30 minutes left. Some of you movers & shakers might want to start moving & shaking! I'm tapped out.
That's sort of where I was going. Sometimes I can only afford to enter a few picks.
Sheff - I was wondering if your "Ready Runners" list is in order of preference, or if you have any other pattern to the order that they are listed in. TIA
Cat
RVGD - 18mil in 18 minutes, up 21% today.
RVGD Reversal - volume coming now. Gonna run again.

Thanks Q18! EOM
This is what he has:
From Me:
Chad,
Will RVGD have any news this week? And what kind of timeframe are we looking at for that video?
Thanks in advance,
RVGD Holder
From Chad:
I’m prodding the CEO for news by week’s end however they have been very busy at the shop recently and a business trip might delay me in getting the information from the CEO. There is quite a number of developments to announce and I’m hoping to get them out very soon. As for the video, I will be producing one for promotional purposes however it will be several weeks before we begin filming it.
Warm regards,
Chad C. Sykes

DPHIQ slammin today (up from .08 to .13)on news that General Motors may bail them out of chapter 11. PR follows (4th paragraph):
Among the companies whose shares are expected to see active trade in Thursday's session are Research In Motion Ltd. (RIMM), Cisco Systems Inc. (CSCO), Constellation Brands Inc. (STZ), Clear Channel Communications Inc. (CCU) and Schering-Plough Corp. (SGP). Research In Motion ($115.79, -$1.69, -1.4%) said its fourth-quarter profit and revenue more than doubled even as the economy showed signs of a slowdown. The Waterloo, Ontario, BlackBerry maker said it added 2.2 million net new BlackBerry subscribers in the quarter ended March 1, bringing its total subscriber base to more than 14 million. The company said it expects to report first-quarter net of 82 cents to 86 cents a share on revenue of $2.23 billion to $2.30 billion. It expects to add 2.2 million subscribers in the first quarter.
Cisco ($24.96, -$0.02, -0.1%) was downgraded to neutral from buy at UBS, which said industry checks are giving the firm concerns about the July quarter. UBS said these checks indicate that in addition to softness in U.S. Enterprise, European Enterprise is slowing slightly, while Emerging Markets are growing in the 25% to 30% range, not the 30% to 40% target.
Clear Channel ($28.24, -$0.26, -0.9%) notched an early win for the company and its proposed private-equity buyers after a federal judge ruled Wednesday that a lawsuit over the disputed sale of the company should be heard by a Texas state court. The Texas case is one of two lawsuits filed last week in which Clear Channel and its proposed buyers, Thomas H. Lee Partners LP and Bain Capital Partners LLC, accuse six banks of reneging on commitments to fund the $19.5 billion deal.
General Motors Corp. (GM, $20.97, $0.82, 4.1%) is considering taking on more of Delphi Corp.'s (DPHIQ, $0.07, $0, 0%) pension liabilities to help its struggling parts supplier exit bankruptcy protection, The Wall Street Journal reported, citing people familiar with the situation. Delphi, a former division of GM, has struggled to line up the $6.1 billion in financing it needs to exit Chapter 11 amid a financing crisis that has crippled the credit markets.
Schering-Plough (SGP, $13.86, -$0.89, -6%) launched a cost-cutting plan involving management cuts, facility streamlining and more focused research to generate $1.5 billion in annual savings, equivalent to 10% of the company's 2007 cost base. The pharmaceutical giant said the $500 million savings from the November acquisition of Organon BioSciences of the Netherlands is included in the new figure. Savings will come from all departments, with the company making its first moves in slimming top management levels.
Micron Technology Inc.'s (MU, $6.39, $0.39, 6.5%) fiscal second-quarter net loss widened on a write-down of its goodwill value amid a continuing supply glut and dropping prices for memory chips. The company reported a second-quarter loss of $777 million, or $1.01 a share, as revenue fell 4.9% to $1.36 billion. Analysts had expected, on average, a loss of 36 cents a share on revenue of $1.43 billion.
