The company has replaced their website once again. At first glance, there are a couple of new things on the site relating to acquisition and management strategy. Most of the information, however, appears to have been carried over from the last incarnation of the site (including the share structure).
Great news FBS!
Per Nashville's website, the TriMark informational website is slated for May 27th. My guess is we should know more then.
I'm trying to remember where they said they liquidated some of there holdings. It was either on the first incarnation of the new website or a PR (which I can't find). Regardless, I don't think they named any of the subsidiaries by name.
I assumed they no longer owned any part of InMarketing:
1) Because it isn't listed as a portfolio company on the website, and
2) I saw the PR earlier this year that InMarketing was in the process of being acquired by CCWW (now MTRE).
It looks like as of May 1st, however, that InMarketing is still a "previously announced proposed acquisition."

I haven't tried recently, but I didn't receive responses to either of the last two or three emails that I sent prior to the most recent cycle of news.
Around the time they released the news regarding Anucyte, I was exchanging emails with Colin Inker, but again, no response the last time I tried to get in touch with him. He may not even be with the company any longer.
As for your PM, I discovered that earlier this year, but your guess is as good as mine as to whether it was completed. Regardless, InMarketing is no longer a subsidiary of MODC. I seem to recall that ending bitterly.
Website update: TriMark Info
TriMark will be opening its informational website slated for the 27th of May. It will just be an informational site at the current time, for associates and investors to get information, and for the Company to post all presentation videos. As you may know, Trimark is an anti-piracy technology being developed to thwart piracy in the music and movie industries.
Thanks lifegear. I haven't had the time to follow through with my question, but I do appreciate you taking the time to answer.
GLTU
Even though these numbers are pro forma, I'm impressed that Mike expects that kind of return so soon. This bodes well for all of you who have stuck by the company. Glad to be in this one again :)
Mornin' FBS.
Looks like the NSHV website is being worked on today.
Very strange trading happening today
Ask at .0075 after measly 15,000 volume
Is something up?
We may find out more about QuestPay's role next month when it enters beta testing, or they may hold out until they are ready to spin off Trimark.
It looks like one thing has been cleared up. The 504D shares won't be purchased back on the open market as was previously thought.
"Any shares authorities could potentially recover will be returned to the company and retired to the company treasury."
Froggy....News out. You still alive? :)
I'm particularly looking forward to the details of the TriMark spin-off. I doubt it will be a 1:1 share ratio, but I'm hoping we get a sweet deal nonetheless. I get the sense that Gene is trying very hard to appease the people who have stuck with the company.
Thoughts?
Was there a set timeframe upon which this audit was supposed to be complete or is it just speculation at this point?
Does anyone know if the owner's of Encore stock did, in fact, receive shares of MODC stock?
I think the new model that W2 Energy has chosen will help them reach positive earnings much faster than building a plant themselves. This was a smart move, IMO, and worth picking up a starting position this week.
Hey folks,
I just noticed that April 30th is the last date to submit for the contest at www.blindmanvideo.com. If you wanted to enter and haven't, you might want to get on it :)
Thanks Cat
Chevy,
Are you still keeping contact with Gene? Was expecting some kind of update this month regarding Christmas album sales, Jason Perkins, etc...
No problem FBS. Thanks for keeping the board alive!
Hopefully, we'll hear something soon.

I just got around to checking out the new website. It looks pretty sharp!
Website Update: TriMark Info
ATTENTION: Some investors have inquired about receiving the completed feasibility study, presentation video's, and prospectus of TriMark. Further, we have had investors asking about TriMark and wanting us to release news concerning its status. We are currently in an SEC Regulation D exempt offering and cannot offer any sort of news or general solicitation at this time until the offering is completed. These are rules of the SEC and must be abided by. Questions must now be directed to: corporate@nashvillerecords.com, as we cannot offer any sort of information directly to the public.
According to NSHV, they already filled out the paperwork. I don't have time to do a patent search right now, but has anyone else done one?

