I bought some today. Also bought some last week and the week before at higher prices. Good luck to everyone!
I believe the GPGI deal was done because GPGI was an existing company that already had a stock ticker. It was much cheaper and faster doing the deal with GPGI than creating a new company and stock.
Using Super Strong Nanostructured Metals in Cars
Lots of other research with nanoparticles. Here is one article that is somewhat similar to what Bourque is doing.

"Pachala's Reports"
My guess is that is an advertisement on Yahoo and is probably listed at the same position on the web page for most every stock you would look at.
I suspect it is an automated system the just spits out what we already know (probably even less than we know).
I further suspect it gets its data from trading history and news releases. It is possible someone reviewed the information and added their 2 cents opinion, but I doubt they did, and if so I suspect very little time was spent researching Bourque.
Any manual, real thorough analysis and report (in other words - any report worth anything) would most likely cost a lot more than $15.
Just my 2 cents.
Maybe Bourque should buy some competitor products and perform comparison testing that way, publicized in advance, and overseen by officials and media.
'Amplified' Nanotubes May Power the Future

A study by Rice University related to using nano technology for electrical wires.
This is similar to Kryron, but is a different study and product.
The "Good for the day" orders have been cancelled leaving only the "Good Till Cancelled" (GTC) orders.
mdrts, and one other thing - as I understand it, our law enforcement agencies use the NIJ certification, but our military does their own testing, and if they like it they will buy it even if it does not have the NIJ certification.
Someone can correct me if I am wrong.
mdrts, yes, that is the way I see it.
mdrts,
Can BORK sell KRYON to foreign countries without NIJ approval?
The NIJ approval is only required by organizations in the US, so yes, BORK could sell to organizations in other countries, unless those organizations also rely on the NIJ certification, which I doubt is the case.
Of course BORK would have to be willing to sell to those organizations. I doubt they would sell anything to the Taliban or Al Qaeda. There may also be some US government restrictions on selling this type of product to certain countries.
But my guess would be that Canadian and Mexican government and military groups would probably be allowed to purchase BORK products.
Yep, this sure looks like the real deal.
But I've been playing pennies so long, I'm really gun shy until good funding is in place.
Guess those in the know got their chance to make it big. Congrats to them.
I have a few shares - trying to trade them into more shares, but that is really hard, not being a chart reader, and with a few folks with deep pockets keeping the price up.
KZMike, thanks for the message.
Yes I have seen it.
Trading also changed when it was first announced they were going to use the GPGI shell trading around 2 to 4 cents to create BORK.
Ever since then someone with very deep pockets has been buying, buying, and buying, never letting it go much lower.
They may be taking some nice profits now, but it still has a lot of deep pocket support.
Of course all of the above is the way it appears to me.
I played this totally wrong - it was a penny stock doing a 5 for 1 reverse split, a new company needing funding - my thoughts were get out until the funding comes through.
Would have had a nice pile of dough if I had kept it instead.
up and up,
Thank you. Good reading.
Now NITE has taken a bunch on bid and wants a few thousand more on bid.
Must be someone wanting to sell a bunch through NITE and someone else wanting to buy a bunch through NITE.
And as I type this someone ate all shares under 3.50.
we've chomped away 8,000 shares at 3.44 and NITE keeps putting more out there. Wonder how many NITE is trying to unload. He is also sitting on high bid with a small amount.
up and up,
Thank you very much. Very informative and interesting information.
Best of luck to you.
up and up,
I've always wondered how someone can tell which MM is the seller when the trade is at bid.
One can see the MM sitting on bid so they know which MM is buying, but how does one see which MM sold the shares?
This statement from you post gave me the impression you have visibility of the selling MM in that case. What tool shows that to you? Thanks.
From your post:
watch nite and csti, after the last run we had they were whacking the bid
Agree about it may take too long to sell the shares slow enough so as to not affect the share price much.
Also agree $5,000,000 does not buy much, but that seems to be what people are saying the company is trying to raise. Maybe they need just enough money to be able to make agreements with other larger companies to do the manufacturing.
Thinking about this just now, I think I may have answered my own question - if they are wanting to create another entity and merge all the Bourque companies into it, then maybe that new entity needs to create and issue its own new shares with a different ticker symbol, which would not be the same as our current BORK shares.
I still do not understand why they do not just use a couple million of the AS (Authorized Shares) of common stock and sell them on them on the open market, slowly of course so they do not kill the share price.
That would raise the capital they need.
All the trades are at .0001, the bid, so yes it looks like they are sells.
The reason it went down is because I just bought some.
Never fails. It went down right after I bought.
With my luck, it would not surprise me to see it fall to $1.50 or lower now.
If you want it to go back up, just talk me into selling.

