I wish they would either get the website correct or buy www.sulja .com already.
Three months would be nice.
I was looking for some of Gottbetter's previous filings that they have done, hoping to find a bunch of successful ones. But I can't find anything on who their customers have been in the past. Maybe someone else will have better luck than me.
Has anyone seen this on the Gottbetter web site?
About 180 days for filing to happen, from when Dennis and Gottbetter started working together, is what I am getting out of this text.
Source: http://www.gottbetter.com/Practice/GPO.asp
snippets from link above:
A company has the ability to take itself public without an underwriter through an IPO process Gottbetter & Partners, LLP (“G&P”) manages for the company which we have named a Gottbetter public offering or "GPO". This process is a cost-efficient and time sensitive form of self-determination for companies. G&P handles all of the following steps:
Corporate Formation related issues.
Private Placement Offering to raise money for working capital including the fees and expenses of the GPO.TM
Filing a Registration Statement with the SEC and any required amendments.
Filing a Form 211 and any required amendments with the NASD for a stock listing.
Filing a manual listing with Standard and Poor’s for a secondary resale exemption.
State Blue Sky filings associated with the Private Placement Offering.
After approximately 180 days, the company will be a fully-reporting issuer with the SEC, trading on the NASD OTC Bulletin Board with 100% of its stock in the hands of management and shareholders chosen by the company. This timeline depends somewhat on the responsiveness of the SEC and the company’s management during the registration process. By making the SEC, NASD and S&P filings concurrently, we can minimize the total time it takes for a company’s stock to begin trading. G&P has made numerous filings with these agencies so we anticipate and answer questions before they are even asked.
G&P charges a flat fee of $150,000 and 50,000 shares of the company's common stock for its GPO
The market will react once official filings take place. Patience will be rewarded.
Looks like they removed the Contact: information from the PRs. Maybe their webmasters are also their PR generators.
Are your spidey senses tingling? lol
Have you tried the contact number for Kore? I would, but my wife is yelling at me to get into the car. Taking the kids out on Family day.
"Nice - we're gonna need all that lumber for all the homes to be built on the gulf coast"
And I guess we need the "rice" that was mentioned in the PR to feed the crew?
Any idea what the significance of mentioning rice?
They must be here because of supply and demand lololol
Is volume extra heavy this morning?
I hope you are right, cause I keep telling my wife that this is the stock of the year. She is starting to question that statement, but she isn't even aware of what this stock has done, or is doing. I just hope I can suprise her one day and by throwing her a mortgage bill burning party.
Never said I wasn't happy. I am exstatic that I am up so much on this. After reading this board for the last 7 months, it's easy to "expect" this share to be sitting around 0.40 to 0.50 cents with all the pumping going on. I have to keep reminding myself that my gains are extrodinary. Since I am in this long term, it is hard to watch the stock go from .0014 all the way up to .047 and then slowly trickle down to .02 - .03 range. If I sold all my shares right now I would be a happy man, but I am vested in this company and hoping that DA's projects come true.
Yup, I keep reminding myself that I am green on this in a big way. Thanks for the reminder.
Not sure I understand your response. I guess it's good bye to you.
If you think I am a short, I am not. Holding 1.3 mm @ average of .0084 since Sept. Hoping for the big bang here, but getting discouraged with the share price, probably because I was expecting a higher share price by now. I just keep telling myself that I am here for the long run. Hoping this time next year I own my house out-right.
"Looking at transaction log I see mostly matched trades, buys with sells, as an unsolicited stock is supposed to be."
Curious, where does one get a copy of the transaction log? Where is the log generated from, Level II?
Good luck finding the pot at then end of the rainbow.
With LFWK, I am hoping that some of the discrepancies you listed below are intentional by DA, in order to drive down the stock price so that the company can buy them back cheap. It's a pipe dream, but the best one I know of right now.

"When I bought I believed the "short-seller captured capital" press release.
Someone on Raging Bull gave me the link to the financial statements, I saw the huge errors, then saw another press release, and realized that insiders DID NOT in fact own more than the total number of legally issued shares.
I also had a very brief conversation with Dennis. His lack of concern over a balance sheet that didn't balance was enough for me to get out again.
I got into Global Links when it was obvious that more than the total number of issued shares was owned by one person. If Global Links had not dumped another 3+ million shares into the marketplace, the exposure at the US Senate hearing, in EuroMoney magazine, and SEC activity could have been interesting.
I'm still looking for a "penny stock" where it is possible for the shorts to get totally screwed, but I do not believe its going to happen with LFWK."
OK, you bought and sold "last month", but you posted that fact "last week". I still don't understand why you even bought at 2.8 cents, since you are "always looking to buy stocks well below their 'fair value'"
What did you believe was the fair value of LFWK before you bought at 2.8 cents?
"I'm always looking to buy stocks well below their "fair value".
I wonder, why MP bought in at 2.8 cents last week, since that is probably "fair value"? Then he sold for 4.2 cents. Guess he got lucky LFWK almost doubled what he thought was "fair value" just long enough for him to unload. How convenient for him.
Maybe one way to keep the R/S in the best interest of all shareholders is to do the revers split in tandem with a stock dividend.
Anyone else having connection issues with etrade?
Just got back from lunch. Looks like I didn't get filled.
Keep what up?
I have an order in for 245000 @ .023
Still sitting there.
Or maybe they are using Madison Ave Capital Group in Nevada?! LOL
"business is proceeding as if the merger has already been completed"
I wish the stock would proceed as if the merger has already been completed. But I am patient. I'll keep holding until something concrete happens. Then I will add to my position or sell and move on. Here's hoping for good times.
Can you explain the significance to me? I am a little lost on what is happening?
Thanks
I am getting ready to buy more. Funds will be available tomorrow. Hope they keep pushing this down until then. Then Friday they can release news confirming the merger completion along with a divy.
Good catch.
Maybe DA needs to invest in a proof reader.
I hope so, and I am counting on it. Holding on to my shares tightly.
My guess is that the insiders (and family memebers) have all cost averaged down due to buying up the float when the price was sitting near .003. I would think that they will be green long before .30-.40. I could be wrong though...we shall see
Are they "shaking" people out of there shares by hitting share holder's trailing stops? Is that what they are trying to do in order to get back some real shares?
Just got filled!
Thanks. I raised my bid to .028, lowered my number of shares to 200,000. Keeping my fingers crossed on this one.
Just put in a buy order for 232000 at .025. Hope it fills.
Funny, everything else in my portfolio is red, but for some reason, I just don't care so much today.
Anyone see the paid basher on RB? Actually quite funny...

I am still new to investing, and LFWK is my first penny stk. So, what generally happens when MM are caught short and are forced to cover? Is it a quick run up, or does the share price jump from where it is at to, say, above .02? What signs can we expect to see when the shorts are called in?
There up to 45 hits now :)
Loftwerks site with spelling errors.
Anybody know who Loftwerk's web administrator is (email address)? I went to http://www.loftwerks.com/forsale.html, clicked on "Lofts For Sale" link, and selected the Landsberg Lofts North. Noticed a typo in the description, not very professional, and should probably be fixed.
Description: 8 distinct Loft Style Units with lots of exposed brick
Single Level and Bi-Level Sapces
Individual Garage Spaces
I went to the contact us link and was hoping to find an email address for the web admin. I don't want to bother Dennis over something so trivial, but I don't know who else to send this to. If someone else already has a relationship with Dennis, or knows someone else within the company, can you pass this along?
Anyone know the ask/bid?