Nashville Records Expounds on TriMarkTM & Provides Updates
Highlighted Links
Nashville Records, Inc.
The MacReport.Net
NASHVILLE, TN--(Marketwire - November 1, 2007) -
TriMark™
As previously announced, Nashville Records® (PINKSHEETS: NSHV) entered a joint venture to own the major controlling interest of TriMark™ anti-piracy technology. Nashville Records™ had the responsibility for the development and costs of incorporation (complete), intellectual property -- such as trademark (complete), and business patent (completed applications for patent applied). The Joint Venture outlines all the responsibilities and future ownership.
Recent test markets were conducted to determine feasibility and market need. That market need is undeniable. The first test market was conducted by exploiting a Garth Brooks single release as discussed below.
Overview
There are a number of ways people are pirating music, such as CD copying, email distribution and illegal downloads, but the biggest threat lies in internet newsgroups and file sharing.
Newsgroups number into the thousands. They share unauthorized music with millions of people anonymously and currently are virtually impossible to regulate.
In order to determine feasibility & market need, TriMark™ entered one such newsgroup to track a Garth Brooks single. In less than 2 hours over 30,000 illegal downloads were conducted. This is just one newsgroup and there are thousands of them. Other downloads of other artists were analyzed as well. TriMark™ will implement state-of-the-art, one of a kind encryption technology that will enter a market where early estimates to piracy loss was 4.5 billion annually. Because of the Internet this estimate could be grossly underestimated and new estimates could be as high as $40 billion lost to piracy worldwide.
Companies have attempted anti-piracy solutions but individuals pirating are more knowledgeable than programmers who create anti-piracy solutions. Past anti-piracy failures vindicated computer savvy thieves while promoting an air of entitlement and challenge to hackers. The music industry has been active in prosecuting piracy (through standard Internet channels); however, Internet newsgroups have been widely overlooked.
All attempts at anti-piracy have taken a defensive position without sufficient success. TriMark™ will assume an offensive position that will be enforced. The Supreme Court ruling in June of 2005, on Music Copyright Violation Prosecution, supports an offensive position for prosecution and TriMark™ believes it will garner the support of the courts, music & movie executives, labels, and producers.
Tens of thousands of illegal downloads are facilitated every hour and worst of all... it's practically impossible at this time to catch the perpetrators who release it into the wild. Nashville Records, Inc. and TriMark™ believe this creates a unique marketing opportunity and further believe we possess the solution that could seriously impact illegal download and file sharing activity as well as halt much of the illegal CD distribution. We realize readers and investors would like to know the technical aspects of how the technology works but this will never be made known. That leaves hackers and professional pirates to guess, which we believe is futile. We further believe that even hackers will not be able to "strip" or circumvent the technology.
This news release is not intended to make the honest music enthusiasts worry should such a technology be brought to market because legitimate buyers, even those who receive music as gifts, need not fear. The licensing will work much the same as a EULA license from Microsoft® or any other software manufacturer. Purchasers can copy music for their own personal use, to be put onto iPods, computers, cassette tapes or various media. The legal danger will come from releasing music into the wild for mass illegal redistribution. In order to maintain the worth of the music & movie industry the Company firmly believes this technology is desperately needed and will constantly work to bring it to market.
Since the founder of TriMark™ holds a large position in Nashville Records®, he and the Company president decided they would raise the funds for TriMark™ themselves using their own stock as collateral, unless favorable opportunities presented themselves earlier and feasibility & test market studies indicated more of an urgency. According to John Taylor, the founder of TriMark™, "It is not likely the company will seek alternate financing, as we do not want to compromise the technology's integrity and confidentiality."
Updates
The Christmas album "My Kinda Christmas" was sent to 2,000 radio stations nationwide and is now available at retailers such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Circuit City, Best Buy and others, and will be available at further locations. It will also be available on the Company website. Early indicators show the sales are going well and the Company encourages all readers to purchase a CD for personal listening and as Christmas gifts. At this time we have no way of knowing which stations will play nor which cuts on the album could be selected. However, stations and some newspapers have been contacting the Company to inquire about the album & potential plays and possible featured articles. When the Christmas season is upon us we encourage readers to contact their local radio station to request your favorite cut on the album.
Legal Review
Currently an attorney is reviewing and making a determination on all of the Company's documentation and picking up where the previous attorney (now deceased) left off, by determining which of the previous 504 offerings were in question or possibly illegally purchased, then taking corrective measures.
Website Update
The programmers have asked for an extension of a few days but the new website is about to be posted and will be tested for anomalies. We ask that as you browse around the pages to send an email to the Webmaster, should you find any misspellings, grammatical errors, or anomalies. That email can be sent to webmaster@nashvillerecords.com.

