That bitchy old man who smells funny, talks to himself, and generally has a shitty disposition? Yup, that sounds like me.

Luke blocked someone then encouraged others to do likewise? Don't remember that part.
"20-40" is both a pretty broad spread and, concurrently, an exaggeration to boot.
But ...
I'd say a sell b/c of the $.0018, but hard to be sure w/o seeing the Level 2 prices throughout the day
Shitttttttt** ... I don't indulge the luxury of wondering how CNNA management will handle themselves "when" they become PC. The worst that scene looks like is getting my nut back by having the volume to sell all my shares in a day. Pink Current is a land of cotton candy rainbows, lollipop trees, and fluffers rotated hourly. When I'm depressed - and I mean coming off a five day coke binge, sold my car, suicidal depressed - only then will I allow myself to fantasize about CNNA going PC. Just to stay sane, alive, or both.
Personally, and I'll likely never share this again, I'll be amazed if CNNA sees the outside of EM in the next 10 years, let alone "soon."
** Done in my best Clayton "Clay" Davis voice.
They spilled all that ink & couldn't cite the case they were discussing:
Alpine Securities Corp. v. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority
Seems obvious, I know, but a Reuters reporter shouldn't be that sloppy.
Also may want to look at Lucia v. Security & Exchange Commission (SC, 2018) for the background rulings on administrative law judges (ALJ)
While a DC. Circuit ruling should be out by June - likely in Alpine's favor - I'm almost certain the SC will pick the case up on FINRA (ie. Solicitor General) appeal. In short, we should get an answer by June 2025. Certainly not relevant to the matter at hand, but will be interesting to watch.
A cracker?!
On Twitter. Someone was getting uppity with the communications person & she jumped down their throat. I didn't see what her reply was. (Hint, hint. Someone should post it.)
But 40% are not.
If "close" means "sometime this year," then yes, we are close! Um, well ... maybe. IDK. If "close" means "this year or next," then maybe we are almost certainly close. No, sometime this year. For sure. Final answer.
I certainly understand everyone's frustration & anger.
But fuckin' christ, no matter what happens with this stock in the future, I promise ragging on the social media coordinator is not in any way going to produce anything positive! I'm not trying to get on my high horse here, but the type of behaviour Kramer is referencing makes us all look bad ... and is incredibly unprofessional.
Look, folks, if CNNA's current state disturbs, angers, or enrages you so much you are unable to control what you say to parties not involved in past or current company decision-making, just sell the damn stock. Please.
I appeal to everyone to keep it together. I'm financially hanging on by a thread, I get feeling frustration & anger about the situation. But if you are guilty of what Kramer is referencing, sell, treat people with respect, or don't say anything. Please. Pretty please. With sugar on top. Make us all proud rather than embarrassed.
CNNA will either get PC or it won't. It's that simple. Bitching won't change the outcome, nor does it make anyone look good.
Thanks.
Yeah, that's incredibly optimistic thinking. Unfortunately, it doesn't sound anything like the America I know.
Sexual harassment? Check.
Rude & disrespectful behaviour? Check.
Hostility? Check.
Men taking out their anger & frustration on a woman? Check.
Toxic masculinity? Oh, check.
Now this sounds like the American behaviour on social media.
Is it me, or did we have a large drop-off of followers in the past few days?
Good answer! Vague & uncommitted, yet optimistic.
More importantly, what do your crystal balls say about when we can trade?
Don't say "soon" or "very soon."
And your daughter's women!
Everyone is welcome to the plundering!
I'm still sitting on shares of ARCS. Got popped for fraud years ago. @OCMillionaire, bastard.
The outcome
Crime DOES pay!
We are #25 on the Breakout Board! Don't lose the chatter now. We need all the eyes we can get.
No, it's the young women we aim to defile.
Thanks for doing so! Looks good.
I can tell you what the troops need to lift their spirits ... plunder! Pillaging! We need to go to the gated communities, the wealthy neighborhoods, the hills around the valley and have our way! We need to defile young women! Young men! Sheep! We need to gorge ourselves on meats, cheeses, and wines; vomit; and gorge ourselves again, ad infinitum! We need fast cars, faster women, and our mother's blessing! We need to stay out after the streetlights come on unabashedly & without fear! Dam the torpedoes! Arm the nukes! We have been hungry for the last time! Now we come to take our fill! To be the beasts only men¹, (and certain women), can be! We come with harsh language, ravenous appetites, and our AARP discount cards! We will not be corrected or questioned by commoner or king, minstrel or knight, nor denied our rightful filling of bottomless soup and salad with our meal!
Tomorrow², my brothers, tomorrow we ride and take what is ours by force, if a kindly & sincere "please" is rebuffed! We are done with "very soon's'" & "we disagree with the OTC's decision's!" Words! Empty, meaningless words! Tomorrow, brothers, every CNNA town, village, and burg will learn the meaning of "action!" We will not be deterred!
NOTES:
¹ I have gone out on a limb & induced all the daily folks are men. If I erred, please, my apologies & please feel included.
² If everyone could meet at the Circle K on 7th & Roosevelt in Phoenix at, oh, say 6:00 pm on Wednesday, February 28th, this will be our staging area.
