The vote is in December, I assume it will pass. If you want out then I'd recommend you do it ASAP. I think as the vote approaches the bottom is going to drop out. IMHO
Even if someone could be privy to that information I'm certain they wouldn't be sharing it here. Do you really think they would make that sort of information available to anybody?
Yep voted down.
I don't thik there's any proof. It stems from a post that popped up by a merber here a week or so ago who claims someone from the company told them he was headed to NY. Its all heresay.
Do you have any specific examples of companies that took 8-10 weeks that you could share? How does one go about getting that info? Thanks
Thats exactly what I wa thinking.
Sorry to hear that man, but thats just how these markets work. Hang in there it will come back sooner or later.
Yes but you have to take into account outstanding shares, the exchange each company is listed on, and finally there's no doubt that TLRY is a bubble right now with unjustified valuations. Its a sweetheart stock right now for whatever reason, there's no specific reason why some stocks explode while others, with better fundamentals don't.CVSI will do great in the long term.
Aren't your wife and kids more important to you than being rich?
ROTFLMAO
I think the farm bill passage is assumed and baked into the pps. But if the bill fails watch out below....
I think you might be right. The process is getting long in the tooth. I hope it's not the case though.
Not sure if someone has linked this before but this is from the NASDAQ listing guide page 4. After reading this I feel more concerned that there are issues with the approval. "this time frame is variable and may be shortened considerably, if the application raises no issues and the company responds quickly to Staff comments" Considering that its beyond the average of 4-6 weeks I'm concerned that there could be hang ups. Here's the context:
Listing Timeline
While it generally takes four to six weeks to process a listing application, this time frame is variable and may be shortened
considerably, if the application raises no issues and the company responds quickly to Staff comments.
Week 1. Company submits application for listing and Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Staff begins its review.
Weeks 2-3. Staff completes its preliminary review and prepares comment letter.
Weeks 3-4. Company addresses any issues raised by Staff.
Weeks 5-6. Staff completes their review and company is approved for listing.
You can see the document in its entirety at https://listingcenter.nasdaq.com/assets/initialguide.pdf
Ok that's a pretty good one.
No problemo!

My guess is that the NASDAQ news will be a rejection.
I especially liked in Marcos post how he said something to the effect that an RS may seem risky to a seasoned investor... Well there's a reason for that. I don't think there is much of a success rate for companies trading at 1.5 cents that undergo a reverse split. It's just a rinse and repeat that so many penny stocks go through.
Anything is possible here. One thing's for sure . This doesn't trade sideways right now. It's either skyrocketing or crashing. No in between
Good points. Also note that they are going to vote on compensation along with the RS. They have to fund their raises somehow.
Hi Raj, I wish I could agree with you but I think after the split they will most likely have a large offering so they can capitalize on a higher share price. It's going to look like what's happened with movie pass parent Helios.
Pending news on Monday huh? Suuuurrrreeee. That implys that you know something nobody else does.
Ouchie, that stings. I think anyone doing this long enough has been there though.
Why's that?
I love this company, I've been in it since .44 and am so excited to be part of the development of a new industry.
I scored 15k @ 3.92.
Nice buy dawg!
You'll be fine, just hold for a tiny bit.
Good close!
I personally would love to see this continue the pattern of up a few percent a day..... Slow and steady.
Seems to me that high-ho and play faker show up at the same time.....huh curious
Bid's higher than the ask right now. Don't see that often....
Ugh CVSI is on OTCQB, not pinks.
Oh one more for you professor. "Trading in OTCQX, OTCQB and Pink securities may take place Monday-Friday from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The majority of quoting and trading occurs between the open market hours of 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM (Eastern); however, market participants are free to quote and trade at any time as long as they comply with current regulations (e.g., FINRA Best Execution). Thats right off of OTCmarkets.com. https://www.otcmarkets.com/learn/faqs
Maybe you should learn your markets there bud before slinging insults about others.
This is going to belong to the traders for the near future.
Yeah but it's lower lows and lower highs.
uh-oh
