Yes. But not immediately.
A change in OS, especially a large one likely means investment. And the filing of foreign patents, specifically China, may very well mean said investment is of the international flavor.
You know what that means... and there’s this:

As quiet as MK has been, I would say so. I committed to part of the Reg A but told MK I’d rather him take strategic $$$. He’s not asked for a check, so....
Takes more than a few hours to paper up after the sec blesses something.
Disagree. From experience, we’re days, not hours from a PR.
It says “shake n’ bake, engage.”
Dr. K. Prudent as ever.
I’m not. Treatment would probably be seen as elective. This whole quarter was stolen by the virus.
I think the product has the potential and the market is there.
Ladies and gentlemen, we have revenue. Sure it's not much, but it's proof of commercialization. Appetite in the marketplace is all that matters right now. We'll get through the FDA when COVID-19 settles down. Keep getting the word out!
Site is back up.
Mike is checking right now. Looks like a host error. The bills have been paid. Promise...
Hi, all. I've communicated with Mike re: state of the company during COVID-19. Without going down the insider trail, I'm confident that his plan for FDA submission is prudent and am encouraged by the fact that he's putting personal cash in to keep things current from a regulatory standpoint. As for the Reg-A, the tranches are milestone based. Hard to meet milestones when you can't get FDA submissions reviewed. But the commitment is in place. So, hunker down, stay safe, and get ready for one hell of a ride once we're past the pandemic.
Yep, a sham CEO wouldn’t keep putting personal cash in. This thing is on hold; the FDA is wholly devoted to COVID-19. Pushing filings right now would be a waste.
Our old friend Natalie Wells...
Still waiting for trials and holding on strong, our dear Natalie has been diagnosed with COVID-19. Prayers, good vibes, or whatever you have for this lady, please. Her fever is coming down, but not out of the woods yet. Thanks, all.
18000 tomorrow.
The reason for the delay (many companies are doing this, by the way) is if one is filed and needs to be revised, the SEC may be in a position where they are unable to process the revision within the deadline to file. Then the company would have other legwork to straighten things out. Catch 22. Piss off investors for a couple of hours or waste their money on more paperwork which would piss me, personally, off a lot more.
hit it!
some serious accumulation going on here. NITE knows something...
nice try. Remember we can help many millions of people; not just a hundred thousand.
Congrats!
For the sake of the dog, I hope they do. What benefits the company, though, is partnerships and more clinics coming online. IMO, we're at that point. Long and strong!
I have full faith in Korenko and the technology. Not going to predict profits, but I'm not selling...
In the 2015 book Heal, by Arlene Weinraub, you'll find that UC Davis has been approved to use Yttrium 90 in canines since 2008, specifically for brachytherapy in osteosarcomas. Colorado State and Texas A&M are as well. Arlene is aware of Isopet and Whodini's owner spoke with Korenko yesterday. It's only a matter of time.
Of course!
Sorry. That was supposed to be a wink face, not a question mark. Yes, they have connected.
Already made sure they are connected ??
Will find out. Thanks!
Doubtful. Mike bought shares with cash just a few days ago...
You’re right. Was thinking of previous note price.
So, if you were the CEO, you'd chip in personal cash if it was a sinking ship?
nope. the offering is .04. That is a good deal... imagine what the ask would do if the bid was 50mn shares...
Since there was a PPS attached to it, my guess is that he put in a little cash to pay a bill re: Reg A. Just my opinion.
That would be totally normal. Investors will set milestones every single time. My understanding is that it will happen much sooner that Q3.
The licensing agreement was renewed long ago. Part of my investment was for the premium to do it.
Nope. Not a chance.
Calm down, everyone. Mike has something good brewing. Reg A's take time. Lots of DD.
he’s president of the Society for Veterinary Medical Ethics. She’s president emeritus. Yeah, I think they know one another.
That doctor, David Vail, and our own Alice Villalobos know one another. He’s participated in her forums.
