Positive movement all week up a nickel around 25% something must be Brewing.
A letter of intent to do what? Purchase the business or grow for them?
Well, tell us where you heard about the LED lights not being in the right spectrum? I haven't heard this. When I post something I have an article show for it. You're just making accusations.
They just got their recreational license in Vegas I think in November 2018. So they are pursuing it.
I think because of the government shutdown the SEC is closed so it may not be able to file and have it publicly shown on SEC website. Not sure.
First two trading days of 2019 for gblx it's up .03 not a bad start to the year.
I agree it does look like Poss is increasing expenditures faster than income. But I think it's because of delays from government agencies like LSU. Delays in Texas with licensing. I'll admit I'm not sure what's going on with TECO in Vegas he should have that facility fully up and running the capacity. But my feeling is he's using money to get other facilities like LSU up and running. It does scare me that he's stretching himself so thin. I will agree with you on that. But if it all works out we're going to reap the reward and so will Poss.
LoL, no not management I've never been to Vegas or Nevada or Louisiana. Everything I mentioned has been in Prior PR releases I just remember what I read. I'm not sure what happened originally with the Texas license. I remember we were like third in line and never heard a thing after that.
Not sure where the reverse split conversation is coming from I haven't heard anything. But I think in January we will see some positive news about the Harvest at LSU and the future Harvest. Keep in mind we are providing half of Louisiana state medical marijuana at LSU in Las Vegas we're just one of many Growers and producers of medical marijuana. And don't forget we just got our license to sell recreational marijuana in Vegas. Also we are reapplying for our Texas medical marijuana license. I think GB science is becoming the master of medical marijuana, don't forget they have mastered the cloning process to duplicate CBC and THC in their medical marijuana plants through cloning. Something the other competition has not mastered or completed yet. Something the competition has not done yet. Hence why they increase the salaries of the working staff today. To keep valuable employees with GB science and not going to other medical marijuana grow facilities. He's keeping them on board with salaries and stock options. which shaark has not pointed out and the of only 2 producers and Growers in the entire state of Louisiana, pps will increase. In my opinion.
Yes, and now we know that the first harvest is being tested and won't be deliverable till January. But that also means they started the next crop. I have faith in Mr Poss I know most don't agree I think he's spreading himself a little too thin he needs to complete some of these expansions that he started. But I think he thinks he's a little behind because bigger money is buying up other grow facilities. Just my opinion.
I disagree with your premise. I think they're spreading themselves thin but looking for future growth. We haven't heard anything about the LSU Harvest which I was expecting by the middle of November. We're now in the middle of December I think we are any day from now to hear about the LSU Harvest. Just my opinion play it as you see it.
??? I thought that was the whole part of the LSU deal GB science was going to be the beneficiary of any medical advancements by LSU conducting studies I remember reading that. Maybe this is just a reminder of that can't be new.
Shaark, I agree with most of your points. But I see it as John Poss is spending money up front to build infrastructure like grow facilities and rooms. Which will increased expense and no income because he's not growing anything yet. Mr Poss should be announcing a crop in Louisiana any day now. I I agree the expense he's incurring far surpasses the income but I believe Mr. Poss an accountant sees the income down the road. and that's what I'm betting on and I assume most people in this forum are betting on.
Shaark, I agree with most of what you say but there's stuff missing. Being that marijuana is illegal by federal law they can't borrow money from a bank nor can they even have a bank account everything is in cash. So I understand in this climate the only way to raise money is through issuing stock. I'm betting that the law will change and at that point you're going to see (all) of these marijuana stocks rise in price. And I see that happening in 2019. That's just my opinion place your bets as you wish.
Shaark, this is just my opinion but I think you made a mistake but it's your money your choice. I hope you don't regret it good luck.
Once the midterm election is over and GB Science has their mid November Harvest from LSU and Trump gets a new attorney general I think we'll see all pot stocks rise. And I still say Attorney General Sessions through Coldwater on the whole sector beginning of the year.
Yeah maybe one too many chiefs. I see this turning around end of November early December. Just my opinion.
