IBIO blowing thru $1 right now.
ITEN: Are you expecting the present shareholders to benefit financially from the SEC investigation? Has the SEC ever shared the fines or penalties it collects with the victims of these schemes?
OT: These crooks should do an IPO. They know where to drill.
CIUDAD MIER, Mexico (AP) — Mexico overcame 75 years of nationalist pride to reform its flagging, state-owned oil industry. But as it prepares to develop rich shale fields along the Gulf Coast, and attract foreign investors, another challenge awaits: taming the brutal drug cartels that rule the region and are stealing billions of dollars' worth of oil from pipelines.
Figures released by Petroleos Mexicanos last week show the gangs are becoming more prolific and sophisticated. So far this year, thieves across Mexico have drilled 2,481 illegal taps into state-owned pipelines, up more than one-third from the same period of 2013. Pemex estimates it's lost some 7.5 million barrels worth $1.15 billion.
Pemex director Emilio Lozoya called the trend "worrisome."
OT: My son and his team are launching their new computer game this week and looking for investors. This is not an IPO but more fun, fat cats can have a character named after them. Its fun and they may hit it big someday.

Actually I was in at 23.40 thanks to Etrade's fuddgy real time monitor... it seems to announce your intention before you place it and miraculously the next few ticks start up (if your order is to buy). Maybe my imagination but hardly ever fails. It was trading under $23 the next second or two.
I'm happy to survive again; jumping in front of trains can be hazardous to your health.
I confess I bought some DGLY on the close yesterday and sold it this morning for 2++ points. There is something about that stock that I just can't hold it long.
Think too many years tends to neuter ones testosterone. LLLI is showing .20 ish on my monitor.

Police Depts seeking funds for body cameras:
I thought this post was worth a look:

Speaking of valuations, I don't recall anyone suggesting CTEI was undervalued at .08 a year ago. Then things started falling in place for them and now its .80 after hitting on $1. Mkt cap is about $33 million and revenue forecasts of $60 million seem attainable. Plus they have two new enterprises we don't know much about.
LLLI is a leap of faith now like CTEI was back then but they were not sitting on the cusp of wearable camera bonanza forcing police departments everywhere to get in the game.
IMO when DGLY touches $80 LLLI will be thinking about .80 which is my personal target. But no doubt DGLY is hot.
Swamp you still complaining? If everyone was buying down at a nickle like our esteemed moderator suggested it tripled ($.15/16 and then gave you another chance which you were smart enough to take under .08.
I just fear all that selling that smashed us down late last week was done by the company as an after thought but maybe not.
I am also sad I missed the DGLY rocket... they got a million dollar order and raised $4 million cvpr. Unless they raise their prices how are they to make a profit? If they lose on every unit more volume is the last thing they need.
I think the answer to that is YES. LLLI has to be lean and mean after these years of developing weapons without having a huge hit but the market forces seem to be turning their way.
Less Lethal has always been their focus and crowd control issues appear all over the nightly news. Body cameras are going to be bought for police dept everywhere and fast. The rising tide will lift all ships and LLLI is a potential ten bagger from here IMO.
I would be surprised if they didn't raise $500K on that run-up. This has been .05 forever it seems. They will need some $ to finance the testing phase of this new product and get it off the ground
Still mkt-cap of $8 mil is a drop in the bucket compared to others. DGLY camera sells for twice as much and they can't seem to make a profit when business is booming.
I bought back some at .10 and will be buying the rest back soon. I recall giving up on this 15 years ago or so at about nickle.
What price is the DGLY wearable camera?
5 years ago LLLI was .05 not $85. it may not be better company but it was a better buy 5 years.
LLLI Huge news, 17,000 cameras for RCMP
testing.!
BLGO's water purification process is suppose to be THE solution to water contamination from new oil recovery techniques. This maybe just the beginning of commercialization.
I don't see the connection. Please post a link.
Agree, the elves are definitely painting ECSL with those last second sells.
Sad that you think Robin Williams was an asshole because he ended himself early at 63 after over 40 years of his unique wit. Maybe he lost not just his mansion but his sense of humor. Maybe he was sick but whatever he gave it everything he had for a long long time.
Definitely not an asshole.
Gold is cheap IMO but not sure those triple JNUG and JDST are real bets on gold. Seem to be designed to drive people nuts.
I read this last PR as a sign they are getting nowhere getting approval of their proposed RS (with RS exempted securities). Now they are looking for a merger (to bail them out)? All these recent affiliations do not appear to be focused on growing their core business.
Maybe they could clarify how hooking up to the POT hype will help.
All just my opinion.
Yep and if they could lose 125 mil $ or so it might be $300+
When IBM was HOT many years ago one oldtimer said "they are not just discounting the future that are adding in the hereafter"
CTEI: Net sales for three months ended June 30, 2014 increased by 152%, to $13,453,734 from $5,332,157 in the three months ended June 30, 2013. The Company had net income of $716,100 for the three-month period ended June 30, 2014, as compared to a net income of $7,668 for the three months ended June 30, 2013, representing an increase of 9240%. Net sales for nine months ended June 30, 2014 increased by 205%, to $33,966,686 from $11,138,665 in the nine months ended June 30, 2013. The Company had net income of $1,902,267 for the...
13 mil rev. who knew?
You didn't sell too soon, I bought too late.
I agree new unseasoned management or 3 wise guys, they were very vocal before about their future expansion plans but now not a word about current production, sales or forecasts. Silence is not golden.
Maybe not, its not going to be easy to buy 100K after its breaks out over 1$. Some small fund perhaps.
Whose estate are you wondering about, I haven't been paying attention?
AEYE, I started reading when it was .84 finally nibbled yesterday. Let you know next year if you sold too soon. Missed this one badly.

