How in the heck would you know whether they were installed or not?! Good grief, talk about creative license!
Is there evidence the vending machines are a “missed promise?” Is it because there hasn’t been a new press release about them?
Is there a single shred of new information about the vending machines since that original pr? If not, perhaps they’re already installed and Canb is waiting to see how much they make before posting another pr about it.
Just a guess, but so is anything else on this topic. In the absence of new information, it’s easy to make assumptions.
Why do you assume nothing has happened with those machines? They said the order was placed, “expected” to be installed in aug/sept.
I know just as much about their progress as you do.
To me, it just doesn’t seem likely they spun that pr from whole cloth. Maybe I’m wrong, but I expect we’ll see some update on those machines sometime soon.
Many companies lose money when they are in their initial expansion mode. This is known.
I understand your concerns. There is much danger with penny stocks. Canbiola is a speculative investment. It could just as easily tank as it could make monster gains. I like this company because it has laid some great groundwork for the future, has exponential sales growth (thus far), and has a large upside potential.
Yes, I know they have exponentially rising expenditures as well. Obviously, they’ve lost money for the entirety of their existence. Everybody who’s read their financials knows that. But they’ve built a pretty solid looking operation with the money they’ve spent and the shares they’ve issues. It’s about where it’s going, not where it’s been.
Lol, you crack me up, walt. Without a doubt, the laziest troll on the internet!
“This company is controlled by dark forces. Oh, you want evidence? Find it yourself.” Haha, love it.
Canbiola sells cbd isolate products with terpenes added for the “entourage effect.”
That’s what they sell.
If investors think there’s a future in that, this is the company for them.
If investors prefer the full spectrum oils, there are other companies for that.
You have declared that cbd isolate is not for you, nor will it be a profitable venture for Canbiola moving forward.
You have been heard.
People can do their own research to decide what’s best.
Pretty simple.
I’m amazed at how many conspiracy theories people come up with about this company.
It’s unfortunate that a falling pps gives people a cause to believe these fake theories.
The most obvious reason the pps has fallen: the ENTIRE CBD industry is in the toilet.
Not because the mafia or the mysterious Redwood, oooohhh. Certainly not because we haven’t seen a pr about vending machines.
The truth is, people have lost money on cbd stocks in 2019. Canbiola is not unique in the loss of value for its shareholders. What makes Canb unique is the amount of groundwork they’ve lain out for future growth, the trajectory of their sales growth, and the incredibly high potential for investment gains once it takes off.
I’m optimistic about this stock. It’s not a perfect company by any stretch, but I’m still betting on a good run sometime in the not too distant future.
There are many redwoods, but I think you are referring to the lender/management company that Notis owes money to, and who will own 20% of the pueblo farm if/when the note is paid off.
Notis is the parent company of Shi Farms.
My question is, who cares?
The notis/redwood connection has very little to do with Canbiola.
Canbiola will get biomass for cost and will get a percentage of the sales for the rest of it.
Seems like a win for Canb.
Ok, whatever. Good luck.
Lack of sales? The company is up like 400 percent.
I’m not sure what lies you’re referring to. Is it because they haven’t given an update on vending machines that they “expected” to be installed in aug and sept? Gimme a break.
I don’t think the fda legislation is going to do squat for canb specifically. It might give a boost to the entire sector though. Who knows? Some people think they’re going to loosen the guidelines on thc content, going the complete opposite direction from the “thc free” route sleek describes here.
The shi farms deal and the sam pads are the most important things happening for this company. Their websites are terrible, their web presence is non-existing, and management makes some bad investor relations decisions.
Despite all that, they have lain a foundation for really big growth in the future. I just read an article about cvsi, and how they focus too much on sales and not enough on proprietary technology and vertically integrated production. Canb has done great with both of those things. As I said, shi farms and the sam pads are what will make this company profitable. Jmo.
Pretty much every cbd stock has tanked, so I'm not specifically concerned with Canb. When the sector swings back up, I think Canb has the greatest upside potential of the companies in my portfolio.
Honestly, I really don't care about the vending machines or this debate about cbd isolate vs. full spectrum.
I do wish their websites weren't absolutely terrible.
Mostly, I'm optimistic about their Shi Farms deal. Canbiola is on the supply side of the industry now, so all the "mom and pop" cbd companies that are "everywhere" might be buying their product from Canbiola.
The truth will out. I'll sit tight and see what happens.
Since we’re speculating on the future, maybe they are compensating their COO because things are going really well this quarter and they know they can afford it.
I know I’m excited!
Do some research on shi farms and you will see that Canb is in a unique position moving forward. Cbd “is everywhere” because people buy it from processors like mile high labs who buy it from farmers like shi farms.
Canbiola doesn’t have to buy it from anyone. They are a seed to sale company now. They get it at cost, as well as a portion of profit from the hemp sold to mile high labs.
Exciting post!
In the shi farms pr, Marco said, “Canbiola typically buys 150 kilos of isolate per year and this relationship will enable us to save thousands of dollars per kilo. We believe this is a robust growth opportunity for Canbiola and with Shi Farms as our partner, gives us the scale and flexibility to increase our revenue in a profitable manner.”
Thousands of dollars PER kilo, and they usually buy around 150 per year. That number will increase with increasing sales. I’m confident this company is on the road to profitability.
So many reasons to look forward to Canbiola vending machines!
My personal favorite reason:
What’s your point?
Interesting dd, guys. I think some clarification is definitely necessary.
Great DD, walt! Lol
Thank you for the information, it’s interesting.
