These guys don't care about legacy shareholders, and I have a suspicion that these delays in communication are intentional to get some of us to dump our shares to them.
Only options are to sell or hold and wait. I plan to wait for what I believe will be dollars. I don't care if it takes 3 more years. I'm not selling.

Well, for one, they haven't even completed the merger and I got my initial investment back (+) last November when this CEO's name was discovered associated with the ticker.
