The URL address for the official website for Target Development Group, Inc., has been
updated and shortened to: www.TargetDGI.com and made active as such as of April 27, 2010.
This URL points to a subdirectory page under the website for the operating division (Hannover
House), in order to be more expeditiously updated and integrated with Hannover House. The
Company anticipates posting information on financial data, investor links and other filings and
updates relevant to Target’s activities as the parent company of Hannover House.
ITEM III Management’s Discussion and Update on Release Activities & PR Agencies
The release titles for the second and third quarter of 2010 represent some of the highest
profile titles in the history of Hannover House, including five theatrical releases, ten video
releases and two books. In order to maximize consumer visibility and press support for current
and upcoming releases from Hannover House, the Company has contracted with (or otherwise
engaged) several third party publicity and marketing firms to enhance the sales and marketing
activities occurring on an in-house basis.
a). In support of the Company’s current release of the non-fiction economics book, “MADE
IN THE USA” by Barr McClellan, Hannover House has engaged the Smith Publicity firm in
New York, NY and Cherry Hill, NJ. Smith Publicity will be coordinating national TV news and
talk show appearances for author McClellan, as well as radio and newspaper outreach campaigns,
commencing. “MADE IN THE USA” will hit bookstores nationwide on Tuesday, May 4, 2010.
b). In support of the Company’s May 21, 2010 theatrical release of the Marshall Currydirected,
NASCAR racing-themed documentary, “RACING DREAMS,” Hannover House has
engaged the services of publicity and marketing firm, Zipline Entertainment of New York City.
Zipline will be coordinating all national and regional publicity, including the film’s official
premiere on May 18th at the NASCAR Hall Of Fame in Charlotte, NC.

c). In support of the company’s July 2, 2010 theatrical release of the Joel Schumacherdirected
drama, “TWELVE,” Hannover House has engaged the services of 42 West (with offices
in both New York and Los Angeles). 42 West will be handling primary national publicity and
P.R. outreach for the film, from major talk shows to key newspapers and magazines. 42 West is
also coordinating key talent placements for the film with the M-TV Music Awards and the Black
Entertainment Television Awards.
d). In support of the Company’s September 3, 2010 theatrical expansion of the Josh Radnordirected
romantic comedy, “HappyThankYouMorePlease,” Hannover House has engaged the
services of ID-PR of Los Angeles and New York. ID-PR will work with Hannover executives in
all aspects of consumer publicity and promotions for the film, from national talk shows to
festival screenings and internet promotions.
In addition to the third-party Publicity and Public Relations firms listed above, Hannover House
has contracted with ScreenVision Media for theatrical trailer placement and selective film
distribution activities, Palisades Media for national television, radio and internet advertising,
Black Entertainment Television for national cable ads on BET, Cimarron Media for trailer
editorial, and Oleum Rain for creative marketing services.

If people are sitting with those types of blocks it appears VNDM is not in a hurry to dump.
Yep, we are on same page. Sometimes I think people read hundreds of messages by posters of evil MM's shorts you name it and start to think it is real in pinkie land. Pinkies run because of MOMO and group plays. On occasion you can find a solid stock like TDGI, they are few and far between.
IMO there are no games being played by VNDM. He has X amount of shares to sell. The good thing is that who ever he is selling for does not want the stock to crash. The bad is none of us really know how many shares are left to be sold.

Yes there has been 200 million shares that had to be eaten through. That came with the R/M. I say if and in pinkies that is a huge word nothing changes in share structure I think we see 15 to 20 cents by Sept. A couple things I liked AS reduced. Company not paying money or shares to be pumped. So far CEO has actually followed through on every PR. Product is real and verifiable. So far, for my money it still looks pretty descent. We shall now do the pinkie wait and see dance.lol