I still see this as a buying opportunity. And this November will be big news and a plus will be if the federal government reschedules cannabis on the federal level. Which I see coming that will send all cannabis stocks through the roof. Just my opinion
You don't know what you're talking about Obama had 8 years he did nothing but give a memo to the justice department. Hillary would have done nothing that's why she's not President we all know that. And I guarantee marijuana will be decriminalized or rescheduled under Trump. Don't believe all the rumors fake news has been proven to be fake time and time again.
Big time at this price it's a buying opportunity I'm trying to scrounge up as much as I can to buy more. I still predict it will be at $2 by end of year. And $3 Plus if the federal government decriminalize or reschedules marijuana.
What kind of agreement did they get into with Pacific Leaf that we now owe them 1.5 mil? They were only in talks for a few weeks. Like to know more about that.
10Q is out.
So you're saying because they paid for it it's tainted it's inaccurate? So if Apple runs an ad in Time Magazine about new phone they have we should be skeptical of what they wrote?
First off I have not invested my life savings into this stock so you just guessing making stuff up. Are you seriously telling me that to run Electric, lights, and Plumbing in a factory setting you would need more than 30 days? That's not good man. Forget motivational speaking you need new employees.
Mr. Poss has already stated that they have achieved high level of cloning with repeatability of the THC and CBC levels. It doesn't take long to set up a building that's already there with electric lights and Plumbing I'd say 30 days it's not that complex. It's not like they're building Office Space that has carpentry and drywall and painting it's just an open grow room.
What did he over-promise and under-deliver? Mr Poss said the LSU facility will be completed and have its first harvest by early fall. We're still in late summer. I have said this stock will be 2 to 3 dollars by end of 2018. It will be $2 with the Harvest from LSU. It will be $3 if Congress decriminalizes marijuana. Just my opinion.
Well at least we know the direction Mr. Poss is going at least his way of thinking he's trying to expand.
I think it will happen within the next 30 to 60 days. One of the trademarks for Giddy up will expire this June he already used up all 5 extensions. Has to get it on the Shelf.

LAS VEGAS, April 4, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- GB Sciences, Inc. (OTCQB: GBLX) has completed the technology transfer for the manufacturing of time-released nanoparticles containing a cannabinoid-based therapeutic for neuropathic pain from the University of Seville. As announced in Q4 of 2017, GB Sciences has obtained the exclusive worldwide license to the intellectual property covering this time-released cannabinoid formulation from the University of Seville ("USE"), the Centro de Investigación Biomédica en Red de Salud Mental ("CIBERSAM") and the University of Cadiz ("UCA"). These cannabinoid-based nanoparticles have demonstrated sustained relief from neuropathic pain for eleven days following a single oral dose in rodents.
"This product could really be a game-changer for patients who suffer from neuropathic pain. We are eager to begin manufacturing these licensed nanoparticles in the US; thus, continuing the development and commercialization of this important therapeutic option," explained Dr. Andrea Small-Howard, Chief Science Officer of GB Sciences. "Because cannabinoids are lipid-based and highly-labile, nanotechnology-based delivery methods are particularly useful in improving the bioavailability, stability, and consistency of dosing for these powerful therapeutic molecules—especially for treating chronic conditions like neuropathic pain where patients want to have continuous relief from fewer doses of their medicine."
During their recent technology transfer trip in Seville, Dr. Small-Howard and Dr. Dominick Monaco of GB Sciences were trained by Dr. Mercedes Fernández Arévalo and Dr. Lucía Martín Banderas of USE on all aspects of cannabinoid-based nanoparticle manufacturing, quality control, and freeze-drying for product stability and ease of transport. In addition, GB Sciences has an on-going research collaboration with this group at USE, and they have reported progress towards creating similar time-released versions of GB Sciences' proprietary myrcene-based complex mixtures for use in treating chronic pain.
"When we find motivated researchers improving the delivery of cannabis-based medicines, like the I+DNanomed group from USE, we form international research partnerships to create drugs that will likely become first-in-class," said John Poss, CEO and Chairman of GB Sciences. "So of course, we didn't just license their existing technology, we also engaged them in our development process to improve the efficacy of our other proprietary formulations."
