We're getting close to the close and no trades in more than 20 minutes. No sellers available, I guess.
Seven MM's lined up on the bid at .05.
You still never answer why you are here. The Capt is right in saying you spew disinformation, and as Kook pointed out there is no reverse split happening in any way, but of course you conveniently ignore that in your response.
There is a lot of great DD, and a lot of time and effort put in by a lot of people to make this board useful and helpful.
You serve no useful purpose here. Outside of Lacy, and maybe a couple of others, no one wants you here, so why are you wasting your time? More importantly why are you wasting our time?
You can only exist on a message board. In any public setting you would be laughed at and locked out.
Lacy,
As has been mentioned before, you can get information on the "Date of Record" and "Ex-Dividend Date" etc from RCP's post #26836. If you want more detailed information on dividends go to investopedia.com and look under "articles".
Today was a bad day to have computer problems. I just now got caught up with all the posts. I can't believe that some are seeing this as negative. The company is doing exactly what they said they were going to do! Until we know more about the merger company and O/S, we won't know how good the news is, but it is good. We still have our shares, we'll still be selling the CT and other products, and we're getting shares in a profitable company, what's not to like?
Galaxy,
I am aware of many of the functions of the CyberTracker. And I also know that the number of applications is almost limitless. It will be interesting to see what some of those new applications are as this year progresses. Recording when a police car turns on and off it's emergency lights and sirens is one new one that I had not been aware of. But that would seem to be one of many applications that could be used by police departments.
Spence,
If you look closely, you can see a cybertracker in the middle of that explosion. It is probably measuring the intensity of the explosion as well as the location, temperature, velocity, humidity, and vapors. Probably sending pictures as well.
What a sturdy little device.
Stang, You can always refer back to Neutrals post #27035 if you have doubts about where this company has been and where it's going. In addition to the info in that post, remember ActSoft and the new BB company merger. Based on that, I would say .25 is too conservative.
Speaking of the party...Jag have you done well enough in your other stocks to afford to attend the party? We know you don't own HISC. I really hope you make it. You and Lacy can discuss whether independent auditors have verified that the Dom Perignon is real. The rest of us will be having a good old time drinking Dom and watching Spence moonwalk across the floor.
Hall of Fame post Neutral. An excellent overview of the history of HISS.
It's very impressive to see how far HISS has come spelled out on one post. When you consider ActSoft and the upcoming merger with the BB company, it's easy to realize we are seeing the beginning of a company that is about to grow exponentially. Exciting times, thanks for bringing it into better focus.
Maybe they think HISC is a good investment. I think it's the beginning of a strategy to overcome the MM's and get the PPS up. Some sales pr's will follow soon. I also doubt that we will hear merger news until after the buyback period.
OT: I enjoy college baseball as well. I watch the Universtiy of San Diego and San Diego State Universtity. Both head coaches are old college friends. And RCP, I hate to mention it (not really), but USD beat Rice and swept three games from Texas this year.
That seems to make sense RCP. I'm sure they've spent a lot of time trying to determine how to counteract the MM manipulation and this is one step.
I agree Neutral. This is really important news. If six of the nine HISS employees are out of the country at a time when the merger is in the works, it can only mean that some big... really big, things are happening. My guess is that they are in the Middle East.
Couple all the reports of HISS, ActSoft and BA employees going overseas during the last few weeks, today's PR, HISS hiring four new employees recently, HISS moving to bigger office space last week and a picture begins to emerge of a company that is getting a lot of orders and is scrambling to keep up.
Jersey mentioned BA execs being out of the country with HISS this week. Can anybody speculate on what their role would be in an overseas business trip?
If any of the posters here are in Jordan this week and happen to bump into Frank, ask him what he's up to and report back to us. If there are no spelling errors, we'll pay you 75K a month for news.
Jersey I think you are right and we will blow the top off of HISC soon. It appears that they are extremely busy at HISS.
Can you confirm this information? Six of HISS's nine employees are out of the country right now, one is out of the office and in another state and two are at the home office in Ashville.
There are some BIG things in the works if true. And this doesn't include the ActSoft employees that help HISS with sales and training overseas. This could also explain any delay in merger news. They may be too busy filling big orders to keep up with the time line they had set in place.
What other explanation can you give for Sprint/Nextel producing a comprehensive CyberTracker Sales Training Guide?
My best guess so far is that Sprint/Nextel is planning on selling CyberTrackers.
Using the CT to prove where a patro car was at a given time in the past would be a huge asset as well. There are many cases where the police are accused of something, but the individual patrolman has said that he wasn't even in the area. The CT would solve the question of who was lying real quick.
No, I don't think I've been accused of being a basher, or did you mean Jag has been referred to as a basher?
Read Jags post that I referenced (#25912), then read mine again. It was sarcasm...I was just messing with Jag. Jagman has shown a sense of humor lately.
Good find Serpico and thanks for adding it Neutral. The CT has gotten a lot prettier. When that first photo was taken there was no ActSoft acquistion, no merger pending, the CT wasn't even available for sale. Now we have all that, and orders getting filled, and much more on the horizon. Bashers can say what you want, but you can't deny the progress of this company.
Great post Neutral. For people who think things aren't moving fast enough that provides an excellent visual reminder of just how far HISS has come.