I think the after hours bid/ask are the remaining GTC (Good Till Cancelled) orders.
Brokers allow GTC orders which is an order that remains the same for 60 days or so, or until the order has been filled, or until the trader changes his/her mind and cancels the order.
Using a GTC order means you do not need to resubmit the order every day.
A trader must specifically indicate they want a GTC order. Otherwise the order gets the default "good until the end of the day" time period.
I am just an occasional trader, so my guess may not be right.
In this case someone has a GTC order to buy at 2.01 if it ever gets that low. They evidently feel safe enough to leave the order in for a couple months at that price. And someone has a GTC order to sell when it gets to 6.04, so they probably are trading per their plan of taking 20%, 50%, or whatever profit that will give them.
Also because the orders are already in, they will be the first ones filled when the share price gets to their respective prices.
In the morning when more orders come in these bid and ask orders should still show on level II, but the new orders closer to the current price will push these GTC orders way down the list.
Most trading orders are entered as Good for this trading day only and expire at the end of the trading day. At that time, only the GTC orders remain.
If anyone else has a more knowledgeable explanation, please enlighten us.
The above is in response to:
a spread like we have at the end of trading today of 2.01 and ask 6.04. Fidelity shows the same bid/ask.
Did the Bourque owners get the 150 millions shares prior to or after the 5 for 1 reverse split?
Do they now have 150 million shares or 30 million shares?
2. There was a vote to issue shares to the prior owners of JBIT (Bourque and family) apparently in the amount of 150,000,000 shares.
Over a $million traded today!

If anyone is interested in the latest news in all areas of research, including nano materials, sciencedaily.com is a great resource.
I read most of new items on that site every day.
Just keep in mind most of the items reported on, are years, if not decades, from being real products.

Barcelona's Mobile World Congress to have tapas-style variety
Every Mobile World Congress has a buzzword - more often than not an acronym - and this year it is likely to be NFC - Near Field Communication.
NFC is the technology that allows mobile phones to be turned into payment devices, replacing credit cards, loyalty cards, travel cards and other vouchers.
"All the applications that use a physical card can one day or another be transferred onto the mobile phone," said Phillippe Vallee, from Gemalto, an NFC technology firm.

Yes, I'm still optimistic and willing to give the company several months more time.
You need to do what ever you are comfortable with.
If you have other profits, you can offset them by taking a loss on owvi now and buying back in later (more than 30 days) if it looks like they are making progress.
T-Trade - Pure speculation, but...
The seller had at least 213K shares at .046.
A buyer wanted 200K shares at .05.
The two MMs agreed on a price so they could satisfy each of their clients
MM1 bought shares from his client at .046 and sold them to MM2 at at .0479, making his profit.
MM2 bought 213K the shares from MM1 at .0479 and sold 200K of them to his client at .05 making his profit.
MM2 probably still has 13K shares that no one bought yet.
mdb - Good points.
I was just wondering if John Bourque would be willing to not demand such a small percentage for the long time GPGI holders. Maybe do a 3 for one split instead. that would give us 10% instead of 6%.
We don't know if he set his asking price high, expecting some negotiating, giving him a little wiggle room if needed.
I was selling a truck once and the buyer wanted to know what my "take it" price was instead of my "asking price".
Hoping they get the cert soon and get some nice orders in Orlando - and eventually gold and pgms.
I have not been following the details of who has been running GPGI, other than knowing Twiford has been in charge for the past couple years or so.
A couple questions for those in the know.
I was surprised to see Twiford listed as VP instead of president. We no longer have a president since the guy from USPS died?
Who all manages GPGI?
Who is on the board of directors?
What other employees does GPGI have?
Thank you for any answers.
