As somebody else pointed out we are absolutely looking for improved financial results and of course the Peer Review from the clinical trials.
Any of these low low prices is just a gift because as soon as CELZ moves even further upwards we'd all wished we had a larger piece of the pie. One big delicious pie. mmmm
Absolutely so much going on with CELZ that I think that it is fair to predict 2019 will become a phenomenal year in growth and increased revenue.
Even at today's price of about 0.01 cents this is a ridiculously low price for CELZ. Anybody that purchased under this price should be well rewarded this year IMO.
Acquisitions in 2019: We anticipate acquiring the Virility Centers of America brand from affiliate company Creative Medical Health, Inc. in Q1 2019. The use of the Virility Centers brand is related to male and female wellness clinics, including sexual function (CaverStemTM and FemCelzTM), incontinence and infertility. This brand will compliment the CaverStemTM and FemCelzTM brands. The benefit to the company will be
Additional revenue sources from licensing, marketing and administrative fees as allowed for a Medical Service Organization (MSO).
Additional revenue from sale of our medical equipment.
Greater combined brand awareness by cross marketing.
Other patent pending technologies: We continue to prosecute our patent applications with the USPTO.
AmnioStemTM: We are continuing to accumulate data in order to file for an FDA IND on the use of our amniotic stem cell for the treatment of stroke. We will advise milestones in subsequent filings.
StemSpineTM: In order to concentrate our efforts on CaverStemTM domestic and international and FemCelzTM, StemSpineTM is expected to launch in late 2019. We feel it is in the best interest of the company to dedicate much of our resources to continue to build those brands and our cash flow before commercializing StemSpine.
U.S. and international agreements have been reached for exclusive distribution rights for the FDA approved Generation 2 bone marrow harvest technology which has been used with multiple ED patients in the past 90 days with excellent results. By replacing the centrifuge technology with our Generation 2 technology we realize the following benefits;
Reduced bone marrow harvest from 60cc to 20cc.
Higher cell count (less blood harvested).
Reduced procedure time.
Reduced startup cost for physician by eliminating centrifuge.[/b]
FemCelzTM; as previously announced, we are progressing with the development of the FemCelzTM procedure for the treatment of female sexual dysfunction using stem cells from the patient's own bone marrow. We are preparing the patient protocol and designing the website in anticipation of this launch in Q1. Many of our existing CaverStemTM affiliated physician's also treat female patients for sexual function and we anticipate that they will be the leaders in progressing the FemCelzTM program.
CaverStemTM clinical trial: We understand the eagerness to receive published data. We are continuing to work towards this goal of publication of the results as soon as possible.
CaverStemTM International: As was announced by publication across social media outlets and our press conference, the company successfully sponsored the treatment of two patients in Moscow using the CaverStemTM procedure. Treatment of patients is ongoing with positive results and is anticipated to steadily increase in 2019. Physicians in Switzerland and Italy are being scheduled for training and patients are being recruited
Brand Awareness to Patients: Scheduled for launch in January 2019, CaverStemTM will increase its online presence on Social Media by sponsorships and banner advertising on websites and search engines attracting the active male. We are currently negotiating an advertising campaign in Los Angeles as our first city to expand into print and radio advertising.
Physician Marketing Campaigns: Scheduled for release in January 2019, CaverStemTM will begin a series of mailer and email campaigns introducing the CaverStemTM procedure to licensed physicians in the areas of urology, sexual function and plastic surgery. This campaign which will be expanded on a monthly basis with follow up mailers and emails and calls from our sales representatives. It's our goal to reach out to a minimum of 2500 new physicians each month by these methods
CaverStemTM domestic activities: As previously reported, we are continuing marketing to physicians across the United States. Additional physicians are scheduled for training, patients are being treated and revenues are being generated and increasing each month.
Some people only want it to tank again so they can buy low and do the flipping like they've done today. Just hold your course. It's going up due to all the positive news like this snippet on news>
"We anticipate reaching financial self-sufficiency by revenues from sales in 2019."
Imagine what that means? No more dilution at some point. Self sustaining $CELZ
Ahhhh, thanks. +1. hehe
I mean the "Sponsored PlusOneCoin Faucets". Whichever company decides to sponsor a faucet ususally distributes information about the company and that's what I consider advertising. For instance, I'm quite certain that PotNetwork Holdings, Inc. would like very much for somebody to read the body of their message besides clicking on the faucet sponsored by PotNetwork Holding. Of course nobody stops you from simply clicking on the faucet without reading whatever it is that is being promoted. Whatever the message is for a sponsored faucet I'd consider a form of advertising.

