunk of money for you.
You ever get to that two million share number you wanted a couple months ago?
Rough balance found between the hype and hope of the oil test results and the hesitancy surrounding the yield sign and unknowns of the pending financials. I know there has been a lot of hope put out there surrounding the UK for a long time, and that has been renewed lately, but I’m still a little worried that the NHS co-opted the technology and is making HOCL in-house. The language they use is about reinvesting in their own system, which I’m struggling to reconcile with having an outside company involved.
That’s the right attitude!
“What my position with the stock is, if there even is one, is nobodies business”
I couldn’t disagree more, honestly. You have been accurate on some things so I appreciate reading and analyzing what you post. As part of being a critical consumer of information, it’s not just what you say that gets analyzed but the themes and patterns and potential motivations behind it. So, like every poster here, your stake in the stock could affect your motivation and thus is my business. You don’t have to tell me, but I’m still interested. The frequency of posting and level of extremity in position, to me, prompts additional questions.
I mean, honestly, at this point you are invested in some way to be this negative. It’s less about analyzing what you say and more about analyzing why you say it.
3 x 4 x 2 = 24? Similar to the overall number of distributors?
342.
You’ve been saying this for awhile and the OS remains the same... how is that?
Scared off by all the nonsense posted on here.
That’s what so many on here seem to pride themselves on, spreading misinformation. It’s really sad and frustrating.
It goes without saying that filing the Q on the exact due date without a NT is desired. When people are happy to see a NT, it is specifically within the context of this company’s history of not being pink current. Seeing a 10Q means they’re aware of the tools available and are using them. Of course we would rather not see one at all.
Hmmm... I heard a lot of chatter before about the QB being insignificant and who cares about the OTC distinctions, but now you’re putting it up there as a good standard which we didn’t meet? Pick a side already, geez. Also, I mentioned the categorical “not legal” statement which was made taking away from credibility and you didn’t address that but tried to change to “legit” instead of legal. Different L word that starts with five letters, try again.
They have filed within the rules and haven’t been late in an unsanctioned manner in how long now? Three consecutive filings? And they’ve maintained pink current? I mean, that’s progress from where we were. You can’t disparage them for using the tools available to them, they file NT documents when they need to (now) and that’s allowed.
Lol okay, nothing is legal. Speaking in absolutes takes away from credibility like nothing else can.
Yes, that is the process. So what makes you believe this company is under investigation? Can you provide any specific examples of illegal activity or other actions that would warrant investigation?
That’s pretty poor logic. You’ve been accurate on a fair number of predictions, but all companies exist under a general understanding of *not* being under investigation. For a person to level an allegation of being under investigation there should be some actual information or evidence, not a position of “you can’t prove they’re not under investigation.”
Nice, awesome work.
I’m glad you did, I’m still hunting it!

Would love some thoughts from the board on the relationship between Tutum Health and PCTL Europe.
I agree with all of this, and I retain very high hopes for this company’s future. I did sell 20% of my shares at .0229 Friday, hoping for a dip when the Q is filed so I can get more shares with that cash. There is so much negativity on this board I feel it’s nearly inevitable there will be a dip no matter what the Q says... large or small, it’s impossible to guess. I believe that dip likely won’t last long, however, and I want to turn that 100,000 shares into 120K, 150K, heck, anything more than 100K. I haven’t tried to flip PCTL like this in the almost two years I’ve been here but I’ve been watching it daily for 22 months so here’s to hoping I may actually get this right for once.
I agree completely with you, it would be nice to hear some specific and detailed information from the company. There have been some decent critiques here (and some silly ones) that have given me pause to continue buying. I purchased as recently as a couple of months ago but am becoming increasingly uneasy about the direction of the company. I would love to see oil and gas be a solid producer, but I also had high hopes for some other business avenues also. I think my sell point is likely around a penny so I don’t lose any money here. Could have banked some serious cash if I’d sold at the top around .09 but that’s the wish everyone has, right? I would love to see an extension on the 10Q and a simultaneous filing of that and the oil field test results, assuming they are good results.
Lol no worries, I don’t feel picked on! I’ve been here since July ‘19 and don’t always remember everything that has occurred, it’s helpful to draw on the collective memory and also to get different perspectives and beliefs so I can make better informed decisions.
I suppose we define “lie” differently. If one assumes ill intent and thinks he intentionally misstated the $4 million, yes that is a lie. If he didn’t have the willpower to refrain from guessing at a number and then he was wrong, that isn’t a lie it’s just a really poor decision to speak when he shouldn’t have.
No doubt, I see why people believe that.
Good points, many of them, but my own belief is that Gary isn’t a fraudulent liar. He is likely a schmoozing people pleaser that doesn’t understand how to run a public company. I’m not happy with the way a number of things have gone and are going but he’s not running a 100% failure rate.
I still can’t understand how audited financials equate to a scam? Please explain.
How many times has the sub penny prediction been accurate? TIA
BUT MY WORDS ARE IMPORTANT AND THIS MAKES PEOPLR LISTEN BETTR
You have been claiming imminent sub penny constantly for weeks, possibly months now, and it hasn’t happened. Are the positive catalysts and year over year numbers stronger than you have considered them to be? Seems likely.
I appreciate your posts as well. There are several folks on here whose posts ultimately make me a smarter, more informed investor.
I also appreciate your posts, thank you for putting the energy into your analysis.
I think it is 25%, PCTL has 48 out of 191 outstanding shares.
That’s a great question for which my novice financial knowledge base doesn’t have an answer.
Perhaps it is somehow related to the PCT Europe filing document having 48 “unpaid” shares? I don’t know what the international business process looks like, but is it possible that there is some lag between the European side of things and the US side of things? The European side has the shares there but until they get “paid” (whatever that means) it’s not a qualifying event requiring reporting here?

Confirmation statement filed March 3, 2021, shows PCTL stake in PCT Europe. Perhaps it will be reflected in the Q1 2021 filing documents?
