HPIL Nevada was dissolved by Stephen Brown on June 05 2023, Antifa Angela called him up begging him NOT to dissolve it and offered him intentionally deceptive, unsolicited advice that will be helpful in her deposition. She sounded VERY desperate.
Custodianship granted on cherry picked documents to create a deceptive mosaic, may amount to fraud and criminal charges for the petitioner going forward, however, I do not see how you can take control of a corporation legally dissolved by the state of Nevada 5 weeks earlier.

It appears that several separate criminals, all have one common goal...to hide something, by shutting down HPIL, 350 billion or 850 Billion shares?
This week Christopher Philbrick told me, if the SEC finds he committed a crime by filing the illegal 8k all he will get is a slap on the wrist, we will see about that. Why would someone who thinks they are innocent even state that? I told him the SEC is not whom he needs to be concerned with.
He keeps calling up SB wanting to align against Antifa Angela (AA from hence forth), its becoming a nuisance which is being addressed, he states that he really wants to "get her" and how dirty she is. No one disputes Angelas lack of ethics, or dedication to harassment, interference and false accusations, but Chrissy's actions have financially harmed over 7,000 shareholders by filing a fraudulent 8K he had no legal authority to file, along with Empire.

Apparently it is a felony to accuse someone of arson, let alone several people, mixing erratic emotions plus (drugs?) and message boards may not be a winning combination.

Judge Carras told your "attorney" your client is NOT a shareholder, and why you lost . Who goes to court with zero supporting evidence and just screeches "my client identifies a shareholder" as if by repeating a lie it will become the truth? It was painful and sublime to watch.
I give the judge a LOT of credit, I have never seen such a patient, and seemingly sympathetic handling of certain parties in this case.

Christopher Philbrick needs to update his Linkedin profile, here are a few of his recent accomplishments: filing an illegal 8k mere days after the Midland court rejected his 3rd request to take control of HPIL(securities fraud ?), filing a frivolous lawsuit when he had no legal basis to initiate (as demonstrated by the courts decision which stated he is NOT a shareholder as required), attempting to hijack a public company, losing said lawsuit with 2 summary judgements with prejudice and immediately making false statements to the SEC in writing claiming to be a shareholder (recently) , total disregard for the law and legal decisions and maybe a picture of himself on Linkedin....why hide ?

Imagine claiming to be a shareholder (false statement) to the SEC in writing days after a court ruled against you with prejudice and states in the court record you are not a shareholder? Additionally not having the authority to file an 8K harming a publicly traded company and its shareholders is also a crime.

I agree with you projections unless they issue the major updates they said they were holding back are that due out now.
Any material events must be disclosed within a short window by law.

Given the status of the company is EM , yet they state, they will clarify the status, makes me feel they have been in contact with regulators and a path forward to getting off EM sooner will be announced.
George Shart should be investigated for his over the top tweets which sure seem intended to influence the stock price and the company.

Lets see how many people are willing to sell their CNNA shares Tuesday morning. Thursday we saw some serious dumping and most were likely absorbed by those who shorted this in advance of the orchestrated attack (IMO)
Friday the sellers were far and few between, so 90% or more all sold last week, those who held will likely not be selling until the EM is lifted and we break .02 on our way to .05 and higher.

Yes it is going to be huge, websites are real, companies and affiliates are legit.
Some group orchestrated the drop after the tweet regarding filings, we were popping at first.
Judging by the silence many are regretting the panic selling, which I will not fault anyone for, or take glee in their losses, or those who sold under .002, not funny in any way.

I may be in a tiny minority holding a vast amount of cheap shares, aside from those savvy Canadians getting an even better deal.

Time to cover. Our $CNNA Form 10 is filed. Now that this milestone is behind us, we have a number of important updates pending that we have been waiting to release. They will be out over the days to come. Thank you to our shareholders for their patience.

He sold and wishes to buy back 30% lower, which will not happen. Nothing wrong with flipping, but poop and scoop is not a good look.
