Still here, still long.
Let us know when you go long. Normally, I would agree with you but VFF is a different animal.
18th month long here. The Citron scam is over. I'm sure they cashed out that day. Clear road to earnings.
$30+ after September earnings report.. The problem with VFF is, it looks too damn easy. Ultimately, I think you are going to want to be a holder of this at some point.
I just feel like VFF is different. I'm also guessing that those that wanted to cash in on this Citron thing have already done so in some fashion. Based on how the report report was written, there is no way this holds water for a long period. I would be surprised if we saw any additional firms join in. We'll see what happens, this looks like an unstoppable train, good luck trading.
You may be able to short and make money on this from time but, as time goes on you'll be speculating at higher price points. Over the next year the buy and hold/add when under priced/longs on this board are going to clean up.
I apologize to those that may have read my previous 2 posts and may have found them offensive.
Agreed..I think Village is going right to the front regardless of what the sector does. Everyone will want the winners. By the end of this year Village will have clearly separated itself. Everyone regardless of how they trade should have a long position here. This looks like one of those once a decade "locks".
As far as I am concerned, they already stand alone. If you look at the competition, the entire picture of each company.. management, expenses, experience, brand, distribution etc etc etc. At it stands now, from what we know, why would you go anywhere else? Some are probably more informed than myself and own stock in others but from a keep it simple stupid investor standpoint, don't they have the best shot?
Agreed. They should have a more in depth view as to how far along they are. That's probably a discounted price as well.
My guess is you'll see a significant change with the September earnings report.
My conservative guess is $51. The September numbers could spark a Tilray type rally though. However, the difference between then and September would be real earnings by VFF backing the price.
Might me the last opportunity to get in cheap. The stock has offered up quite a bit of time for people to get in. The doors are closing.
Looks to be the identical price action to the previous two Thursdays. Constant buying throughout the day. It will be interesting to see what happens tomorrow. Stay Long!!
Anything under 15.50 U.S. is till cheap right now. Luckily I was able to take profit from a couple of others and add on the last two dips here. The only hemp stock with a realistic shot for huge returns for shareholders at them moment. (my opinion) Stay long! Early doors here.
Congrats all longs as well as those that are new. Seems like MD has us moving right along.
Cool, thanks for the info!
At these prices I had to pop for more as well. We'll see what happens.
OK guys and gals the doubters are beginning to leave the building.
$15.50 (U.S.) is fair value for VF in my view. Everyone knows what's going on here so 15-20% above that is not unreasonable. Any new news and the numbers go higher. I see what you guys are seeing regarding some sort of pull back, but right now this stock is a different animal. I don't see this below $15.10 at any point in the near future. Just my opinion.
Under $17 U.S. is cheap if there is anything to the Mexico tweets. Additionally, if Tilray went to $200 on hype where does Village go on fact?
Agreed 100%
Bottom of the first inning. Congrats all longs!
Got in last week. Of the extractor options out there, this looks to be the one to have over the next 5 years.
Anything under $15 (U.S.) is cheap right now.
My guess is Thursday. This almost feels like an intentional delay by NASDAQ. They could have asked for proof the trades settled last week.
I know Viilage Farms did not file the correct paper work however, NASDAQ should not have listed the stock until all required paper work is in order. Meanwhile, NASDAQ has hijacked everyone's money. Can they, (NASDAQ) be sued for this?
No, I'm not serious just very dubious of SEC's actions. Let's get back trading Monday!
I hope trading resumes Monday. Why would Nasdaq allow trading to begin if all of the paperwork was not in order? I'd like an explanation from Nasdaq as to why they even began trading if this was the case.
I wasn't that clear lol. Just don't want anything stopping the train and confidence in the market questioned. There is a lot of new money in this I'm sure. There is around me. Some are first time buyers of any stock. They are optimistic (like we all are) and are asking questions about why the ticker isn't moving, why the shut down etc.
I'm long and have been.
If this doesn't open tomorrow with a PR this afternoon the current momentum is in the toilet.
Please post if you guys find out what happened.
Given the current/updated fundamentals, under $13 (US) is cheap right now.
Started at $5.95, $3.80, bought in the 3s 4s 5s and 6s along the way. Added again yesterday. When you follow this company's fundamentals, it's difficult not to add to the pile if you can as the company shifts to hemp. As investors, opportunities to get in early don't present themselves that often. If you believe in something, and can afford to do so, you should seize the opportunity. That's what we've done and it's still not too late for those that are new.
If Mike can't make this happen how is anyone else going to? This is the one to have. Investing not speculating.