Just a few housekeeping items:
** Please arrive on time! No one likes stragglers! Maybe set the meet time at 5:30 pm in your calendar if you are usually cronicly late.
** Please arrive in comfortable but sturdy & warm clothing. Nighttime temps can dip to high 40's/low 50's.
** That said, pillaging & plundering is both hot & dirty work. I suggest dressing in layers & wearing expendable/post-stained outerware.
** Plan on not gorging for at least three hours after our meeting time. If you eat beforehand, please eat light, as we will be pillaging first and gorging afterwards. I recommend bringing a light snack (cheese & crackers, Combos, Snickers bar, Lunchable, or such), that can be easily carried.
** Please, if you bring a snack, bring enough to share. Don't feel you have to feed everyone ... just a little extra in case someone forgets theirs or is feeling a bit run down mid-way through the pillage.
** Bring something (non-alcoholic), to drink. Alcoholic beverages are greatly frowned upon until the gorging portion begins.
** An extra pair of socks is highly recommended. Based on personal experience, I suggest not wearing your brippies. They will just get in the way.
** Only one outside guest per person! Be aware, the person you bring will be your responsibility at all times!
** For those with hair shoulder length or below, ✋🏼, I highly urge you wear/bring a hair-tie (or two or three), a bandana, a skullcap, or other hair restraint. Trust me, even a weak showing of resistance to your blade can succeed if your hair is all akimbo & in your face.
** Lastly, bring your own weapon! Swords, thuncheons, flails, axes, slingshots, and the like are required! While guns are nifty, they are also noisy. If you have any questions re: weapons, please, just reach out and ask. Better to pillage than to miss out because you brought an unacceptable weapon!
** Lastly, plan on having fun! Plundering & gorging - especially if it's your first time - is especially thrilling, invigorating, and confidence-building! It will create firm friendships & a lifetime of memories. Enjoy yourself & live in the moment, as every plunder may be your last!
Just remember, you are always right ... until you're not.
That was either Budda or Sun Tzu ... maybe Pebbles from The Flintstones. IDK.
What, exactly, are you going to complain about? The bad men screwed up & got themselves EM'ed and aren't fixing the problem to your liking?
Not trying to be rude, but frankly I can count on one hand (with fingers left over), the number of times over - IDK, five years ... maybe six - that the SEC has "done something" about OTC companies wronging their shareholders. I urge you to take a gander at BRGO - four reverse splits in last 13 years, ranging from 1 to 12 & 1 to 10,000. Looks to be getting ready for another, as they are "no-bid" at least ½ the time with over 2b shares ... and climbing. AS of 25 billion, with a "b", shares.
SEC complaints? Sure. Screwing investors raw? You betcha. Communicating with said investors? So rarely as to be nonexistent. Makes CNNA look incredibly chatty. Still PC and scamming new investors every year, though. Game is to R/S, dump a bunch of shares while the price is high, mix in share-secured loans, buy an overvalued company, sell as many shares as possible until "no-bid," then rinse & repeat process. Company has never had a profitable quarter in 15 years.
Our CNNA situation could be much worse.
I feel your frustration and share some of it. But still bullish.
We are rehashing the same arguments week after week, gentlemen.
This was second of a double post. Can't delete, so figured I would say something else
Building value before going public just means higher price when public. It costs us nothing for them to build value now. I assume they can walk & chew gum at the same time.
Hence my question - why would they lie? I see no strong motivation to do so.
Provide one. SEC would have informed them of complaints by now.
Absolutely no communication?!
November call-in Q & A?
Repeated updates & replies on Twitter?
Maybe not as much communication as you'd like and a lack of firm answers, but motor-goater is exactly correct ... they aren't hiding.
Posted to Prodigy Twitter page, under the Feb 14 "Just wanted to give everyone an update" post, in reply to DamnDirtyApe.
Or here
"Read the fucking tweet. Do you want them to waste PRs while they are in EM?"
Although I mainly agree, creating value now should translate to a higher price if/when we emerge from EM. We should be rather set if they lose the EM.
In answer to a question on Twitter re: how is the campaign going?
"Very good! We are currently running a campaign focused on real estate agents and we are seeing great results so far. Just one step at a time." (Posted 2/23/24)
Question for you, Swampy, and anyone else. What does mgt have to gain by lying to us about CNNA going back to PC soon? What do they gain? I'd seriously like to know if there is some benefit to mgt from continuing all this.
Well ... running at least.
Please keep me up to date on this if anything is going on behind the scenes (non-public). I can receive, but not send, PM's.
Of course, let me know if there is anything I can do.
Form 10 can't be in SEC's hands. It would show as filed & we could see/read it.
IF it is the case it's in someone's hands, it's accountant or attorney, I'd believe.
Completely agree. There is no reason I am aware of which prohibits the company from updating shareholders of the status of the reactivation process ... in detail. Anyone?
With all the (unfulled) statements of impending success recently, it's time for a come to Jesus moment. It's embarrassing at this point.
Now, I can imagine a reason or two the folks at Prodigy may not want to share their progress with holders of CNNA shares ...
So yeah, I'm all for anything that can shed light & would appreciate the effort. If Kjv can't shake it loose, someone else should try as well.
