This stock is shorted like crazy, there is no fear at all.
He should convert all preferred shares right now, and that should put HEMP with around 10 Billion shares. I see the shares trading down to around .0030, which would equate to around $30 million market cap. Assuming they can sell the Oregon harvest, they could re-capitalize the company.
All, the North Carolina value was hurt big time today. Oil companies will shut down spending with oil this low. Have to assume that product will be sold for cents on the dollar.
Have to assume we have 10 Billion shares outstanding now. With that the company is worth $50M. Hemp should put itself up for sale.
Awful day. Was truly hoping we would have two days of momentum. I hope management is putting the company up for sale. Need some luck here.
Need some luck, that someone wants to buy us.
We would need a bid of over $200 million to be purchased to reach that level.
I was really hoping that we would have two great days in a row, and would have passed 1 buck today. Very disappointing action. The shorts are out big time.
Praying this thing does not go back to 20 cents. SOunds like they are in the vaccine race, need some luck now.
RS is done today. I think they are issuing stock daily for the warrants, so mass selling all the time. Christ, they are so cheap they could be sold quickly.
The stock is trading like the FDA is rejecting its Phase 2 drug. Management butchered this capital raise for sure.
I hope the FDA news is not bad, the stock has been trading like it is.
has any news come out of the investor meeting?
Absolutely crushed today. Since the stock issuance, just crushed from 50 cents.
I have no clue, but crazy amounts of selling. There is no fear for the shorts. I have to assume HTBX got bad news from the FDA on the Level Two product.
Big volume again today, the selling doesnt stop.
Has there been any news on the sales front? When will Q4 earnings be out?
Guys,
We need to sell the 10-20% of hemp that Bruce said was for sale for $500 a pound first. I have not heard any updates on this. This is the first sign if we can sell the Oregon harvest. I cant imagine the spot market is really $500 a pound too.
On the NC Carolina front, we have 18 million pounds of LCM to be sold. Where is that market?
Lastly, the pre-rolls. We have no visibility how this market is really doing.
2.27.20 I believe is the shareholder meeting to vote. I assume the reverse split is a done deal. With all this selling, I am fearful we got bad news from the FDA. I hope that is not true.
This stock just continues to get pounded. Hopefully the FDA did not reject our drug
Gail,
I pulled this from Bruce's facebook page, this is the 33K pounds I believe....
2. Our hemp biomass is now for sale, so spread the word far and wide. Our Oregon grow created great A and B buds and a decent biomass crop as well. We now have 33,000 pounds of dried biomass for sale. The CBD content is 8-9% which is OK, but not as high as we wanted because the harvester harvested the stalk and stems along with the rest of the plant matter. This harvester however, works fast (we finished just one day before the snow hit) however, since there is no CBD in the stalk and stems it dilutes the total CBD percentage in the final biomass composition. Anyway, at $1.50 per percentage point that comes to $12.00 a pound. At $2.00 per percentage point it comes to $16.00 a pound. Which means we have between $396,000 to $528,000 in biomass for sale now! Actually, I think we should sell it all for $420,420. This by the way is not the A and B buds we’ll be using separately for “The King of Hemp” prerolls and high CBD buds.
I thought the harvest was 100K pounds, not 33K pounds? I could be wrong though.
The longs, including myself, are assuming HEMP can sell their harvest. I have seen no truth to this yet though.
If that is true, that the labs is not there, that is frustrating.
I have a question to the board, how does Hemp make money on the Kins Village? Do folks need to buy into the land?
Then HTBX will have to get votes for no RS from all the investors outside of the last raise.
Guys there will be a reverse split for sure, that was part of the capital raise, that investors had to vote for it. This is a done deal. I am hopeful we get some real news on the product that may go to Phase 3 testing.
I assume it will be June before those are sold. I am more interested to see if the 10-20 percent of the Oregon harvest can be sold for $500 a pound.
I think there is a shareholder meeting at the end of the month. I am sure they are pushing for all shares and warrants issued before than.
At this point, I hope Bruce converts all the preferred shares to common shares. So we have a true understanding of the company, and how many shares outstanding there is. If actually we can sell our harvest, we could do some serious financial re-engineering.
I have no idea how NC product is selling, and no idea if we can sell the Oregon harvest. We live and die off of that.
MGI needs to sell out fast....what is their unique differentiation?
There is no fear in the shorts. Probably a ton more shares to issue. Oltimer, you and I are the only longs in the stock.

There is no fear in the shorts.
CBD Crude and CBD Distillate, non-psychoactive ingredients.....why is Hemp buying these?
Any idea how many share are outstanding?
There financials said they had 18 million pounds of LCM, which they wanted to sell between $2-4. I wonder how many pounds was in the $1M deal.
LCM sold out of North Carolina is selling, but certainly not moving the needle. In the financials there is 18M pounds of LCM that has not been sold yet, clearly the market is not there.
As for Oregon, first proof point is whether they can sell 20% of the harvest at $500 a pound. No deal yet.
I think we will have 9-10 Billion shares outstanding by the end of Q1 2020, so I think the stock will be around .005. Have to assume this company is not worth more than 50 million, especially if we can not sell either the NC or Oregon harvest.
Selling is constant.....absolutely no fear in the shorts. Only real sales could stop it.
We need to sell the harvests in NC and Oregon. Realistically the the hemp that we are producing for LCM is not moving the needle. Hopefully we can sell the Oregon harvest. I have no idea if the market has way too much supply. Sounds like in 2019, the market had way too much supply.
I have no clue what is going on. How many shares are outstanding now? Christ, this stock has been crushed.
Diluting will continue unless we can sell the harvest. Also, they have the 18 million pounds stock in NC, they need to find an oil company for that product.
That assumes we can sell the harvest. We have not been able to sell the harvest yet. Certainly the hemp solutions out of NC we have struggled to sell. Look at the amount that has not been sold in NC.
We need Hemp to start selling product. After that we can draw down debt and stop diluting.