Jason on iTunes, Rhapsody, others
Jason Perkins is now available on iTunes, Rhapsody and others. You can find him with a simple search of "jason perkins". He will soon be showing up on other sites such as Circuit City, Best Buy, Amazon and many others but we have not been given a definite date. Jason's new release "Overtime at Home" was scheduled for release on March 10th but Mr. Perkins asked for an extension, which was granted. The new release date is scheduled for April 6.
Chevy,
Sounds like you were spot on with your conversations with Gene. Thanks so much for keeping the lines of communication open with him. I like all of this news, and I like the idea of a stock dividend more than the warrants.
WatchFrog,
Yes, I believe they are referring to Jason's second single.
The contest rules (including deadlines) are at www.blindmanvideo.com. Unfortunately, I can't access that site from work, but I do recall seeing the deadline there. I believe it is sometime this spring.
Good Luck!
Website Updates:
Jason recording latest single
Jason Perkins new single is currently being recorded and near completion. It is anticipated to be finished by March 10th. When complete we will make clips available to you.
Jason Perkins Distributed
Distributed:
Dear Nashville Records. Jason Perkins has been delivered to the various music stores as per our agreement. Please note however that it can still take several weeks before it appears in the music stores due to their own unique ingestion queues. As an example, iTunes normally takes 6-8 weeks before an album appears in their music store.
Also, all prior news was removed, including the latest warrant update.
Chevy,
I, too, would like to thank you for taking the time to contact Gene. People haven't been giving him a whole lot of credit, but I can't even begin to imagine how frustrating all of this must be for him. It seems like every time we gain momentum, someone important passes away. There is not a lot anyone can do about that, but at some point, our luck has to change. They have a lot going on at the moment, and I'm really looking forward to the rest of the year.
Thanks again Chevy for everything that you do here.
Congrats on getting out with profit. You're certainly one of the lucky ones!
I stand corrected!
Thanks Chevy. I looked for a PR earlier but didn't have any luck finding it. It was the instructions that were on the website. Oh well. Hopefully Gene will respond to you to clear this up.
If I recall correctly, the warrant info was only posted on the old website for a short time. It wasn't in an official PR that I know of. This is one of the reasons I've been trying to duplicate the entries here: for record keeping.
Good news! It looks like 30 million shares were cancelled last week.
Some of us were told by David that clearer instructions would be forthcoming on the corporate website. I never submitted any paperwork, because the process was supposed to be easier. Does this mean we are no longer able to get the warrants? Is anyone else here in this situation?
Lastly, I'm not sure if posting this information helps anyone, but the content on the news section of the website is pretty volatile. It is changed and deleted often, so it's probably a good idea to continue posting it here if/when you see something changed.
NSHV Website Update
Warrant Info and other updates
In July of 2007 a press release announced warrants for open market purchasers. This plan was conceived by a consultant the Company had that was let go for various reasons, including press release treatment. The warrants were a regrettable decision. However, the Company will honor the warrants for those who have already submitted the required documentation. Strike Price of Warrants: $.01 per share. First Exercise Date: July 15, 2008. Issuance of warrants to purchase one (1) share of Nashville Records Inc. common shares for every two (2) shares purchased during this period: April 2007 through June 2007.
The Company recognizes that if the current stock prices do not increase the warrants will be worthless. However, the Company is progressing on the 504 issue and we hope to be able to discuss more of these details in the future.
In 2007 the Company issued 30 million shares of 144 stock to a private entity for funding the Company. None of the funding promised was delivered and the Company maneuvered to recapture all of the shares to put back into treasury. This past week we were successful at recapturing these stocks to be cancelled. There are several other 144 issuances that the Company believes it will be successful at reclaiming, as well as 504 stocks in question. The process has been slow due to legal factors but has worked to the favor of the Company.
This information will only be posted for 7 to 10 days and contents could be updated at any time.
From NSHV Website:

We have received word that services for Dave DiRicco will be held:

The Company will be posting further information about how you can offer assistance to the DiRicco family
This is also in the news section on the NR website
Wow, that's some tough news, especially with the history here. 10 children? Unbelievable.
FYI: There are some more videos on the Trimark portion of Nashville's website that I don't think were there previously. Click the link below the current video on the main page. Be warned, though, they have a high cheese factor ;)