Ruby Tuesday Inc. (RT, $7.88, $0.06, 0.8%) posted a 59% decline in fiscal third-quarter net income amid tumbling same-store sales as the restaurant chain cut the high end of its fiscal-year earnings outlook. For the quarter ended Mar. 4, the bar and grill chain said net income fell 59% year over year to $11.7 million, or 23 cents a share, with the company's ongoing remodeling effort cutting 6 cents from the latest quarter's profits.
Constellation Brands ($18.72, -$0.40, -2.1%), the spirits and wine company, posted a net loss of $832 million, or $3.90 a share, for the fourth quarter. Excluding items, earnings came in at 34 cents a share, while analysts forecast, on average, earnings of 26 cents a share in the fourth quarter.
Freddie Mac (FRE, $27.83, -$1.39, -4.8%) received notice that Fitch Ratings downgraded Triad Guaranty Inc. (TGIC, $3.39, -$1.86, -35.4%), a Freddie Mac-approved mortgage insurer, to BBB- from AA-. Freddie Mac decided not to automatically change Triad's eligibility status from a Type I to a Type II Insurer, and Triad must send Freddie Mac a written remediation plan within 90 days. Separately, Moody's also downgraded Triad's insurance financial strength rating to Baa3 from Aa3, and may downgrade the rating further following a review.
Borders Group (BGP, $6.21, $0.36, 6.2%) said it will delaying filing its 10-K annual report for fiscal 2007 to after April 17 so it will have time to evaluate financing alternatives and include finalized details in its 10-K filing. Borders received a financing commitment from Pershing Square Capital Management LP but it is exploring other deals and has entered into discussions with several parties.
Schnitzer Steel (SCHN, $72.04, -$1.14, -1.6%), a manufacturer and exporter of recycled ferrous metal products, posted a 29% rise in fiscal second-quarter earnings to $36 million, or $1.25 a share.
RPM International Inc. (RPM, $22.18, $0.41, 1.9%), a specialty coatings and sealants maker, said net income for the fiscal third quarter ended Feb. 29 rose 21% to $12.2 million, or 10 cents a share, with sales up 8% to $731.8 million. The Medina, Ohio, company cited robust industrial demand, particularly in European, Canadian and Latin American markets.
AMR Corp.'s (AMR, $9.59, -$0.26, -2.6%) American Airlines said March traffic fell 2.8% to 11.6 billion revenue passenger miles from 11.9 billion, as capacity fell 4.6% to 13.8 billion available seat miles from 14.5 billion. The carrier's load factor, or percentage of the plane filled with passengers, rose 1.5 points to 83.9%.
Charming Shoppes (CHRS, $5.25, $0.25, 5%) urged its shareholders to reject three people nominated for the board by a group led by the Crescendo Partners and Myca Partners at an annual meeting May 8. In a letter to shareholders mailed Wednesday, Charming Shoppes' independent directors said the nominees supported by the hedge funds do not have the skills to support Charming Shoppes in achieving continued growth.
Robbins & Myers Inc. (RBN, $33.64, -$0.41, -1.2%) said it was raising its earnings outlook because of an additional gain of about $5.4 million from the sale of its Romaco product lines. The company increased its third-quarter profit outlook range to 53 cents to 58 cents a share from between 42 cents and 47 cents a share and its full-year fiscal 2008 forecast range to between $1.93 and $2.03 a share from between $1.82 and $1.92 a share. On average, analysts estimate a third-quarter profit of 48 cents a share and a full-year profit of $1.95.
Moody's Investors Service downgraded Universal Health Services Inc.'s (UHS, $54.94, -$0.17, -0.3%) outlook to negative from stable and affirmed the company's Baa3 senior unsecured rating. "The negative outlook reflects Moody's expectation that the company may continue to increase financial leverage to fund a combination of share repurchases, capital investment, and potential acquisition activity," said Moody's in a statement.
