I hold some tousa bonds, they mature 2010 coupon 9%-. Havent got a noticed of tousa asking me to sign any agreement. Next coupon payment day is January 1st. FWIW bond price has increased from 38 to 42,5 this week.

Bought 5k shares at 21 10 minutes ago and it was inmediatly match with an 4300 shares sold at 20 cents.

For the look of level II, we are going to close over 20 cents today IMHO.

I think some big client its short and needs the shares. I think its becoming more difficult to short tous, we are now pink and current pps 19 cents. I decided not to lend them my shares, I want that client to have the need to buy the shares so we can have a squezz I concluded I can profit better from selling higher than to get a interest on shares lent.

Why do they want to borrow some shares?
This is what i want to discuss here. If they think the pps is going up, why dont buy shares instead of borrowing? Maybe they dont want to increased buying pressure? I honestly dont know why would they want to borrow some shares. Maybe they want to short them, That doenst make sense since pps its 19 cents. thoughts?

Agree, but they both benefit. Revlon wont go bankrupt till 2009 at least, The parents gets close to 5 mm more on interest (Its like the price of a call option ending february 2009), and we can all keep playing this rev game for at least a year.

Revlon its going to pay higher rate 11% on new loan, that is bad news. Good news is the company has a new year to keep improving numbers.
