I'll be going through Bishop next week should be fun . I'll see if pictures are a possibality .. Bishop has some nice restaurants and of course the schat's bakery Ill be stoping there .If you like some great trout fishing well the area around Bishop and the Eastern sierras are some beautiful spots .

so here is an intresting research project Tonopah Nevada mines founded around 1900 and then Goldfield Nevada .Goldfield had an amazing amount of high grade ore . guess how many ounces per ton Goldfield produced .

i think its going much higher might take some time .when they start getting production from the Mt Vernon mine which they are looking to start asap we will see the ore value and that will be the take off point

this is the Fran claim that they own and as you can see the samples are in 50 lb bags I think that is kinda typical . they will normally take samples from a number of areas and then test them . hope this helps

ruby mine was sold in 2021 to another company that feels it could produce 10k ounces a year I will get more info . It shows interest in the area when the mine starts opperation and we see the the ore processed that will be the big one
in the eastern Sierras and the deserts of eastern Nevada Tonapa and Goldfield interesting history
