It is pointless to have a meeting if you have not selected a CEO yet,
It would cause more complaints...if they had everyone vote...then make changes after the vote. How do you know how to vote for...if the CEO should be getting a bonus...if you don't know who the CEO is...???
As long as you think there is nothing to talk about...why bother going at all....?
You fail to realize...if the board thought the company would be better off without Howard...then this is a good step for the company. If we are getting a better CEO...that is great. If you notice Rahim is not taking the spot...but holding it until we get a replacement. Rahim has done a decent job of turning the company around...but the board obviously has someone more experienced in mind.
If Howard didn't work out...so be it....get a suitable replacement.
Remember Citation Growth has much to be excited about.....and people can be replaced.
If Howard needed replacing...the board is doing thier job. My complaint...is the company should do a better job vetting management....before....bringing them into the company.
It sounds like Howard may have been hard to get along with. For all we know...that could have been a reason for Nilda leaving. Now that Howard has resigned and some light has been shined on internal discord with Howard in charge....that seems possible. If the industry downturn and Howard...were reasons for her leaving....times have changed now....I wonder if she would ever return to CGOTF?

That is false. When Rahim took over...we didn't even have the doors open yet. Now we are producing the finest cannabis that can be cultivated...and have the certifications and awards to prove it.

There are signs the industry may be turning around. Every indication shows increasing...and record revenues from CGOTF.
If management is accumulating shares....and shorts are buying....every single share on the market....you figure out what to do.

We all know Vegas is the place to invest in cannabis.
Consider this.....the largest operational cannabis facility in Vegas is the 400,000 sf by FLOOF....but they only had $2.5 million revenue last Q....and lots of debt. CGOTF had over a million in revenue....with just 36,500 sf...and not a full Q. The market has beat down the cannabis industry...and both companies hard.
Now that some of the dust has settled.....take a look at the Vegas market. CGOTF....UP 20% since 52 week low. FLOOF...UP 17% since 52 week low. That tells me they are both close to the same recovery. 20% vs 17%. If CGOTF is holding up better than FLOOF...there is your sign.
I sure am glad I'm invested in the triple certified organic, award winning cannabis producer...CGOTF......instead of the former cucumber farm....turned low grade cannabis producer...FLOOF.
The proper thing for CGOTF to do was postpone the meeting....until a new CEO is in place. It's unfortunate that some already had reservations....I was getting ready to finalize mine when I read about Howard resigning.