Exactly right Backaway. All anybody needs to do is realize where HISS was six months ago and where they are today. The next six months will have a tremendous increase in sales, and future financials will reflect a company that has gotten "over the hump". You simply can't compare these financials to a company that has been around for years. In fact the financials look darn good for a company at this stage.
Jagman, in post #25912 you are comparing HISC to MSFT. I really think you need to stop your blatant pumping. It's a little early to begin comparing HISC to MSFT. Appreciate your enthusiasm though.
That is great to see. Especially considering the MM's have tried to walk it down the last hour or so almost every day for weeks.
It's great to get confirmation of so many things that we have discussed on the board. In addition it reminds everyone of the amazing capabilities of the CyberTracker. Next week will be a busy one, watching for news and watching the increasing share price.
Another amazing piece of news is that it won't be long and we won't be hearing from Jag anymore.
Speaking of Spence...When is your store going to begin stocking the CT? Are you one of the undisclosed resellers?
OT: Congratulations on your second successful delivery in three weeks. What a good looking colt! Sorry to hear about your mama cow. You are going to remain busy at the ranch, and your about to get busier with all the news we will be getting from HISC in the next few weeks.
I don't think anything went over anybody's head, Jag. You were trying to use an analogy that doesn't apply in order to slam HISC, as usual. Those of us who actually own shares of HISC will reap big rewards due to the fact that they went public when they did. Sorry you are going to miss out.
OT: OC and Lacy...separated at birth?...j/k
OC, I think HISC will want to uplist for the same reasons that they had when they filed the SB-2 in the first place. It made sense to expend the resources and effort before the merger, why wouldn't it makes sense after? We don't know for sure what part each company will play when it's all said and done, but whatever it is, HISC will still be selling products. I don't believe that HISC will want to remain on the pinks.
Jersey thanks so much for that report.
Some information we expected and some is a complete surprise, eg. the merger company is a shell?
As mentioned in the merger PR, "The new Bulletin Board Company will complete the merger with ActSoft and will buy other assets from Homeland Integrated Security Systems". Did you get any idea what those "other assets might be?
Thanks again Jersey, the info you provided is awesome.
Also, thank you Catty for your earlier posts, as I didn't get a chance to thank you earlier.
Trading4Art contacted the owner of Coxsackie after that company placed their order. He told her that he is a shareholder. WhoCares knows someone at Rentrop and he spoke with him a while back and reported it to us.
Rentrop is not the shareholder. The owner of Coxsackie owns shares. However after using the CT, I wouldn't be surprised if the owner of Rentrop is now a shareholder also.
You're wrong, Fenwah.
Even though 20 business days is next Monday, the PR doesn't set a deadline for when we will get news. It may be several days after the DD period. In addition the PR said, "Homeland Integrated Security Systems will unveil the symbol of its merger partner shortly after the completion of the due diligence period."
"Shortly after" could be a day or a week, it depends on how you define "shortly". When it does come, I believe it will have been worth the wait.
Okay, I'll concede the picture quality isn't the best. The subject is pretty cool though.
OT: Congratulations RCP.
Great picture and good luck!

Neutral,
Nice post. I agree with your assesments. TNSB being in NC does make it somewhat intriguing, but it doesn't seem like the right "fit". Anybody have any creative ideas about how TNSB's primary business (automated guided vehicles) could fit in with HISS/ActSoft? I don't see it, but maybe I'm missing something.
I just got on the website with no problem.
You posted this same question in December. (Post #14261) You got the answer back then, and now you come back with the same question all over again, and essentially the same follow-up posts.
What's your motivation? Why did you bother coming back?
I agree with you regarding the reason the 3rd company was brought in. In addition to the reasons you stated, it solves the uplist problem.
Dubai firm giving up plan to control U.S. ports
A Dubai-owned company has agreed to turn over all its operations at U.S. ports to an American entity, Sen. John Warner said today. Reading a statement from DP World on the Senate floor, Warner said the company wants to preserve the strong relationship between Dubai and the United States. The announcement came soon after congressional leaders reportedly told President Bush that the DP World deal appeared dead on Capitol Hill.

HISC can do just fine apart from the ABCD company. As has been discussed before and also alluded to in the PR...The ABCD company gets ActSoft and the retail sales of the CT. HISC keeps the Government and commercial sales of the CT plus other product sales. It may not play out that way exactly, but there are plenty of scenario's that would enable both companies to succeed.
Glad to hear that HISC will be uplisted. I just don't understand how it will happen without the SB-2 filing. What options are available to a company to uplist without a SB-2?
I liked your post and agree. But just so I'm clear on your thinking. Do you believe that HISC will be uplisted at the merger? I believe Actsoft and the parts of HISC that will be merged with the new company will be immediately uplisted. HISC will remain on the pinks immediately after the merger. IMO, HISC will then re-file the SB-2 and should have an easy time being uplisted fairly quickly. They have already been through the process once, and they will no longer have to worry about Actsoft, which is apparently what was causing a delay in the first attempt at uplisting.
Sans, you broke it down perfectly. Concise, accurate and to the point. Great post.
It gets old listening to you and your friends Anyhaze. This board has had many substantive discussions evaluating the merits of the products, the PR's and the potential of HISC. Nobody minds legitimate questions and concerns.
You waste our time. That's the sum total of your effect when you post on this board. Wasting people's time. But you can tell your family that you are good at what you do. And, when people ask you how you spend your time, you can brag to them, "I take up space and waste people's time. And, I'm very good at it." Way to go.