So...you’re not going to provide any tangible evidence to support your accusations? Links...documents...proof? Just character attacks and conjecture?
Lol, later dude. Have a great day!
The opinions presented are not facts. I’m open to any factual evidence you would like to present to support your claims. Links, documents, provable examples of fraud in Canbiola, etc. If you have such evidence, you should present it to this board and the SEC immediately.
Relative value statements such as, “nothing special,” and “poor transactions,” and “for a laugh,” are clearly, by definition, opinions, not facts.
Dr. Weissberg is a dilution expert? Senator Ron Silver and Johnny Mack are dilution experts? Lol
I don’t buy any conspiracy theory that Canbiola is some dilution scheme. Why go to all the trouble of creating a real product, patenting proprietary cbd pads, building a real business, selling to real doctors and patients, going to trade shows, forming a partnership with shi farms, uplisting to the otc qb, posting audited financials, RAISING $4 MILLION in a private placement, etc etc etc, just to make your company worthless on purpose?
The increase in shares has been used, thus far, to increase sales, decrease production costs, and pay employees. The 300% growth in revenue is just, what, an accident that these “crooks” somehow stumbled into? Are the 300 plus Doctors who endorse this company and their product crooks as well? Or just idiots?
On that note, why would all these medical professionals recommend Canbiola’s products to their patients if the cbd isolate they use is “nothing special,” as some have said. A google search about cbd makes us more informed about what works for their patients than doctors are? The salve definitely works on my hands, that’s for sure.
Someone very smart posted the beginning operating losses for cvsi on this board. They didn’t make any money at all for a long time. They had a lot of convertible debt that they eventually paid off. Once they did, and started turning a profit, the pps went nutso. They also had a ceo with a checkered past, I might add.
I don’t think this company is perfect by any means. They make mistakes, especially with investor relations. BUT, they are still growing and learning in an industry that’s in its infancy. Ultimately, I think Canbiola will turn out to be a well known name in New York State and even the country.
On a final note, this stock was already sub-pennies before. They would have cashed out already if that was the real goal, no?
The suspense is crippling.
What’s the best method to contact Canbiola?
Here are some capsules:
http://sevenchakrasllc.com/turmeric-ginger-capsules-30mg-cbd-cap/
Also, they do have a full spectrum item in the Seven Chakras lineup, which shows they could go that route if they chose.
See 2:45 of this clip:
In the video sleek shared a few days ago, Marco mentioned that they were working with Northwell through their affiliate Vivo Pharmacies.
I’ve contacted Vivo pharmacies via email and have asked whether they carry Canbiola cbd products. I will let the group know when they respond.
Just because the pps has decreased, it doesn’t mean Canbiola is failing. In fact, company has grown tremendously since last year, when the pps was...10 cents? The whole sector ate it this summer, and I think Sleek gave a pretty good analysis on why. A wise investor would not sell at the bottom, but would wait and see what happens with the FDA and accumulate while the pps is at its lowest. Personally, I’d like to own at least a million shares before October hits. This is a minimal risk entry point, imo.
Everyone have a safe and fun labor day weekend! Even the people I disagree with!
Are banks currently allowed to finance or manage accounts for cbd companies in the U.S.?
Imagine if the NFL started using cbd infused TENS and SAM pads for injuries and soreness....
Here’s an article about CBD regulation in New York State, where Canb is based.

We’ll see. Personally, I think the vending machine is a dumb idea. If I wanted to purchase CBD, I wouldn’t insert any significant amount of money in a mechanical dispenser. I’ve had too many bags of chips get stuck, lol.
Umm, I don’t know what to think. What are you trying to say? Why do you think those pieces of equipment are being used for the mafia?
Why do you think they are using the machines for the mafia?
Lmao. Wat?
According to the SEC’s complaint, “Medbox claimed to sell vending machines known as “Medbox” devices capable of dispensing marijuana on the basis of biometric identification. The SEC alleges that Vincent Mehdizadeh created a shell company called New-Age Investment Consulting to carry out illegal stock sales and used the proceeds from those sales to boost Medbox’s revenue. Medbox allegedly issued press releases headlining the phony revenues as record earnings to legitimize itself as a viable commercial operation when in fact nearly 90 percent of the company’s revenue in the first quarter of 2014 stemmed from sham transactions with New-Age.”
By making the comparison between Canbiola and Medbox, are you saying that Canbiola is manufacturing fake sales numbers through shell companies?
If so, please present your evidence to this board and to the SEC immediately.
Ok. “CBD isolate is garbage” is not a factual statement. “Medical professionals will never recommend cbd isolate to their patients” is not a factual statement.
They are subjective generalizations that aren’t accurate.
Anyone genuinely interested in a healthy dialogue should include facts. Such as, “Epidiolex, a CBD isolate, is the only FDA approved CBD prescription on the market.”
That’s a fact that disproves a blanket statement like, “CBD isolate is garbage.”
Perhaps an appropriate response in a healthy dialogue would include an acknowledgment of CBD isolate being effective in some situations, but that there is research showing full spectrum being more effective in others.
Instead, we continue to see a repetition of provably false generalizations.
Sounds like you really know what you’re talking about. You should start a cbd company.
Infinite CBD was a private company very recently purchased for $2 million by Wealthcraft capital. Canbiola’s current market cap is $18.8 million. They have assets in excess of $5 million, a recent private placement of $4 million, and sales growth over 300% yoy. I think Canbiola is doing just fine thus far, if we are comparing the two companies.
I think the point of sleek’s post was to highlight the viability of cbd vending machines.
Thanks!
