Agree MASTERULTRA!
Is that why we're not getting over .0232?
MCAP and others want to scoop up more cheap shares before we hit the next leg up??
That makes a lot sense and appears that's what they're doing here.
Thanks for your explanations.
I agree, slow and steady is way better than gap up.
You guys are missing my point... I'm watching MCAP on L2 controlling and holding #EEENF below .0232 for the last three hours.
We have touched .0232 like at least five or six times now, only to be pushed back down to .0229/28. That is our current resistance.
Trying to figure out why MCAP won't let us get through that .0232. He's definitely selling more shares than he's showing.
I've confirmed that in Times and Sales.
Hopefully, we get some strong slapping volume near to closing to push through that resistance.
That would really be a continuance Bullish signal!
$EEENF
Watch MCAP's behavior, he's on .0231/0 right now.
I'm not... not worry at all. Holding here for 5-10x!
Just saying we need more Buying Volume to slap MCAP off the top and push him down.
Watch MCAP's behavior on L2 and T&S... appears to me MCAP is slowing down our momo just slightly with all the excess shares he's selling.
Good sign showing the buyers are absorbing them up and holding SP around 231-232 for now.
We need to push a little higher for a strong finish, showing strong Bullish sentiment!
Note... we need to push through .0231-.0232 resistance.
I agree, but MCAP is selling more shares than he's showing on L2.
While posting this, MCAP jumped to 232, now he's back at 231.
That tells me, for some reason, he's trying to control the price instead of backing off and letting her run higher.
Note all the loading up at .0231 with MCAP camping out with just 50,000.
MCAP hiding shares.
Give me a break! Check your Times and Sales, see all that green!
Good morning $WDLF shareholders... want to bring awareness and insight into these manipulating, Toxic Lenders/Individual investors purchasing convertible notes and dilute the hell out of the ticker.
After reading the full $WDLF filing against LGH Investments and Lucas Hoppel. It appears from the filing Social Life have all the prove they need to slam these scumbags! Hope they burn them good!
This led me to research LUCAS HOPPEL "scam or fraud" on GOOGLE. This brought me to the IHUB POST below regarding this scam artist Lucas. He was diluting shares in this ticker as well. This Ihubber goes into detail how he does it. Know and beware of these type of lenders and individual investors that buy convertible notes and dilute the ticker to death.
Watch out for these Toxic lenders and individual investors in OTC.

Watch out for more Lucas Hoppel involvement.
Per the S-1 Gemini had 11,898,036 shares November 22 , 2017.
Per the 13 G they had 15,656,181 on Dec 31, 2017.
Gemini deciding to invest what seems to be about ~$200,000 for ~3,750,000 shares shouldn't seem like a bad thing, but they have burned us when they sold a note to Lucas Hoppel who proceeded to suck shares from the company over the fall until they balance was paid off before the Dec 31 deadline.
From filing in Nov.
"WHEREAS, on September 30, 2017 (the “Issuance Date”), the Company and the Gemini Master Fund, Ltd. Entered into a Promissory Note (the “Note”) pursuant to which the Company promised to pay $180,000 (the “Original Principal Amount”).
WHEREAS, Lucas Hoppel purchased the Note from Gemini Master Fund, Ltd, on November 13, 2017....
$226,325, consisting of $180,000.00 of principal,....The Maturity Date of the Note is hereby extended to December 31, 2017 "
Gemini Strategies Inc, Ca. is associated with a Steven Winters. I guess he didn't want to do the dirty work so probably sold he likely sold note for somewhere between $180k and $226k to Lucas Hoppel. Hoppel dilutes and keeps the profit of up to probably $20k to $30k.
Lucas Hoppel was already diluting over the fall from investments he mad in Feb 2017.
"On August 15, 2017, we issued 186,643 shares of our common stock to Lucas Hoppel pursuant to the terms of a securities purchase agreement entered into on February 7, 2017, which required the issuance of additional inducement shares if the price of our common stock decreased six months from the date of the agreement so that the aggregate value of the shares issued on the closing date would equal the aggregate value of the shares after six months."
The company proceeded to dump shares to this Lucas Hoppel over the next few months to pay off the note.
Lucas Hoppel seems to be a based out of Puerto Rico. Kind of ironic he drained a company whose technology he probably could of used. But I am sure he immediately jetted back to the mainland as he is ex-military (see lghinvestments.com/about-luke/).
Hopefully his fancy house in PR was wrecked and he didn't have the proper insurance, but being ex-military he probably did (USAA is awesome and unless your a moronic ex-military you use them).
He also seems to buy debt from BellRidge (https://marketexclusive.com/airborne-wireless-network-otcmktsabwn-files-an-8-k-entry-into-a-material-definitive-agreement-9/2018/01/). So he is the go to guy for dilution and you want to keep hands hands clean from wrecking companies. So he is the equivalent of the bruiser who the loan shark sends out to breaks legs and cut off fingers when someone doesn't pay their debt.
Google 'Lucas Hoppel dilution' and he can see this guy lives off of buying promissory notes and diluting them out. If anyone deserves some bad karama its him..well and cigarette companies, and the companies that sell AR-15s to civilians, and fill in the rest...
Bottom line a ton of CoolTech's funding is toxic."
Here's another Ihubber's post on Lucas.