Moody's Investors Service placed Companhia Vale do Rio Doce's (RIO, $35.60, $0.18, 0.5%) Baa3 local currency issuer rating and Baa3 foreign currency rating under review for possible upgrade. "The review will focus on the sustainable level of earnings and cash flow generation in a more normalized metals cycle and the company's level of debt within its capital structure," Moody's said.

You don't think he was around doing this sort of thing in 2005?
The article used the word "carnage" to describe the devestation. Coincidince? (I don't think so.)
I'm going to a meeting too! Maybe when I leave, it'll bounce.
Oh - thanks for the info. It's new to me, as I have just found it. I guess I'm behind the times. I think I agree with your assessment of it, It would not be good for long runs, but the majority of our jobs are just short perpindicular road crossings. I think it will do well on those. Also we do very little slip lining. Most of our rehab is Cured-in-place pipe liners.
South Georgia
WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! Man I been wanting to do that for 3 weeks now.
Chuck - I use them too. - If you wire the money - instead of using money direct - you can spend it that day.
I like the product as well. It definitely beats HDPE in most applications. However, I liked it more when it was the only competition for HDPE that I knew about. Now Certainteed has a competitive product that is called Certa-Lok that is a restrained joint PVC product that requires no fusing. The relatively new product will definitely take a cut of the market. Respectfully, Cat-Daddy.
hell yeah!
I see that. I'm Looking for a 10-day climb from here until the MFI crosses the 80 line. Sound right to you?
how bout the MFI gostox? How we lookin on that?
Didn't you just post to someone on another board this morning at 9:56 am for them not to buy the stock if they didn't like it. Seems to me you might be wise to take your own advice. just an observation.
was that a $17 trade? 10k shares?
Here we go! GLTA EOM
Alot of the float is in strong hands, though, and it tested a new bottom today @ .0012 (closing at .0017). I think that the lowest we can expect is a possible .0009, but that's just my humble opinion. I noticed TPL and the 10-baggas crew called it again today for a possible 10-bagger.
Sheff - RVGD is coming back this week. Please look at the MFI(14) for six months. Notice the pattern immediately before each of the last 3 penny+ spikes. Then look at it right now. I predict we run to at least a penny in 2 weeks or less. Then again, I'm still an amatuer at this game, so any insight you have would be appreciated, whether you agree or disagree. Thanks,
Cat
Apparently you missed post #70272 by gostox. That post and chart depicted a definite pattern that is about to repeat. ALL POSTERS should look at it. I thought it was insightful. That is what I am basing my post on. It's called a chart! BTW - "blantly" is not a word.
TPL - It might be a good time to look at RVGD again. It's ready for it's next run. Look at the MFI(14) for the six month chart. on all three of it's previous runs into the pennies, the MFI(14) dipped below the 20 mark for a few days IMMEDIATELY BEFORE the run. Well, it dipped there again Thursday. Also the CEO has ordered a NOBO and is consulting attorneys about possible naked shorting. Might be time to get back on board. Someone who knows how to post a chart, please post the 6 month chart for RVGD with the MFI(14) shown. You will all see the pattern.
Good Morning RVGD. This is the week! If you want a ticket for this ride, you better get it now because it's gonna run like Forrest Gump to "penny-land"! If it decides to dip much before the big ride, I'm gonna get a second mortgage to buy every available cheapie there is !!!!
And this is not some pump & dump rah-rah cheerleader with your daily glass of kool-aid. I have a pretty reliable source on the inside!!! Just let the marks fall below 399 and the MOASS is on. to da moon baby!
No, I detect strong resistance at the 399 level. If it drops below 399 marks we are dealing with some serious manipulation or shorting. If it is, in fact, shorting, we will eventually get the MOASS and run like Forrest Gump to the 600 mark level.
oh yeah......IMO.
Are you kidding? - A RM will send this thing back down to 40 boardmarks. :)