Some steady accumulation activity in the last few months IMO.
Strange to think gold and related ETFs would sell off when the news just seems to get worse. But this one hung up tough for awhile over $11. Hard to believe the blocks they show are real.
CTEI Heading into $1 land soon. Just one or two buyers now based on the lack of bid support; but whole bunch of new ones will discover this as it heads higher IMO.
You really only need one stock like this to get rich, but if you are already rich like these guys here in Bottom Fish Stocks, you need a whole bunch of these squirming around in your portfolio so you have something to worry about everyday.
Like a can of worms these others I own, but CTEI is out of the can.
Correct, not a scam simply RS is an eviction notice, replacing old shareholders with new shareholders and new money.
"After Ironridge acquires stock, it treats it as a long investment,
with an eye toward buying low and selling high, Kirkland said.
“We’re like any long shareholders. We’ll hold or sell depending
on whether we think we should own it or sell it and buy Apple
instead.
“The goal is to invest for the long term. We always sell some, but
we rarely sell all. We try to break even on every transaction and
hit a grand slam every now and then."
If they were the root cause of Friday's smash-up, I think they need to rewrite their "objectives". 150 mil shares sold at about .10 ave is $15,000,000. What was the original loan?
NEWL on the other hand was either nuts or simply desperate to borrow anything from these guys. Ships look nice but the pilot needs to change course.

This stock has the potential to be a big winner if the new management would be satisfied making most of the money instead of all the money. They have a R/S planned but unexecuted and created a class of R/S Exempt securities to add extra icing to their lions share of the profits (if and when they appear).
The recent ruling in Ironridge favor on all points by a fed judge makes me wonder is NEWL attorney's were present in defense. Sounds like no contest to me after watching Google defending themselves against patent fraud for years even as they kept their hands in the cookie jar.
Maybe another shake but this is pretty cheap now. Mkt cap of $20 mil now according to some media, but what is the share count now? We know what they own and what they owe but how much paper is out there now or still to be converted?
All the wishes up or down are just WAGS, its the paper count that needs to make a bottom.
He once joked not to worry about one down in the dumps, leave it alone and it will either go up or disappear.
You are doing a good job with your news alerts, I just need you to clarify which ones are going to go up immediately rather than later.
With all the companies he covered over the years I knew him I can recall just one of his that bit the dust. Silent Radio lived up to it name. The rest are winners or hanging in there.
CDTH, Rocket ride from mid February! I owned some for awhile. Lost patience again.
CTEI $1.00 The first $1 is the hardest. All Blue above. My all time lucky stock.
