Predictions for tomorrow, do we have a pop at open followed by another down day or is the selling done? I’m hoping to add on this pullback.
Stay strong with your theory on this company as we have a great company with best in class product and great fundamentals. Management really needs to come out with a statement as their MCAP has been cut in half in the last 2 weeks.
From the senate yes and then both houses have to agree. Each has their own version of the farm act
The house bill does not have a hemp bill in it however senate version does and this still needs to be voted on by the senate. Both parties will get together and come up with a unified bill before sending to Trump for approval.
Just now, the U.S. House of Representatives passed its version of the 2018 Farm Bill, after resolving an unrelated intra-party dispute about immigration. As expected, there are no significant hemp provisions in the bill.
Not to worry: As discussed here, the strategy of our Congressional supporters is to pass a hemp-friendly Senate bill, and resolve the differences in the upcoming House-Senate conference, where we are very hopeful that our friends such as Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell will prevail.
However, this makes it even more urgent for us to ensure that the Hemp Farming Act provisions -- which would permanently legalize hemp and hemp products -- are retained in full when the full Senate votes on the Farm Bill, likely next week.
Please act now. Go to our online portal NOW and urge your Senators to block any effort to weaken hemp protections in the Farm Bill, such as the misguided Grassley Amendment.
As always, please share this message with your friends, colleagues, customers and social media contacts. Let the Senate hear with a loud voice that it is time to permanently legalize hemp.

No hemp provisions in this bill from the house says the Hemp Roundtable
I am a long term holder but looking at this chart, this stock is in free fall and I’m not seeing any level of strong support until we get to $1.25. Can any of our technical experts weigh in on this? I’m seeing opportunity in the short term here.
I also see some big swings coming in Sept Oct time frame with legalization.
Anybody have any ideas??
If everyone believes this R/S is a bad idea which I believe it is, when would be a good point to add to shares?
Can you share your insight as to where the chart says this stock is headed with support levels?
We are holding well around $1.90 and building a base. We need more news to move the needle. This should be above $3 in the next 60 days. We probably won’t see hemp approval until sometime in Sept. Approval will bring a new round of investors to this space. I can easily see this getting to $5 by years end.
The last R/S was actually called off by the company back in Dec.
I agree people are concerned however they have no authority to do an R/S and we as shareholders can voice and vote our opinions. They can always table this and revisit next year. Just my 2 cents
Let’s look at 007, assuming agricultural hemp is legalized and 007 is synthetic it will probably be by prescription. Does it really matter if it is a controlled substance if it is a prescription?
They may not have the finances or capability to do all the trials necessary or build a Salesforce to sell this product. This company would be better served to partner with a Pharma co that has the expertise in this area and share the risk. This will be a 4 billion market with no approved products. This will be ripe for a partner with pockets to give them a $500 million grant based on milestones to help them develop this product. We need to see some initial efficacy for this to be an attractive risk for pharma. I can see something like this happening end of 19 or early 20 as they progress through development.
I understand the concerns that everyone has regarding a R/S however this has not been approved by the shareholders and I for one will vote against it. The best way IMO to avoid a R/S is to have the share price increase so they will not need to do a split.
What happened to all of the talk with the many catalysts that lie ahead for this stock? Canada MJ approval, Epidolex approval, Farm bill 18, shareholder meeting early Aug, 2Q results and possible filing of IND for 007. Did we just forget about these or are we going to ignore them?
I fully expect to see their fundamentals and store count continue to get better. What happens when hemp is legalized and they sign on with a major retailer or two? They could easily double their sales with a major retailer. Not to mention using local hemp to make their products.
Thoughts?
Benjo, where do you see the 19%? I was unable to find it.
Thanks
WE DID IT!
The Farm Bill just passed the Senate Agriculture Committee by an overwhelming 20-1 vote, and will soon go to the Senate floor.
And thanks to your strong advocacy, the Grassley Amendment was never even voted on. After our action alert last night, thousands of hemp supporters emailed and phoned their Senators, and blew up the Internet with social media posts. Washington listened. And we won!
You can watch video of the colloquy between Senator Grassley and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell here (skip over to the 2:08 mark). SPOILER ALERT – McConnell was awesome.
While this is a very exciting and welcome development, the battle is not over. Senator Grassley has indicated that he would like to meet with other Senators to incorporate his ideas after the committee votes on the Farm Bill (likely later today). We must remain vigilant.
We have adjusted the language on our online portal to reflect the new circumstances. We still encourage you to contact your Senators to block any efforts to introduce Grassley’s language on the Senate floor. Please encourage your friends, customers, colleagues and social media contacts to use our portal to keep up the heat on permanent hemp legislation

