Perhaps you should tell us how many apparently “cheap” options issued by corporations actually expire worthless or is that a number that may scare some investors?
You were lucky to find one they didn’t. Reality is that hsppens highly infrequently. Never said I was a smart guy. The smart guy clearly is the “stockguru”. But then again all the gurus I know are brilliant. Perhaps Hot Stocks can use someone with such talent.
There are many very smart people out there in addition to yourself. They too do tons of research and many of them are paid hundreds of thousands of dollars by investmnent houses, hedge funds, etc. to find the next undiscovered blockbuster. Unfortunately, as shown by both the volume and price level, they have either overlooked, missed or are unaware of Pred or on the other hand do not believe, agree, confirm or support what your research has convinced you at least not as yet. Just what they are seeing which makes them highly skeptical is on open question but it is something that is preventing "big money" from jumping in with 2 feet. While that doesn't mean you are wrong in your determination it is also wise to take pause and realize there are really no secrets on Wall Street otherwise Pred might be the only secret Wall Street has never heard. JMO
Why do u believe it is shorting as opposed to long sales?
Agree with your macro view of Pred’s potential but it is often time the small missteps that has the greatest impact on how far and how fast a company will progress.
Hard to figure how a potentially “world class company” can’t submit a filing that some of its most ardent supporters themselves are confused by its content. On top of that, spelling errors to boot. Seems very symptomatic of why many important things aren’t being accomplished. I guess some will say this is typical bashing when in reality issues like these are hard to dismiss and are often indicative of much larger problems.
Now you’re quoting what Barry said on Youtube. Remember, with a Barry stock the cavalry usually never comes. Uh oh!
It would appear that volume has dried up significntly. Existing holders are saturated with shares and unlikely to have significantly more funds to invest to propel the share price. With no new news or information, potential buyers are sitting on their hands seeking some reason to get involved. It is now incumbent on the company to provide a stimulus or it appears like we are stuck in the mud with a seemingly bias to the downside. Does not appear that technical analysis is providing any significant clues upon which to act. In a nutshell, boring. JMO
Sad to say but you're probably correct. Another possibility could be Barry posting another Youtube video saying that he was only joking.
If anyone cares, I believe in the tooth fairy and I also believe that for every drop of rain that falls a flower grows. I am a believer!
Where are Barry's B I G buyers? What are they waiting for? Do they really exist or does Barry just "believe" they exist? Any thoughts out there?
The most famous 2 words used by most scam artists are "I believe". There is never any accountability or liability for professing what one believes. Now replay and relisten to the Pred part of the video.
He also lost more hair on his head since the last time he removed his hat. Perhaps his next recomendation will be Hair Club For Men stock.
Did that Hoboken guy tell you that before or after the flood? Was he also the one with the desperation advice? Hmmmmm.
What about all the investors in the U.S.? Are they chopped liver?
The stock price has now entered "squeeky cheeks" territory. The sound of squeeky cheeks are sometimes unnerving.
How could someone from Canarsie possibly be shocked? I could be wrong however in that you could be from Bed Stuy and therefore would not be a surprise at all.
Everything is either done or not done for a reason. Reasons may be good or reasons may be bad. Unfortunately I am beginning to believe that the reasons things are not being done have negative connotations. I can only hope that this is not the case.
Unfortunately, you appear to either not know, misunderstand or have a complete misconception about how market makers truly operate and the function they serve. Let me assure you I speak from a perspective of first hand knowledge. MM’s act either in an agency capacity (on behalf of a customer) or on a principal basis (for the brokerage’s own account). Approximately 70% of orders executed by MM’s are done on an agency basis. Those orders are either “held orders” ( no discretion, specific instructions must be followed ie price, amts, timing etc) or “not held” where the MM is given discretion as to price, size, timing etc. To believe that MM’s have the ability to manipulate prices and movements at there whim is just an outright falsehood. If fact, a vast majority of all movements are a result of customer buy and sells being executed on behalf of customers. Now if you ask can customers manipulate prices thru market makers the answer is definitely yes, but it is the MM generally executing as per customers instructions. My point being is that it is far more likely than not that manipulative movement in share prices are more a result of some shady investors playing with the stock for some financial gain as opposed to some market makers engaged some type of manipulation. Do some MM’s manipulate, for sure, but not nearly as much as those investors/traders who use market markers to execute their orders. Just something that one may want to consider.
Costco has a sale of Febreeze in case you're starting to smell something funny. lololol
To clearify for you, I am long 28,000 shs. For me, that is reasonable, not soooooo long as you like to characterize it. Guess you must be one of the rich investors like Barry has lined up. Happy for you.
