so when the subsidary shares are issued, who thinks there will be an increase in pps of the subsidary or a decrease? will there be a massive sell off or will people stay in the subsidary? i have my opinions, just wondering what others are thinking. 1.50 each share, this is amazing. am i correct?

Eh, I'm not really a huge stock buff or anything and am quite ignorant when the technical terms and strategy names get thrown around, etc. I just do this on the side to make extra money and feed my real estate portfolio. This is definitely going to be my largest gain if it hits a dollar.