Good evening $EEENF shareholders/traders...
Sharing this informative and insightful article on Penny stock manipulation for your knowledge... to help you understand and beware of the OTC games.
Hopefully, you don't get taken like this experienced "stock analyst" did. This analyst lost 1 MIL on one Penny stock.

Yep... I didn't really understand this issue until last year, and get a good grasp till I went down that rabbit hole and started researching all this BS, and found out the truth by digging.
Our whole financial system in this country is rigged for the Elite rich. The stock market is rigged and manipulated by WS big banks, brokers-dealers, investment banks, hedge funds, all working under the covers together. There's no more integrity and credibility in the markets. Too many ppl and institutions in our markets are too greedy and self centered, it's hurting retail traders.
It's public information, retail ppl have their heads in the sand, are in denial, and don't care to know the real truth what's taking place in our markets.

I agree rottweiller.
This has happened to me as well, in several of my other stocks.
Put an Ask order above the top MM, within one second the MM takes it down below me. Then, I intentionally cancelled my Ask order to watch what the MM would do next, he went back to where he was originally. Some B.S.!

All you that don't believe in "FTD," another term you might be familiar with would be counterfeiting, or "Naked Shorting" shares.

Good morning $EEENF shareholders/traders. Sharing what I now understand what we have at "Umiat" Oil Field. This is very promising and hope the company will execute on this Umiat oil field.
Doing some reading on the last $EEENF Quarterly report. Wanted to share this excerpt I copied and pasted below... for you to comprehend what we have at Umiat. The Umiat Oil Field has been tested. There is oil and natural gas there.
Will highlight key points in "Red and Underlined," in the excerpt for you to digest the pertinent information... maybe investors are missing, or don't realize the potential at Umiat. Hopefully, this will help some to understand Umiat's potential much better. Let's hope the company increases shareholder's value through this Umiat oil field.
Report on Activities for the Quarter ended 31 December 2020
Subsequent to Period End - Umiat Oil Field Acquisition
On 8th January, 88 Energy, via its wholly owned subsidiary Emerald House LLC, entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Malamute Energy, Inc and Renaissance Umiat LLC (Sellers) to acquire the Umiat Oil Field. The consideration for the purchase was a 4% ORRI and assumption of the liability for the abandonment of the Umiat-18 and Umiat-23H wells, drilled by Linc Energy in 2013/2014. The estimated cost to abandon the two wells is approximately US$1m.
The Umiat Oil Field is covered by two leases comprising 17,633 acres, which are in a unit that was formed in September 2019 with an initial 10 year term. The current conditions of the unit stipulate a well commitment (exploration or appraisal) by 31st August 2022.
Umiat was discovered in the mid-1940s with 11 appraisal wells drilled by 1953, several of which were tested. Umiat-5 flowed 268 barrels per day on a 3 month test and Umiat-8 had a peak flow rate of 5.9mmcf/d of natural gas during a 4 day test. Little work was done until 2013/2014 when Linc Energy drilled two wells, Umiat-18 and Umiat-23H. Umiat-23H was tested with a maximum flow rate of 800 barrels per day and sustained flow of 200 barrels per day.
ME: (Facts... 1-Umiat-5 oil flowed 268 b/d. 2- Umiat-8 peak flow rate of 5.9 mmcf/d of natural gas. 3- Umiat-23H tested a maximum flow rate of 800 b/d and sustained flow of 200 b/d of oil. 4- What about well Umiat-18? What could be there... hasn't been tested yet.)
