There were a bunch of strains end of December, only thing i can think of is the beginning of the year marked a reset for the Curaleaf quota, where they have to prduce enough for Curaleaf and anything beyond that can be sold wholesale to dispenaries. They just cant sell AG flower directly to consumers, just B2B
Glorious Extracts is also licensed by the city of phoenix to use sweet virginia to make extracts, in the extraction cabinet they setup. Anything marked with AG on the results were made with American Green. Waiting to see how that plays in

TruMed and Cura had them most of last year, right now its Cannabist and Sol Flower. The Sol Flower locations have gone down from like 6 to 3 and the strain selection from like 18 to about 4, but ive gotten plenty of their flower strains and they are pretty good.

yea, i live in AZ and am familiar with what rhey do and dont have. your post is filled with their business ventures that disnt amount to anything. The grow op is the main focus of the business at this point. Ive been to Tru|Med, got the AG branded flower and beene by the new grow to see progress. The company does not operate the Zazzzz, its been rebranded to the AGX, Earthly Mist is the only one that uses them so far. There was Dr Terpz, a customer of EZWeed247 (EZVending now) but he claims he and his team invented it, and EZVending has nor response to rhe news article he gave. think you need more research
they also put the new building up for sale, Sale for Leaseback. the purchaser buys it for $15M, with ERBB being the guaranteed tentant, paying $120k/month for rent. since the permits to run the grow op and inhouse kitchen are non-transferable, the tenant has to be ERBB in order for it to stay a permitted cannabis facility.

AZ cares more about the money than principals. i dont see why it wouldnt be passed. current law "A dispensary “shall not be located within 1,320 feet of a preschool, kindergarten, elementary, secondary or high school, public park or public community center.” "A dispensary “shall not be located within 5,280 feet of the same type of use or a medical marijuana cultivation or infusion facility.”" so AZ cares more about a dispensary being closer to another dispensary than they care about it being close to an elementary school. i dont see why it wouldnt get approved
anyone else notice S&S Holdings is trying to sell 2902 W Virginia Ave for $2 million? S&S Holdings bought it in 2007 for only $500k, but is now trying to cash in on the updates American Green did to make it a successful grow. Now the property is worth $2,000,000? Marijuana property is becoming a hot commodity here in AZ, because theres limited areas you can have the grow. Since they just lost the court case and cant make ERBB pay more rent and couldn't force them to buy it $500k over fair market value, theyre trying to sell the building. American Green just signed another 5 year lease, so whoever buys the building knows theyre buying it with a paying tenant for a minimum of 5 years, maximum of 15.

i did not know they were doing a recreational side. interesting. if it was available recreational without consequences, I know alot of people who would buy LSD/psilocybin regularly, me included. a few hundred micrograms every month or 2 has been awesome to get through quarantine, with a bunch of video games and Electric Sheep on youtube lol. 550 micrograms makes for a 24 hour experience with no sleep, but totally worth it.
it would make it legal for like personal use amounts. if you were found with anything large or accessories that would indicate youre dealing, then youd get in trouble. for heroin, they already have safe spaces for people to go and do heroin, exchange the needle for a clean one and walk out with no charges, so this isnt too far out there, in my opinion.