Some months back it seemed like fun to click on the PlusOne advertisements, read what they had to offer and then collect 10 or 20 coins or more per company. A few companies used to award several hundred tokens just to share my name and email address with them. I don't know why the guys who run Plus1 can't seem to bring on more advertisers like those generous ones who awarded large sums of tokens. Presently remaining are just two advertisers willing to award a one-time claim of 30 tokens. Come on Plus1 guys ... you have to advertise and promote Plus1 to more clientele so we can all have more coins to spend.
it was really fun giving many of those tokens back to the different posters on the board as rewards for posting useful information. I felt like a fake coin token millionaire thinking nothing of awarding 20, 50 or 70 + tokens for satisfying posts as they remained on top of those 5 or 6 sticky posts we generally see on top of a message board. Those coins must have felt awful nice to those posters who were rewarded. Those who were rewarded always then seemed to up their game and their next messages were ever more satisfying and contained great quality information. Now with fewer coins in my wallet to reward to those posters it appears they don't post that often anymore and the quality of the posts appears to have faltered.
Currently I've severely limited my coin awards for those deserving posts to meager amounts like single coins or partial coin rewards like .01 or .02 coins from the remains in my wallet.
It seems kinda boring to go through the trouble of do this for meager little tokens of 1 or 2 coins for reading advertisements and this cheapens the advertising experience and fun I once had.
Additionally the daily collection I used to receive from that ever-so-empty ADVFN community-dripping-faucet every 12 hours is usually empty and only appears to partially fill with generous donations in many cases like 0.00000002 of a coin from a few strangers.
If Plus1 coins were really worthwhile and advantageous I'd probably buy a few thousand for laughs to hand out for information gleaning posts on the different iHub message boards but purchasing Plus1 coins appears to be a very troublesome process at best and I've never purchased cryptocurrency of any sort. Maybe it'd be easier to buy them if iHub were to sell them directly to their user base.
Anyway, that's about all I have to say about Plus1 at this time.

These could be "popping up" next to my online searches.
CELZ will be looking really cherry in 2019.

The frog has eaten some crickets.

Always what I'd expect from a great company like CELZ, plans on how to reach the goalpost.
revenues are being generated and increasing each month.
Merry Christmas to CELZ and everybody holding long. Santa's on his way. HO HO HO
I can't wait for 2019 when I would expect growth from the CMTH (Creative Medical Technology Holdings Inc.) will really increase both from the USA side of the world across the ocean to Russia and Europe bringing more revenue to the table.
Without news to the contrary I suspect that doctors are still being trained and they are still in some form of process recruiting more physicians to perform the Caverstem procedure. The next (AUA) American Urological Association Conference will be at McCormick Place in Chicago from May 3rd through May 6th, 2019. I'm hoping that CELZ will again attend and hopefully by then the peer review process may be completed and that should place much more confidence into other urologists to become associated with Creative Medical Technology Holdings Inc. (CMTH) and become providers of the Caverstem procedure.
I love that CMTH has redesigned the Caverstem webite. https://www.caverstem.com
Aside from social media I'm not sure how else this is being promoted but possibly the physicians performing CaverStem within their own communities and locations are doing some of this in order to recover some of their initial investment in obtaining rights to provide CaverStem and simply to make more money for themselves or their practices. No other reason besides making money except to provide the best stem cell cure for E.D. via the CaverStem procedure. I know it's possibly impossible now, but I'm dreaming of a day when TV or others commercial spots appear where the majority of those folks affected by erectile disfunction will become aware of the truth of true benefits to having a CaverStem procedure.
Hoping that someday the ingestion of those blue pills as a temporary aid for E.D. will become a thing of the past as stem cell procedures do away with all of the troubles of side effects and provide a cure rather than the nuisance bandaid practice of swallowing blue pills or their equivalent.
The introduction of FemCelz in 2019 should be a magnificat achievement for treatment of female sexual dysfunction. Women should feel thrilled that there may be the possibility of a cure very soon. Who else but women spend most money attending to their needs as well as others in order to advance their own special needs. FemCelz will be a wonderful addition to stem cell advancement in healthcare.
Nice articles ... Ties this: "Aims to Treat Cancer Associated Wasting (Cachexia) Using AmnioStem Universal Donor Stem Cell" into the newly published article regarding Right-To-Try. Very nice.
SCR ... Hugh find. CREATIVE MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES & Right-To-Try is a very nice fit for regenerative medicine.
Hi SFT, Ahhh, thanks. I was a little bored last night so I decided to have a little educational fun night last night engaging in some psychological dialogue. I enjoy living in other people's brains for awhile so they can dream of me at night. Then I wandered into an unusually LONG restive sleep-in this morning.
Wife decided that today was Xmas tree shopping day so we browsed a tree farm until we loaded the truck with a beautiful Christmas tree.
Anyway, I'm seeing that $CELZ had some nice action today. Green is always a good sign and I was happy to have added a few more shares to my stash for under .01 . I loaded these shares into my truck after brushing out some of those loose pine tree needles.
My grandson is having his 1st Birthday party tomorrow so that'll be a treat too.
Have a great weekend to yourself and to all fellow longs on this board.
babydaddy .... quiet impressive for sure.
It appears that the Principal Investigator listed on the peer review study of Caverstem is: Jacob Rajfer, MD University of California, Los Angeles.
https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT03699943
Isn't he one of the physicians that helped form the basis for the development of the first oral drug for impotence, Viagra ? I'm quite sure.
He has quite a resume so I'd expect the results of the peer review study to be top notch.
https://www.uclahealth.org/jacob-rajfer
Again you misinterpret my post. I was saying that neither of these are valid. I don't rely on YELP as a reliable source for any type of independent medical evaluation, regardless of the positive or negative aspects of the claim.
Part of what I said was "there's no independent validity test whatsoever to these posts ".
Also does any of your doctor demand for you to post a review anytime you visit them ? I hope not because that's be downright creepy.
Remember allegations and facts are different. Are you able to judge the stock, the company, without resorting to denigrating the personality or personal life of it's members ?
Not true, there's no independent validity test whatsoever to these posts.

