email from james:
Regarding Cindy. I am not going to get into an online debate with
her. I didn't even read her inane ramblings. I had the class to say
publicly that she is not with us and that I harbor no ill will, and
wish her the best. I am going to leave it at that. She can talk
trash all she wants, it's more of a reflection on her than on me as
far as I'm concerned. I don't like drama and I feel that nothing good
comes of putting dirty laundry out there on display. Everything is
moving forward as planned. I saw that she said I am a liar, I don't
know how she can say that since I never stated why we terminated her
or disclosed any info about her publicly.
We have had a NUMBER of top fighters and other people in the MMA
industry contact me today to tell me that they are glad Cindy is no
longer with us and that they look forward to moving forward on the
project. Cindy is not the only person in the industry who is
connected with the UFC, the IFL and fighters etc. I think Cindy is
going to be very surprised about what we put together behind closed
doors without her knowledge within the MMA community. She is going
to be in for a surprise in the upcoming weeks.. =) I have also been
in contact with some high level people who she thinks are her friends,
again, she is going to be in for a shock...LOL....
Let me recount a story about a past experience....
No one is bigger than the movie itself. On my last project "All That
I Need" I had this girl named (lets call her Beth) that I hired on as
a Production Coordinator and she worked hard so I promoted her to
Producer. We shot the movie and she started to think she was all that
and started telling me and everyone else how things were going to be.
She let her self importance go to her head. I ended up firing her.
She freaked out and talked shit about me and the production on the
message boards. She refused to return all the company documentation
and contacts that she worked for on behalf of the company which is
called in legal terms conversion.
So Beth was fired and threw a hissy fit. After her hissy fit died
down, and the smoke cleared all the actors and everyone else continued
on supporting the project, and not Beth. Because as I stated, no one
person is bigger than the project itself. Beth wrote me and told
me the movie would go no where without her. Well the project went
over to Cannes, and some of the other actors and I went as well and
the movie got theatrical distribution which was bigger than she could
ever imagine. We had a big premier in Southern California for the
movie and Beth tried to crash it. Instead she ended up having to buy
a ticket like every other regular person to go see the movie. Her
name wasn't even in the credits because as a director I can decide who
is in the credits and who isn't. And she had a cameo in the movie and
I edited that out as well. Years latter, no one even remembers Beth
anymore. She is not in the credits of the movie, she is not on IMDB
nor is her speaking role in the movie. She tried to protest with IMDB
to leave her name in the credits but they go by the director and what
he has to say about the project. Last I heard she moved to Texas and
gave up her movie aspirations. At the end of the day, a movie has a
life of its own and a lot of people end up working on it. It's a
collaboration and no one person is responsible for its success or
failure. Once you start filming there is about 70 different people
with different jobs involved in the project.
As time went on Beth became more and more disillusioned. She could
not believe that the project moved on without her or that it was more
successful than she could ever imagine. She thought her dismissal
would be a minus for the project and that it would go down the tubes.
Instead, a $40K movie went to Cannes and was released theatrically.
Beth also assumed all the actors would be on her side, in the end the
actors were concerned about the project and it's success.
A year and a half from now when the movie is completed and in
theaters, all of this drama won't matter. I know, because in
Hollywood you deal with a lot of dramatic and self important people
who have an inflated sense of self worth. I have seen this movie
before, and I know how it turns out. It turns out that all of this
stuff doesn't matter in the long run no matter how big a deal it seems
in the short term.
Happy new year,
James
i have not ignored anything that has been brought to the table, I have always taken in and considered what everyone says on this board. and only post evidence to prove something wrong if it is warranted. I am as unbias as possible and bring information to the table weither good or bad, if you look to the posts, you will see it was me that posted about Cindy no longer with NS and Imperia. and i have posted other things as well, like not getting into Sundance film fest. I knew this things and post them, If they are good things then good, if they are bad things, then i still post them
im reaching? HAHA Red - those were all facts
i agree in the respect that ANY SUPPORT from any organization can only help, however, you guys in the US think its the end of the world.. remember the USA only has 299k people of the world's 6.5 BILLION
EDIT:: then there are people like Gracie, Ruas, Shamrock, Miletich, to name a few with IFL, PLEASE!! dont get me started!
also:
Two of the International Fight League’s (OTC.BB: IFLI) legendary coaches, world Jiu-Jitsu champion and coach of the IFL’s New York-based Pitbulls team Renzo Gracie, and Pat Miletich, coach of the IFL’s Moline, Illinois-based Silverbacks team, were featured as part of Scott Pelley’s report on the growth of Mixed Martial Arts on “60 Minutes” on Sunday, December 10. The piece, along with additional video and stories on Yahoo and CBS.com, drew massive attention to the IFL and the sport..
EDIT:: HAHA you make me laugh wweaazz - do your homework!
