What about those quotes?
I thought that you were a believer. You do mention God in your post quite often! aren't you?
Am I wrong?

We all know that there is only one oath that is prime and that is what is needed to help the humanity as we know it and that is the oath by iHub traders who tell the truth and nothing but the truth and that truth changes with the wind...
The survival of humanity is dependent on this...
The entire planet's future is hinged on it!..I mean seriously!!
Next CEO/CFO/Marketer of titan = A trader carrying iHub flag waving in wind looking for a wind direction!!! yup.
Sure!! I can see marches by iHub traders carrying iHub flag.
Mr. Brown and company will be the flag bearers!!
hmm! You say!?
Sure!! World authority you are!
You said this and it was only few months ago:

tomorrow this [] will go back down and I will be waiting...I will post my buys. Only added 16K shares today. Need so much more. What is funny about these equity offerings, and something I do not quite understand, is that the price lollygags down a lot about a week or so. I never understood why and this must be due to multiple currents of this and that and a fluid, unknowable market which is disrupted by dilutions vs. how good the diluter is, how good is its business,
and what time it is. We shall see....
Sure!.... whatever you say!

Tits suck in a lot of people. does not mean over time things cannot happen but to go from 10 cents to 40 cents plus is totally ridiculous.
tits will do that to the mind. .28 I buy, probably.
at .24 cents I buy a lot. and at that price I care about the company.
Don't you think that is illegal

if anybody has any recent inside information from the company, please email me. thank you!

Go Titan Go !!! Looking for a close of at least $1.30 by end of this coming week

Yes. It is a big project and it is close to completion.
They will get the financing.
$20 million = IDE
The single port has to have snake like robotic arms because otherwise it can not be maneuvered inside the body.
Titan can easily put together multi ports that are snakes meaning that the arms would have many many joints like their single port.
The snake robots are harder to design and control and that is why few have tried it. Titan can produce a multi port with each port having a snake. It would be a subset and not a superset of what they have already done.
So
Titan can easily put together multi ports.
Again and again, you are assuming that there is a shortcut and things can be done faster and flawlessly. Not a chance. You are dreaming.
In a pure software project, people can add more manpower blah blah but the costs escalate rapidly and there is more friction in the system with more people and more deadlines.
This thing is a big project. Not even a medium in complexity. It is complex.
This type of device is really 5 or more different projects and not just one , a mechanical device with complex components , firmware to control it and interfacing software plus other interfacing hardware and software. They all have to be integrated and tested .
Maybe you would have been good in financing it. Lets assume that. It is easy on an MB where you don't have to deal with real development issues to believe that you would have overseen other variable better than others.
We don't know if you would have produced a decent device that is any good even it was on time because that requires other expertise than financial ones alone.
The fastest made piece of junk would not go through IDE either, would it.
Your assumption is that everything can be optimized but in reality that is pure fiction.
Have you optimized your own investments or career or lifestyle?! Not all of us are good in everything or able to optimize all variables because it is impossible.
I don't know what is the best strategy here myself.
If this thing IDEs and has an up period, I would try to reduce my risk by selling some of it. Up periods are for reduction of risk in these types of investments. Adding risk and not ever reducing risk is for those with massive amount of cash.
This is only couple of steps above gambling.
There is always some sort of regret no matter the choice that is taken.
But there was up periods to sell too. Did you do it?
They have frozen it and what I see is regular type milestones as most companies have. I don't believe that any delay in achieving milestones is about lying. That is the best optimistic estimate. Those that have to to do the work and deliver could not do it on time because there was a glitch or blah blah. It happens all the time.
That is why a lot of contracts are delayed. Things fail to be finished on time all the time and that is why there are penalty clauses in some contracts. You know what, companies avoid contracts with penalties all the time too.
Here in my neck of the woods, even paving roads get delayed!
This is not the court of law and I am not their lawyer but I do know this, they can't have seen the future for more a few months in advance just like you.
Can you accept that you had made a mistake and you should have not averaged down. Say yes.
Even Einstein had lost massive amount of money in market so he was ridding a bicycle!
There is no good advice to be give now either as the thing may in fact go through IDE or NOT. I have no idea but the tech looks good to me.
I think that you believe that the shareholder can run the company. It does not work like that. You are not their financial officer or employee.
If you didn't understand the state of this thing based on the feedback you were getting, you should not have invested in it. It is as simple as that.
I would have never ever never ever invested in this before the freeze. May be I was still too early but that is the risk I took. I get frustrated when my expectations are not realized but I won't go on attacking the officers of the company as though they are my chattel.
You are not the CEO; you are not the cfo; you are not designing this thing; you are not the marketer. You have to accept that you are taking a financial risk when investing. Many stocks would have been better for long term hold and you made a mistake if you have indeed done that.
What is this constantly! and what is your reference and compared to what?! You had only started trading given you presence on this board only few months ago.
I have been here for as long as that and I have not seen much lying relative to what I have experienced in real tech world.
One can say that you would have had high expectations but I believe that many of you have been day trading this.
Do you know for sure that it is not completed? I thought that you had more info that I do.
There is a contradiction on that subject everyday here.
I have no idea but I don't think there is much danger of this thing going under at this time at least. In my opinion that is. Don't trade using my opinion.
My guess is that regulators are involved to make sure that the shareholders are not being cheated by insiders. I don't know for sure. There are probably lawyers for big shareholder involved looking at all documents. Shareholders have inspection rights.
Correct when claiming that all of the surgical robots can not adhere to their schedules, that is.
So you have answered your own complaint in the past.
You were not unhappy about delays just few months ago?
Was it a talking point geared for your trade position? or did you believe what you had posted?
--------------- your post
Name 1 in the surgical robotics space?
Exactly!
Very few people are really interested to know about technology under the hood like I am so it is not a viable thing for marketing as far as I know.
I am interested in technology specially if it is not going to harm people long term. Understanding how things work has been a lifetime hobby for me.
You must have an interest in this technology and that is why you cared to say something here.
Strategic partners as far as I know is a way for big companies to milk the tiny companies to lock their own interest while closing the door for smaller companies to make deals with others. Without partners taking any risk, it is just a jingle.
Once there is a product that is approved then strategic partners will matter because it actually involves real deals and not just the optics.
Without intense marketing here, investors have already been trapped via their own expectations. Imagine the result with more marketing. This device would not have been developed any faster with more marketing backing it and expectations would have been even higher.
I did. It is a great idea, it is a method by which the controller is works the surgical tool to accurately and correctly angle the instruments for surgery.
Pretty neat. They had to solve a difficult problem to make the tools become maneuverable and correctly position it.
The value of this robot is in its quality and whatever that makes it work better will make it valuable for the market.
Nope. No one can claim to have insider information because that is downright illegal.