Substantial engineering and environmental work was also done by Linc Energy in support of a potential future development. One of the routes for access to infrastructure runs directly through 88 Energy's Project Icewine leasehold where there are significant independently estimated resources of oil and gas. 88 Energy will now undertake a full field review to determine at what oil price Umiat may be commercial as a stand-alone development and whether optimisation of the previous development plan is possible. In the event of a discovery at Project Peregrine, where drilling is imminent, it is expected that Umiat would contribute significant value to any development.
There seems to be a lot of potential here, but we need to see the company perform and execute on all these promising projects. (IMHO)

Hello Rick —
While I would expect a larger company to eventually buy out 88 if they can prove up their work, I would be very surprised if it happened anytime soon. They likely need to drill at least a couple more wells to delineate whatever they have a lot better.
That said, I believe they've hit oil (possibly a significant amount) but the location of Umiat/the Merlin project (being about 50 miles from the nearest road and only accessible in winter) means it would have to be quite a large find to make it economic, which is usually the problem here.
And sorry, I don't know anything about Mr. Gilbert.
Hope that helps,
Elwood

Get what your saying MrPuff... hopefully, with all the newbies and traders on the sidelines that need it spelled out for them, from all over the globe, this may bring them in this week, and shoot the SP up some.
This will give them more confidence to buy back into $EEENF from the "Confirmed Oil" by the company's press release!
Now, all these traders that don't have any clue on this company hear this positive news will jump in from all the social platforms.
Think it goes up some Monday, and lots more after the forward results.
$EEENF
I hear what your saying brother, and respect your opinion.
But, I've seen enough of their games in all of my holdings, and spent hundreds of hours studying up on MMs and what they have done.
I have listened to several MMs from the exchanges on YT podcast shows explaining in detail how they rape retail over and over again. They claim they have several ways they rob us. When it get's really hairy, they will go hard on us and beat a stock down bad.
This is not a joke or fantasy. Especially, on the OTC.
This is what I have seen and experienced with my own stocks... that's what made me to dive into the web to research this shit out!
GLTU
Yes SMART MONEY!
Hope you got some $EEENF, and ready to see her fly. Hopefully, this week.
GLTU sir
Depends on the MMs intentions and some S&D. Mostly, what they want though. IMO
Have to watch the action to see.
Just something to think about Maligator...
MMs will GAP it up off on this very positive news. That's why they were all loading up in this range last week!
This tells me they knew what was coming before us.
Hence, that's why we saw all those million blocks being bought in the .01-.02 range on Level 2 last week. Smart money was getting back in on a huge discount!
Now MMs ready to release $EEENF.
This is just one part of the MMs games.
Not sure that's what garrym79 is getting at.
I'm reading from garrym79, he's just explaining the bad was "only" due to operational issues at the hole, that's it.
He's saying the oil is there. Now this new PR has confirmed it.
This was all a market over-reaction to that last PR on April 6th. They misread it.
Like we all been saying on this board, and now I see the Brits saying the same thing.
Let's Go $EEENF
Well, we at least KNOW for a fact the company confirmed there's oil there, according to DW and the company!
Quantity has also been noted and announced in company's PR's last month.
Next, waiting on confirmation of the quality of the confirmed oil, if it's good, $EEENF will BOOM higher!
Watch and see what happens.
$EEENF Army, some positive info from over the pond... this is the "Oil & Gas" expert from the Share Chat room in London, "garrym79."
Ailan, can you please review the post and give us your take on garrym79's post. (TIA)

