I agree, I don't understand the transactions. 30,000 shares are designated as "direct" and the other 70,000 as "indirect". What does that mean? Also, let me paste the link for others. Hopefully this works.....

Back in. Thought I would buy into weakness rather than risk a rebound tomorrow. 5000 shares today at $7.45. I don't usually post stuff like this, but since y'all are so honest... !!!! :) Good luck to us all. May the smell of a well cooked Texas brisket fill my nostrils some day soon, LOL.
Thanks Melody. I am lurking on rcel. Heavy volume again today, so I will wait to volume levels off. Good luck all.
Sorry to ask this question... but the 120m placement... what price was that (adr price please). I thought it being at $9.... is that correct? Thanks.
You broke the silence on this board, good job! I'm still out waiting for clear skies. Noticed that an old investment of mine PBT (Permian Basin Royalty Trust) is doing horribly as well. The energy sector sucks right now. Even OXY is hitting a 52 week low and they are a huge multi billion dollar company. Someone please wake me when NGL hits bottom. Thanks.
Well, I don't know who the smartest guy in the room really is.... but I am thinking Melody is in the run for the money. Not based on percent performance but the most money made on RCEL. I mean, WOW, I'm like really jealous! Great job Melody.
Of course I know nothing goes up forever. That's why I said I was looking to get back in. I sold at $9.53. But now I'm looking to re-enter. Thus..... The reason I want to fully understand today's sell off. Didn't make sense considering RCEL already took the hit yesterday on the dilution news from 2 days ago.
Yes, I knew about that, but that news is 2 days old. So, this sell off is just more of the same. Ok. Good to know that no new bad news is floating around.
Gentlemen.... I love reading about all your buys and sells.... but WHERE'S THE BEEF? Someone talk about why RCEL is selling off please. Is it from news 2 days ago or is this something new. I want back in, but need to know what's going on. COME ON!!!!!
I think that fear of Elizabeth Warren becoming the next president is killing fracking stocks right now. Looking to get back into NGL, but still waiting for clear skys.
It was a nice rebound off the lows of the day. What are thoughts regarding the safety of the dividend at this point? Still safe, or on shaky ground?
Your article does not reference NGL, so why is it relevant?
You have been an honorable contributor to this board Jugs. Thank you.
I have made good $$ on NGL, but got out at $14.17 (didn't feel the need to advertise it). But am most certainly looking at a reentry point. Thanks for the Avita recommendation also, have done super well on that too. Got out (at $9.53) and waiting for a reentry point there as well. There's no shame in trading around your best performers. Best of luck.
Damn, I guess this means the Texas BBQ is off!?!?
Also, why is bar1080 busting Jugs's balls???
Man, this board is getting rough.....
"Fitch Ratings Plans to Withdraw NGL Energy's Ratings".
What does the Fitch news mean for NGL and what would motivate Fitch to do this?
I have never had a problem. In 30 years of getting k1 statements, I have never filed them in my tax returns. I just throw them away. In fact when using turbo tax, it tells you if the k1 is held in an IRA, nothing needs to be reported. I think they know what they are talking about. And, the IRS has never bothered me. Good luck.
Today, China targeted US crude with tariffs. That is the main reason for the sell off today as far as I can tell.
What did I miss today? Crazy action.
So they are the dog and we are the tail. I like it!!!!! Keep them profits coming!!!
Nice! But do we follow them or vice versa? I mean are they reacting to us or are we going to react to them tomorrow?
your last 2 links do not work, fyi
Good words of advice Jugs, however, why is no one addressing the dilution rumors on this board? It's like some people know what's going on but aint talking about it. The Yahoo board is talking about it. Is there dilution, if so what are the details???? Anyone????
On Friday I heard something interesting on CNBC. An oil expert said that in 5 years, oil production in the U.S has increased dramatically and that we are on track for energy independence. And when that happens we will not suffer the oil price swings currently dictated by OPEC. I would think this bodes EXTREMELY well for NGL.
testing 1 2 3... no posts in 4 days? What the heck???
Nice!!! $18 is exactly the price where I will be up 100%. I haven't had a stock do that in over 20 years!!!! A terrible drought indeed.
Thanks Risk! That's saying a lot... That along with all the upcoming catalysts, I can see why some here have gone big on this company.
"Leader in the skin market". This quote brings up an interesting question that should be asked of all companies and their products/services and that is: How big of a moat do they have? I.e. what is the difficultly level of another company to get into that business. The bigger the moat, the better the fortunes for the company. To this, I have no idea.
Appreciate the feedback! Good analysis. Steady as she goes :)
Is China Not signing deals to buy US oil a concern for NGL? This trade war is uglier by the day.....
fyi Jugs: thanks for your private reply to one of my previous questions. Apparently I am unable to reply privately unless I sign up for that feature. Other than that, NGL is a penny off so far on setting a new intra day 52 week high. If it's not going to close over $15, I'll take the new intra day high, thank you very much :)
I think NGL needs to get on a tread mill. It frequently fades into the day after a strong start. It needs to build it's endurance back up :)
If one US dollar equals 1.46 Aussie dollar, can someone tell why Avita stock is under $1 in Australia? I bought some for my son in his ROTH IRA. We have high hopes! The pull back today was expected but not as bad as I thought it would be. I agree with tdeck, ignore the noise. For those selling and taking profits, and hoping to buy in at lower prices, this is a dangerous game. Avita has shown in can have rip your face off rallys. If you don't have a position at the wrong time, you'll be left in the dust.
Well said Jugs. I don't disagree and don't mean to throw water on our parade, I just urge caution so that if we do retreat from here we are at least prepared for it. As far as options go, you of all people love to trade around your core position. I do to, and in my opinion, options are the best way to do so because you get a bigger bang for you buck.
Great action today for sure, but I hope we are not getting ahead of ourselves. I've seen plenty of stocks go crazy just by word of mouth and the price reaching a crescendo only to fall back to reasonable levels. Although this stock has more substance than fluff and perhaps we are far from froth levels. I wish the uplisting hurries up so options become available to trade.
OK thanks. You guys know this stuff better than me. I'm up nice on NGL and don't want to sell. But I don't want to lose profits either. Thanks for the support.
Not to be a downer, but crude inventories are building. Even NGL is not immune to this right? Just thinking if oil imports slow, we are going to take a hit. Am I wrong in thinking it's time to be cautious here or no?
Ahhhhh, Thank you :)
What is the real share count? The BNY Mellon article suggests a 1.8 billion shares outstanding. Yahoo says 1.2 billion with a 51 million float. And TDAmeritrade states a 93 million shares outstanding.
Lastly: someone says the bny mellon numbers was ADR related? How in the hell can that be when this is american company based in California? Totally confused here....
In a very bad tape, smlp really stood out. I don't know why. But early yesterday morning I was able to grab some Dec $10 calls for just .30 cents. During the sell off, the ask went down from .55 to .30. Got a feeling smlp will get it's shit together in this good environment.