JnJ can do better with investing in other things than drugs which are accompanied with lawsuits more often than not. They lost more money than they invested in that drug. Besides that surgeons can use Titan's single port to remove those boobs without scars someday!

Hey you, thanks
There was a short form prospectus that they had released in Sept 23 that should have superseded it. Ir is available at www.sedar.com
Nope.
This study shows that robotic single-port surgery seems easier, faster, and more precise to perform basis tasks of the Fundamentals of laparoscopic surgery. For the more complex task of suturing, only the single-port robotic setting enabled all participants to fulfill this task, within the set time frame.
single-port surgery seems easier, faster, and more precise
"Is Single-Port Laparoscopy More Precise and Faster with the Robot?
RESULTS:
For the first task of peg transfer, RSILS was significantly better in time (124 versus 230 seconds, P?=?.0004) and errors (0.80 errors versus 2.60 errors, P?=?.024) at the first run, compared to the SILS setting. At the third and final run, RSILS still proved to be significantly better in errors (0.10 errors versus 0.80 errors, P?=?.025) compared to the SILS group. RSILS was faster in the third run, but not significant (116 versus 157 seconds, P?=?.08). For the second task, a suturing task, only 3 participants of the SILS group were able to perform this task within the set time frame of 600 seconds. There was no significant difference in time in the three runs between SILS and RSILS for the 3 participants that fulfilled both tasks within the 600 seconds.
CONCLUSIONS:
This study shows that robotic single-port surgery seems easier, faster, and more precise to perform basis tasks of the Fundamentals of laparoscopic surgery. For the more complex task of suturing, only the single-port robotic setting enabled all participants to fulfill this task, within the set time frame."

In my opinion that is what they are quoting to make it sound cheaper and in turn it would be easier to market in their estimates. The operating cost would be matter of many variables that they don't control. They are claiming that the equivalent ISRG device is more expensive than theirs without all the trimmings at this stage. They want it to be cheaper to offer it as a viable competition.
Obviously I can be wrong.
TMDI is in more advanced stage of pricing and it is quoting the operating expenses. The other guys do the same as they get close to real marketing. The comparison should include many other variables too.
ISRG devices , obviously are more expensive than people believe.
The dealers should know the details. It would be nice for someone in these circles to give them a call to remove the ambiguity.
Single port has to be cheaper to operate because it has less operators involved and it takes less operating room time to use a single port and there is less possibilities of infection with less holes in the body etc.
The device cost is not equal to operating cost or procedure cost or final cost to insurer.
Capital expense if just the cost of device excluding the operating expenses.
So they are saying that ISRG's device is a lot more expensive for the same functionality. The operating expenses are not included and that is the cost of consumables etc. That operating expense is function of disposable devices and number of people that need to be employed to work the device and whole bunch of other costs that are device specific.