RE: Nothing strange Sat 11:35
Ddraig 09:49,
The good;
NMR tool indicated good mobility across most of these zones.
The reservoir has permeability (it will flow)(they use the word reservoir so it stores stuff)
oil signature in the fluid using an optical fingerprint sensor
Multiple prospective pay zones in sandstone reservoir between depths of 3,400’ and 5,100’ have been identified; however, more analysis of the data is required to determine gross and net pay.
Almost 2000 feet thick gross ‘payzone’ we just need to know the net pay (data data data) which we can only determine from drilling/lwd/wireline/coring
The word ‘pay’ the zone will pay us back.
Flow testing can give flows close to calculated values and can help determine distance to faults. NOW if the sandstone has fractures in it, the flow tests figures get higher ... more $$$
They know what they have found, they state they will use the original well to sidetrack from, so they know it is worth going back to. Options; isolate everything below 3000feet and perform a sidetrack from this depth if all formations from 1512-3400ft is stable
Slugging of hydrocarbon and water then occurred, which is often a precursor to hydrocarbon flow from the reservoir (reservoir flows)
The bad;
Only operational problems, not finding oil problems.
Hole condition, from 1512ft to 5267 feet is open, claystone is time dependent, once we made the 8-1/2” hole through it the clay will be absorbing fluids from the drilling mud and becoming unstable. 88E effectively re drilled it (clean out trip) after the wireline, but it will just keep self destructing. NOW a big question, will you get your 7” liner (casing pipe) through it and successfully cement it all the way back to the casing shoe at 1512ft??? To flow the well the plan was to line the well, perforate and flow each zone. Without a cemented liner the flow test will be tricky (zonal communication)
First wireline run touched the cylindrical wellbore effectively, second run couldn’t. So I’m thinking the ‘clean out’ run where they re drilled out the bad condition hole has become enlarged where we needed to test. No point over thinking this part, whats done is done. Sandstone can be very friable but it does sound like the clean out trip contributed to lack of second test.
From Shallower zones; Fluids recovered via downhole sampling will now be sent to a laboratory to determine hydrocarbon saturation, phase and constituents; they, however, are deemed to be mostly comprised of water."
Now, let's see MMs GAP up $EEENF in PreMarket in the morning like they gapped it down last Tuesday!
MMs let $EEENF GAP UP... please! LOL
That's great news R-B!
Thanks for that wonderful news.

"Thanks for the confirmatiom Brombarb. Yes, Ashley Gilbert was the individual I was referring to.

I fully concur with the sentiment in Cenkman's post. We private investors do not know what is going on behind the scenes so in the true sense, if we are holding on to our shares in favour of a potential buyout, we are gambling rather than investing. However, even in gambling mode it is useful if the odds are a little bit in your favour. As an exploration company, we currently have an identified oil find, we have significant oil finds in fields adjacent to our own and it appears our CEO is being replaced by a " finance expert" . We also have an oil producer operating in the vicinity. So in my opinion and purely on a self centred strategy it is worth holding on to my tickets. I know a buyout is not going to change my own life style but I think it would give me a return greater than the value of the SP we have attained to date. In saying that, the United States dimension does indeed add to our strengths going forward and if a buyout is not forthcoming, we go into 2022 in a much stronger position than we did this year. So with a little patience and a bit of the old luck, we still might see a decent return on our investment/gamble. GLA."