What you say is very true to a large degree. However, did you ever stop and consider why a company with such apparently great credentials, notable management, patents, FDA approvals etc found it necessary to engage a individual with a questionable and checkered history and give him a substantial amount of free trading stock gratis to promote the company to the investment community. Surely there must have been reputable small brokerage firms which employ ligitimate equity analysts and sales persons to introduce Pred to the investing community. True that Barry and his Hot Stocks does have a big mouth and talks a great game but is that who a legitimate and upcoming superstar company wants its flag bearer to be? It is things like this which give me pause but then again, that's just me. I have been wrong in the past, but not often. With Pred, I am long a reasonable amount of shares but not with a great degree of confidence.
The mere fact that Barry found it necessary to produce a Youtube response to an IHUB poster disclosing he is short Pred looking for a $1.97 target should be extremely worrisome. Given Barry's information, contacts, knowledge, etc about the stock, to take the time to disparage this poster surely makes me wonder how really secure Barry is in what he's promoting. Let's not lose sight that Barry is a promoter.
That I would agrede with.
The thought that there would be such little support that would allow this to go to .85 again is scary.
apple, blueberry, peach or huckleberry just better not be a pie in the face!
Something about the way this stock is acting is beginning to smell or could it be Barry not showering for several days? Something ain't right! Got my hard hat at the ready!
You are incorrect. It is 3 for 1. For every sh of old stk u own, u get 3 new shs of new stock. Thats how the float increasee. Per your analysis, the float would be decreased.
If the 198mm is in fact the float, u are probably correct. So the real question is if 198mm is correct, why are we not seeing significantly larger volume with upward momentum. The myth of the non ability to buy non nasdq stocks is just that, a myth. If there is something out there, anything for that matter, there are many many institutions and hedge funds that have the ability to buy the shs despite not being nasdq listed. So the mystery is why not with Pred. What is preventing them from loading up on Pred given what it supposedly has? There in lies the rub for me and others I introduced to the stock. The stock appears to be incredibly cheap but for some reason there are a lot of potential investors out there who dont see it that way and a lot of them are very savvy.
You just made the case for them probably having to do a secondary which I stated I believe they are not just considering but working on. Increase in shorting and short positions support this theory. Should a secondary in fact occur, it would have to be for a substantial amount to raise the float to a reasonable amount. That would also mean substantial dilution and a percipitive share price decline. The company would need to have substantial and significant news following to help a share price recovery. Thats a tall order.
The reason this is not "moving" is rather simple. Beyond the obvious deficiencies (uplisting for example), there are missing pieces to the puzzle which management won't disclose or discuss for whatever reasons and which shareholders have yet to figure out. That being said, there is a uncomfortable aura that appears to be surrounding the stock that "something just doesn't seem right". While one can point to several of these "missing items or events", there well may be vaild reasons why they have not happened or been revealed or perhaps suspicious reasons. Until there is far more clarity than exists now, the haze surrounding Pred will continue to exist. Unfortunately Barry's zealous senario is beginning to wear thin and shareholders need to see substantive actions and events by the company to get the stock "moving" and out of the doldrums or risk a substantial retreat in share price as enthusiasm wains. JMO
No doubt he says it. Just makes no sense to me given his price projections. But that's just me. I wouldnt risk missing a 1-3 dollar move by trying to save a few pennies.
My point is that given his "bombastic" outlook for the share price, it would seem foolish at least unlikely that one woould quibble over a few pennies and miss a large move on any substantial news which could come out at any time. Personally believe he's blowing gas about any buyer.
Didnt he say the stock would be somewhere about 3-4 by end of April. If that was real, how was his "big" buyer going to get shs at 2? Sounds like someone is FOS. His "big" buyer should have been gobbling up the stock, not waiting for it to drop.
Short current shares and cover with the secondary. Classic. Perhaps this accounts for rise in short interest. Hmmmmmmmm!
The action of the share price has all the markings of a secondary offering in the works that some have knowledge of. We will see.
As this puppy is going to take a break for a while, time to look for where the next opportunity might be. Did someone whisper BFNH? Is a video on the way? Hmmmmmmm.
Barry has gone from a laughing stock to a god, however as is well known, leopards don't change their spots. Interesting dicotomy or a yellow flashing light?
Seems pretty unbelievable that given the problem affecting 10's of millions of women who are being treated by 10's of thousands of doctors yet there are only some 250 shareholders. I guess management feels that keeping PRED under wraps from the world is a prudent course of action or is it possible there is another reason people are avoiding purchasing Pred like the plague? Given the addage "no secrets on Wall Street" one has to be leaning toward the latter.
What have they ever done "as they said"?