PRIDE FIGHTING or PRIDE Fighting Championships is a mixed martial arts organization based in Japan, promoted by Dream Stage Entertainment. Its inaugural event was held at the Tokyo Dome on October 11, 1997. It is the most popular MMA organization in the world based on the number of event attendees: the Pride Final Elimination 2003 event had 65,000 people in the audience. The audience record is 90,000 people on the Pride and K-1 co-production called Shockwave/Dynamite held in August 2002.
and:
Perhaps the biggest surprise at the press conference was the attendance and announcement of former undisputed heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson. According to Pride president Nobuyuki Sakakibara, “We have formed an alliance with Mike Tyson and we are planning projects replete with MMA appeal. He’s not merely a guest, but a partner who will help us create an MMA revolution.”
and then there is BodogFight who signs FEDOR, who is considered the best fighter in the WORLD:IF YOU DO NOT KNOW THEM... HAHA, THEY BRING IN $7BILLION, YES, BILLION A YEAR IN REVENUES, MAKES UFC look like child's play
http://www.sherdog.com/news/news.asp?n_id=6250
THEN: George St. Pierre who is from TKO which is the Original organization alliance with NS
Go do yourself a favor and do some DD
besides, the success of IPEI does not lie solely on NS, you seem to forget the other things this company has, for instance a big studio quality film which cost $2.7m USD to make which is fully paid for as well as Autograph which now has worldwide distribution attached to it, ATIN which only cost $40k which has now brought in over $52k, then you have the future deals ROK mobile content.. there is a lot out there, so in my eyes, valuation which we are now sitting at $345k is way undervalued in my book, and YES in the future weither near or far there will be shares probably be shares hitting the market either thru conversion or sale, but there is a lot of money out there for this company. The MAIN reason as i see it why the company PPS has nothing to do with the PROJECTS the company has but rather the perception of the management.. my 2 pence(because im in the UK)
see, that is where you were wrong to begin with, UFC was never "backing" NS or Imperia, they were merly ALLOWING the use of their fighters still under contract... Some of the largest names in MMA are with OTHER organizations..
you know what the company has in the works/finished/in the fire/etc. you dont need me to tell you.. SIIR is at our doorstep for one
believe what you want faster, but your investment will be good soon imo
its not going to make a bit of difference for NS, a film production is MUCH bigger than just ONE person! Chainweight im sure can attest to that
faster - i assure you it was a termination-read the one i posted a few ago.. anyways, onto brighter things, the chart is starting to shape up, and i believe we shall see positive things from here, i wish you all a great night and hope everyone had a great holiday season and i will see you all tomorrow!
there are many reasons for the termination which the company do not want to disclose publicly.
I know its a public company but it IS a personal matter and confidentiality should remain paramount.
im not sure what effect this will have on NS but i always like to bring you the facts one way or another when i find them out...
Confirmed

me personally, would at least wait to see what happens with SIIR before making any rash decisions.. ;)
yes, and i agree but that was downward, apply that in the opposite direction and tell me what you come up with..
because even if you believe that IPEI is $h*t, there is still money to be made ;)
because the only shares that are being sold at the moment are the very FEW that people bought under these levels, why do you think the pps moves so drastically will little volume..any big news and volume and it will fly back up
faster - it is my strong opinion you will be in the green for your cheap shares very very soon ;)
they dont listen ;)
Ken has told me numerous times he has invested $1.7million and he assures me it would not be in his benefit to sell
TKwondo - i dont believe james was saying that Cindy said anything that could be classed as "insider information" I believe he was just saying that she may not know the Laws and say something that may get her into trouble.. my 2 cents
Dear Insanity,
Merry Christmas to you and your family. I wanted to clear up a couple
of things. Please post this on IHUB.
I can confirm that it was Cindy who posted on IHUB and she was hired
by us to help with relations in the MMA world as well as to assist
with PR. However I NEVER encouraged her to respond to shareholders or
to post on the boards. In fact I instructed Cindy to NOT talk on
IHUB or any other boards or talk to shareholders. She is not from the
investment or movie world and does not understand insider trading
laws. I have explained to her that giving away privileged information
to shareholders could get her in SERIOUS legal trouble with the SEC.
It could also get those who recieve any priviliaged information from
her in trouble. I have written her instructing her to not post and
not respond to shareholder inquiries for this reason. I know she is
trying to be helpful on our behalf but her naivety could get her in
trouble. Please do not have shareholders interact with her anymore.
Ken has also informed her to no longer post company business on public
forums.
I am sure that Cindy could share with you many things that are
upcoming with the company or relationships that are developing or
things that are happening. This might make you and other shareholders
feel better, but it is highly illegal and is in no way sanctioned by
imperia or by me. I have given her a direct order not to post on IHUB
or talk to shareholders for this reason. She does not realize that
anything that goes out that we have not PR'd could be considered
insider trading. Even the most innocent of things. There are times I
would love to disclose things to shareholders, but I simply cannot
because of what the laws are. Please DO NOT ask her questions for the
above reasons.
Again Merry Christmas and happy new year to you and your family.
All the best,
James Hergott
MERRY XMAS TO ALL!!!
faster- sorry, i was out, i just got back, let me see if i can get it for you.
faster - here is your answer:
No but if they are over two years old I don't have to. You are barking up the
wrong tree. These are loyal shareholders who would not sell so recklessly.

Subject: Re:
Ken,
Have you signed off on shares to be converted to common?
If so, how many?
matt
look at these F'ing crooks UBSS and NITE,
NITE 0.029 5000 12/19 x NITE 0.03 5000 12/19
UBSS 0.029 5000 12:27 UBSS 0.03 5000 12:27
when ipei gets to .50 i will be a very happy man ;)
well, faster double his position, i doubled mine as well and a lot of other people had that opportunity to even still do so... 2x the shares even with half the movement = same result! ;)
i see what your saying faster :)
lets just hope something good comes out of Imperia to give us our dues
i believe only RESTRICTED shares have to follow Rule 144 to be converted, which requires that to be signed off, Preferred dont as far as i know... i will have to research that more..
i do not believe its "restricted convertable" whats hitting the market, i believe its the PREFERRED shares, which are NEVER restricted and can be converted at anytime..i think thats whats hitting the market
faster- one good thing i CAN say, is that there isnt any REAL resistance until you get to .17, .18 any good buying pressure you would see yourself recover a ton of money imo
Yes, nothing really earthshattering...