Now From a First hand account:
"Yes, it is strange to go into an office where everyone appears to be Russian and Speaks Russian. That said. Dr. Gershman was first rate in treating me and very kind too."
From the Second hand account:
Somebody supposed summation from a supposed "friend" of a friend.
Yeah right ... and sure everybody should trust YELP as the foremost authority of medical quality. I barely trust anything on yelp from anonymous sources. LOL
Ohh I can smell the desperation.
Nothing has distracted me from buying CELZ at these bargain prices. I keep adding. I think we're in a pretty much oversold territory at the moment.
Talked with NSX yesterday thru iHub mail. Maybe he's in 'jail' but certainly he's not "gone". Since the details are private and I didn't ask for his permission to post anything he directly wrote me, I won't as that would violate iHub policy. The discussion revolved around CELZ is all I can say.
by "ARCA", do you mean "a genus (the type of the family Arcidae) of bivalve mollusks comprising the ark shells and blood clams"? If so they've been here for awhile and are not that helpful.
Appears to be obvious manipulation by MM's but this also appears to be in way oversold territory. IMO nothing has fundamentally changed as far as company operations and they'll only put out a PR when there is true new and not fluff. More doctors have signed on and have been trained and I expect that this 4th quarter will show expanded revenues.
Can't wait for the 1st and 2nd Q results in 2019. Not worried at all about the price per share. I'll sit still and continue to hold for another year.
$CELZ to me is the real deal. CaverStem™ is real. So are the doctors treating with this procedure. FemCelz expected to launch soon.
"It is exciting what is taking place with the development of the FemCelz procedure for the treatment of female sexual dysfunction using stem cells from the patient's own bone marrow. Following the same model as CaverStem™.

Buyers still outpacing Sellers at close to 4:1
Nah, probably more like B-B-Q-ing a short.
That's true monte. I've been loading my boat a little more each week especially as it hovered just above one cent. I'd wished I had bought a cargo-ship load of shares back in February and March instead of the tiny rented-out used fishing boat, but it's all good. Right now it appears the pps is really really attractive to the newest investors lucky and willing enough to get in now before the peer review results come back reporting on their trials. I'm really confident there'll be good news and when it comes out we'd all better pull up the anchors from our ships before we hit full thrust. ... Now if I had a super tanker all filled up by now I could just wait it out at sea. Of course if CELZ gets bought out just like Medistem did back in 2014 as CELZ now has Thomas E Ichim former President, Director & Chief Scientific Officer of Medistem, Inc. aboard ... well I might be looking to purchase a nice new pleasure craft for myself.
Dang, who is Thomas Ichim anyway?
"Thomas Ichim, Ph.D, Chief Scientific Advisor
Thomas Ichim, Ph.D, Chief Scientific Advisor, has more than 20 years of broad biotechnology experience including filing and prosecuting patents (over 100 patents filed and issued), publishing in peer reviewed journals (110 publications) obtaining regulatory approvals, conducting clinical trials, and successfully providing return to investors by taking companies public or selling of companies. Dr. Ichim was cofounder of bioRASI, a fully integrated CRO which made the INC 500 list for fastest growing companies in the USA. He subsequently joined Medistem Inc, a stem cell company which was purchased by the NYSE traded company Intrexon. Dr. Ichim was co-founder of Batu Biologics, a cancer vaccine, Regen BioPharma, and Creative Medical Technology Holdings, both of which he successfully took public. Dr. Ichim is peer-reviewed for multiple scientific journals and sits on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Translational Medicine. Dr. Ichim is author/coauthor of multiple book chapters and 3 textbooks"

Funny thing my daughter lives in Chicago. I'm from Connecticut and my wife and I flew out there the past two years for visits. Chicago's a big city and we've been to their museum and took a nice boat ride out onto Lake Michigan from near the Trump Trump International Hotel and Tower as the sun was setting behind those tall building, quite a nice thing to see. We've also hit up a few local breweries but not much else. Maybe there's more to do in Vegas. But it sure would be nice to meet up with all the longs one day, that's for sure.
There could have been a few, but if they were any then they were on the edge anyway or simply didn't have the patience to hang around.
The negativity from the fear mongers borders on the cusp of stupidity and absurdness. Shameful that such people exist as these characters do. I read many days of their posts and come away laughing at their desperation.
Such a young company that CELZ is and how far along they have come since the American Urological Association meeting in May. I see that next year's meeting is scheduled for May 03 - 06, 2019 in| Chicago, Illinois, USA. Hoping CELZ will attend and receive even more exposure since commercialization and FemCelz should have have been introduced by that time. Wonder if they'll hit up the gynecological conferences too?