NEWS from Hemp Roundtable:
Late this afternoon, U.S. Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) filed an amendment to the 2018 Farm Bill which would devastate the industry’s efforts to promote full legalization of hemp and hemp products. Specifically, Grassley’s amendment (here) would explicitly exclude “cannabinoids,” “extracts” and “derivatives” from the definition of hemp. This could mean that popular products such as hemp-derived cannabidiol (CBD) may be treated by the DEA as a Schedule 1 controlled substance — akin to heroin. Cynically, Sen. Grassley has also included language that would provide for research on medical marijuana — even though hemp products do not contain more than trace amounts of THC, the psychoactive compound in marijuana.
It is critical that we block this last-minute effort to try to sink the bi-partisan Hemp Farming Act. If we apply enough political pressure, Senator Grassley might even withdraw his amendment from consideration.
Please go right NOW to our online portal to urge your US Senators to vote “no” on the Grassley Anti-Hemp, Anti-Farmer amendment. It is especially critical to contact your Senator if s/he is a Member of the Senate Agriculture Committee (check the roster here). If it is not withdrawn, the Grassley Amendment could come up for a vote as early as tomorrow (Wednesday) as the Committee begins markup on the Farm Bill.
Please share this message via email and social media with your customers, friends, and contacts. Hemp Supporters are needed NOW to fight this effort to undermine the booming hemp industry and the great work of our bi-partisan supporters on Capitol Hill. Please act NOW.
Totally agree with you. There are many natural supplements that work as well or better than pharma products. I’m glad to hear this has helped you so much, many opportunities for people to get off of meds that will hurt them in the long run and onto something natural that will be a better long term option for them
Thanks AP! We will all be there soon enough!!
Micro, ive been in the pharmaceutical industry for 25 years and know that they are hesisitant to but on risk until approval. This is the type of company that is in high demand as it is immediately accretive to their BL
Thanks! I’ll look into it
Agreed, however the big boys make make an offer they can’t refuse. They don’t have to sell, we just need an offer to drive the SP and set the market. This will not trade on fundamentals rather market potential in 2019 if Hemp is legalized
Anyone have a good MJ play to look into? I’m looking for something after CVSI as I’m not sure MJ will be legalized this year but most likely will happen under Trump
Sorry, ran out of space. As I was saying, any company that has presence in this space would be wise to try and acquire them as it is much easier to build this market with a company that has the science and leading product at market formation rather than start their own product. Many synergies here that a larger company could take advantage of and increase margins. Not to mention a larger company has the distribution network.
This cash flow machine will be extremely attractive to many players as it will immediately add to the bottom line and increase margins.
The pharma side the could hold and continue to develop as this is round two of a huge opportunity
Right with you. I don’t think they will need R/S and we will be in for a quick run. This stock will not trade on fundamentals rather market potential much like the tech stocks did years ago. IMHO this has a $40 potential in 3 years should it remain on its own.
Really think someone makes a bid around $12 once hemp gets legalized for this company or their competition and it sets the market. We have a great company with enormous potential. My concern is they don’t have the capacity to mass produce. Just think if they land CVS with 9600 stores and they each order $1000 product per store which equate to 9.6 million in a quarter, how would they meet demand?
Any retail chain that they sign makes them much more attractive and any company that wants to play in this space would be wise to buy them atbir before uploading my
You got it AP!!! You will have your own yacht too!!!
I agree with you Micro. The fundamentals are good and getting better. I’m not a fan of R/S but understand why they would want more exposure. This will be good for all of us in the long run.
What are your thoughts on Hemp being legalized? I think if this happens we have a run to $5 after Aug 10-Q and it will not be needed but they want the option if investors don’t get it there.
IMO this is a new market with tons of opportunity and this will be a highly sought after company should hemp be legalized. Those big players will want this before it becomes fully valued and will make a play shortly after legalization.
What are your thoughts?
I’m a LT holder with 800k shares at .45
This is actually a new proposal for a R/S as the old one expired and it was allocated for up to 1 for 50 and this new one has a cap of 1 for 10.
NEWS!!
Hot off the hemp press!
The good news: The 2018 Farm Bill will be “marked up” by the U.S. Senate Agriculture Committee on Wednesday, June 13 at 9:30 AM. The “markup” is a significant step in the Senate’s lawmaking process – the Farm Bill will be amended, and the amended version would then be considered by the full committee and sent to the Senate floor. There’s a decent possibility that the markup will last a few days.
The great news: The committee released the current version of the Farm Bill, and as Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell promised, it includes the Hemp Farming Act of 2018 in its entirety. That means that should the Farm Bill be signed into law as currently drafted, hemp would be permanently removed from the purview of the Controlled Substances Act. Read it here.
The cautionary news: There are still many steps left in the process. As you’ve been hearing from us regularly, the best way we can help empower Leader McConnell and our bi-partisan array of supporters is to secure the co-sponsorship of more and more Members of Congress.
Please share this news with your networks. And please encourage everyone to use our simple online portal to contact your Senators and Congressman ASAP.

We are all hoping for this but don’t we need to be at $5+ for this to be considered?
I thought the same thing. Apparently the G-7 is meeting all weekend and there is where the vote takes place. I saw the article on my TD Ameritrade acct but can’t copy the link. I’ll search for it and post if I find it.
Canada decision will not be until 6/10. The article is on PR Newswire. It is widely expected to be passed.
Any update on the Farm Act 18? Is the plan to still attach the Hemp bill to this? My understanding is that the Senate is in session until the end of the month and then they are off until after Labor Day. Hoping to the this passed before they go to recess.
Anyone have any insight?
Well Said!!
