JPGetty, multiple people have said that UK group is not the company. Gen2 International is the company we are dealing with and they are based in California. We don't have their contact info thus can't provide anything....Gen2Group (UK based) in not the same company. When the Happy Hour starts, serach for Gen2 on the RSHN board. Gen2 has been discussed a while back in 06 and 07. Gen2 name was posted by a poster last year when E-water was trying to get into Japan.

So here is what you are claiming:
1. Someone recorded conversation with Corr
2. Corr knew he was being taped when he spoke
3. That someone knew you and your address
4. That someone send the recorded tapes to you
5. That someone they contacted Corr and told him he sent the recorded tapes to you
6. Corr or a mysterious person’s lawyer contacted you after knowing the fact
7. You posted about the supposite tape on the board
8. Two hours later, you claim the lawyer’s email so won’t post anything yet
How do we know you are not making it up? After being removed as RSHN board moderator, you pop-up suddenly after several months and have amazingly received these tapes.
Please don’t question my credibility. If people truly feel I need to defend it, then I am not the right person for being a RSHN moderator…

Felix I agree but I feel this board spends so much time complaining like 5 year-olds. I am not happy with were the PPS is but I choose to be proactive about my investment. Don't forget the golden rule: High Risk = High Rewards. Everyone here should have know the risk they were taking. This company is on the right track with good products. It will be hard for management to screw it up. People here should keep in mind that AR got approved end of May. It has been little over two months and I can see the progress AR has already made. I truely believe AR will carry E-water and other products to the stores (not as fast but eventually). Since I don't here 'A fat lady singing', I will be proactive about RSHN and wait to see what Corr and company does for us.

PS: Posters, please don't give me any free speech BS.
Lets put things in perspective here: Those 300,000,000 shares represented $60,000 total in trade.
There have been some bad management moves by the company but like many here, I like the product and will wait to see what Corr does for us. BBW and other chains are in serious talks with the company and keep in mind what 1 contract with a chain is worth. It would put that $60,000 to shame.
I have personally bought the products 991 miles apart from 2 different chains and can see the growth happening with the company. Complaining is easy and many have earned the right to be pissed but there are two different paths you can choose:
1. Complain like crazy on a stock board so other who are interested in the company/product will stay away
2. Be proactive about your investment and do things like requesting products. Chris did that with Kroger (he provide the link) and got a response from them. I requested my gym to carry E-water and they forwarded the request to their contacts...
The RSHN headquarters has a 6 men crew so there is not enough time (for them to talk to 'investors') and especially money for them to handle everything they need or should do.
You can be part of the problem or be a part of the solution. The choice is yours....

7-11 has 32,711 stores around the World so I am 100% sure your contact does not know everything that the company does...

Once again, no facts to support the post....It takes more they a week to close a deal so please try harder...Why do you care since you have already sold the shares?
The stocks were used as a colleteral and the value of the colleteral had fallen so they had to add to the account. You and I both know it but yet you ignored the fact....The PR also stated they were working on closing the deal thus no timeframe was give. It takes more then couple of weeks for the 6 man crew to get the deal done especially with limited money....

LOL...Since you contact is not Gen2 (our main Asian dealer), there is no reason to doubt the outcome of Asia because one of the MANY dealers/distributors/chains RSHN is in talks with cannot immediately come in terms that is attractive to both parties.
Like you said: "deal would happen since the product looks good"...

All that work is going on while they are adding store, distributors, and talking to chains here like Buffalo Wild Wings and other chain that is much bigger. ALthough JPGetty didn't post/get the name, there are lots of things going on but people can't see past all the useless basing going on this board....

We don't know GrayTaxi's contact info. In either case, we can know for sure that Corr is working hard to get our products there. If Gen2 in our main channel and GrayTaxi's contact (not Gen2) had heard of Rushnet a 'while back', that shows the hard work the 6 men team is doing at the headquarters...Remember the June 22nd PR:

It is like finding someone who can speak Spanish and English here in Texas.
There is no need to change e-water label. They company had submitted label design earlier and we all saw the sample Japanese label which did have 'e' on it. If Coke, Nike, Pepsi, and other major companies can sell their product there without the issue, I am sure so can we...
I already posted about what it take to produce cans/bottle there. It take money which is slowly tricking in. there is no way they can focus on all the interested parties without firm commitment on contract size. The future looks good for our products as long as people see the demand and the hard work and money it takes to pull it off.

Like I said before: Slow is a relative term. Our main contact in Korea is Gen2. If bigger deals are pending with them in Korea, Japan, and rest of Asia (Solidgold reported few days ago that things are moving well with Gen2: post #36481 and #36893), Corr will be 'slow' with you distributors.

Before playing the blame game on RSHN not moving too fast, please realize it take money to make money...
You can't just go to a plant in Korea or Japan and say I want 10,000 cases of AR.
Business 101:
1. Go find a plant that can and will produce the product
2. Negotiate the terms of the contract
3. Find money to pay for the supplies (BIGGEST HURDLE RIGHT NOW)
4. Find suppliers
5. Clear with customs
Keep in mind all these STEPS are after you find a distributor/chain who is interested and more importantly willing to sign some sort of size contract. IF the size in not big enough or RSHN can't find plants to do the production, they have to ship from the states from the plant in MN. Just think about the logistics and money required to package and ship cases of AR to Korea or Japan. Profit would be pretty much erase so lets not start playing the Corr and RSHN blame game just yet...

Lots on new New York locations...It seems they made some good contacts at the Fancy Food Show in New York...I remember the PR said Corr was suppose to go back to those two huge distributors...It seems like they are doing that...All we need is couple of celebs on TV drinking our products so we can get some free advertising...