RE: Great phrontist post from yesterdayThu 15:50
14.01 - My only advice given Charlie-1 experience is people should consider the analysis results that will hopefully be here in a few weeks....Charlie-1 look pretty poor at the well site but on analysis they learned and came back with the very good prognoses as to whats there. This already has been stated by the company as better (best result of all the drills so far) so the results, even though people may be thinking there isn't enough data, could be Stella. Better than Charlie reinterpretation would take some doing but thats what we're being told....remember they also said the well was slushing, a precursor for oil flow...I think this would have flowed and I think the interpretation will tell us that. Be patient or risk losing what you be the first definite step to ascendance...everyones choice...I'm sticking with it."
Cool, I'll check it out! Thanks for sharing, buddy!
Let's see $EEENF Rise!
From: London South East "Share Chat" Room. Poster, Quant on $EEENF...
"Phrontist put up a great 2 part post imo yesterday that is being lost in the noise, here it is again - thanks to phrontist:-
Some aspects of Merlin are the Oil Rig version of Faulty Towers hotel.
But to the more patient and observant, Merlin does seem to have uncovered commercial oil. And possibly more than we expected.
It may seem odd that experienced field workers and management forgot about spares and back-ups! Where did the US$ 13m go???
And it seems a little strange, regardless of equipment problems, the weather instructed the field work to stop, pack and go! So, even if an oil flow test had been warranted, there was no time to do it.
Yet before the Project hit the field, 88E were saying not just Merlin would be 'done', but also Harrier would too!!!???
Back at the office, 88E had some amazing success.
Only took a week sorting President Biden's misguided authority. But it seems, an invaluable week.
the Umiat leases (thanks to DW) adding to the Peregrine Block.
Once prospected by/for the US Navy from 1945, as a USA based source of oil for the military.
Over a dozen drills between then and 2014. One flowed 200 bopd peaking at 800 bopd. Excellent.
Waiting for our attention is Harrier, north of Merlin and south of Willow.
Discovery that we are all on the same Nanushuk oil resource strips.
Possibly up to 500 ft thick at places.
If you were an oil company already producing in Alaska, what would you be thinking?
'I / we want some / all of this. Nice 30-year oil production region.'
Hedge Funds could be accumulating shares ready for a possible / likely pounce on little 88Energy.
If not the company, certainly the Peregrine/Umiat leases.
If 'someone' puts a Bidding price to 88E for Peregrine/Umiat, this will jack up the 88E SP.
Under ASX/AIM Rules, sensible bids etc, must be advised to shareholders.
It is true, over the years we have been obsessed with getting successful Oil Flow Tests.
It is a clear and obvious test of what is down under the permafrost layer.
But there are many other factors coming to play. Potential Buyers may be losing patience.
Because the 'price' of all or part of us, can only rise.
Due to Democratic enthusiasm for blocking oil and accelerating electric, new leases will be rare, if ever.
And our activities, have revealed that 88E owns over 500,000 acres of leases across Peregrine/Umiat, Central North Slopes, and Yukon Gold region.
And all of them are dripping with signs of oil, even though full Oil Flow Test has not yet been completed anywhere yet.
Dripping signs? Much 3D Seismic with smart computation. Previous successful oil drills by BP and US Navy, plus...
Large shareholdings by outgoing CEO, and General Manager. And who knows who else.
Successful drills by Oil Search, Conoco Philips, Pantheon, plus others - all not too distant from our leases.
Something that DW has created with excellence IMHO, is to raise awareness of Conventional Oil across our 600K acres, or so.
If you are a large oil company, what more is there to want?
Next Drill may be 6 months or more. But new Buyer(s) may be next week.
We may have missed a chance for our first successful oil test....
But 88Energy is still worth many US$ billions to the right suiter.
In the hands of a wealthy, large, experienced team, there can be substantial oil production withing a few years.
Phrontist"
