The potential for RGNO is real, waiting for the potential to show is killing a lot of people...the weather has hurt the pps big time and hopefully we will get something positive to correct it!!

#2) RGNO has been sounded with offers from 2 different parties..needless to say they are at much higher premium than
where we are currently trading at..Jerry said they are in no mood to give this away cheap(even at a higher premium) but would consider it if it reflects the real value of the company..According to him, the company should be valued close to 100 million dollars based on the all the equipments they have on the ground and their oil & gas assets..I thought this was the single most positive I got out of the call..remember this is just RGNO CEO's opinion and we can't take it to the bank Yet

That is a pretty steep number considering the current share price.. even though this is a CEO's opinion, its good to see him not taking the first offer on the table, he is trying to build real value..I like it:)

I strongly believe that the rain is the single most relevant factor in the pps right now...this company is in the beginning phases of production in all leases, so any weather problems will hinder all progress and pps..now if we can get some numbers and consistent production which are slowly coming our way, and then start up a new batch of wells; any problems that occur with these new wells will seem minute, because we have a good revenue stream, and know the potential..

Still in this baby, there has been a lot of crazy MM action this week, weird spreads, and such..

To get this stock up over the .02-.03 barrier RGNO just has to release the revs and production for ONE wells...we get a rev PR, we get a uptrend, plain and simple...

We will get one in time, until than suck up all the shares you can by making money on other plays...when this moves it will be a pretty pretty sight!!

I think we all know that the rain has delayed some major annoucements over the past few weeks, and we are gettin antsy...Good news is our boys are willing to work in the rain, just is a little slower than in dry conditions...

July is not over, and I still see this one moving in a big way before the month's end!!
