False. Comella not gone. Verbal confirmation.
Does not appear so. Not yet.
She confirmed this with me personally via a Facebook message. I know that doesn’t sound official, but it’s the best confirmation I could get. Reaching out to her personally, because I’ve met her in Miami and send her supportive messages here and there, she responded. I assume that’s why she responded anyway.
And if MyoCell is approved for FDA phase 2 trials then all it would need is a company willing to step in and foot the bill for it.
When the therapy seemed that it would be deemed illegal by the FDA, no company in there right mind would foot that bill..but now...?

There was no chance it was a coincidence that the appeal was filed the day after cali decision. Once that happened it was a no brainer to include! :)
As promised..USRM’s appeal brief link: https://www.pacermonitor.com/view/4ZUDN7Y/USA_v_US_Stem_Cell_Clinic_LLC_et_al__11cae-19-13276__11013175.0.pdf
#1 on the breakout board
I will post USRM’s filed appeal in full on Monday when I return from vacay. No coincidence it was filed 1 day after decision was made in California case. Best believe it will be referenced.
No worries, if the rest of the country follows suit to the CA ruling, won’t even need FDA approval
Also, it’s comedy that the minute a summary judgment was granted for the FDA in our case, over 15 articles surfaced bashing the company and praising the outcome.
FDA loses a summary judgment, silence from the media..
The article in the LA times is actually pub’d by a writer that’s been very critical on USRM so to say this is a paid news piece Is hilarious. LA TIMES.
And I believe whats being appealed is Ungaro’s interpretation of the law. Which the CA judge disagrees with and went another way. If the CA judge sees it another way, especially with new interpretation of the FDA’s reach, there’s definitely a possibility that another judge or judges could see it the same way.

“by Judge Jesus G. Bernal: Order 1) DENYING the Government's Motion for Summary Judgment (Dkt. No.45 ); 2) DENYING the Government's Motion to Strike Evidence (Dkt. No.63 ); and 3) DENYING AS MOOT Defendants' Motions to Exclude (Dkt. Nos.65 ,66 ,67 ,68 ). SEE DOCUMENT FOR FURTHER INFORMATION. (twdb)”
Spot on
Though no direct connection, given the fact that they share the same law firm for representation and the same defense, one could believe this will be used in the appeal process. A good day for stem cells, though bitter sweet, a good day for USRM.
Someone is loading
Someone thinks this stock is significant enough to buy 1,000,000. But I hate the manipulation
What are your thoughts here?
Ties aren’t cut with Kristin. Just no longer a board member or the CSO of US Stem Cell inc. Still CSO of Us Stem Cell clinic. That came from her directly via FB.
Agreed
No problem. I really can’t even believe some of the things I’ve read so far..from everything I’ve read, Ungaro completely blew this case and ignored so many cases of previous case law..smh
Interesting approach being taken in the California case. They have the same lawyers as USRM’s and I would think a lot of how they approach this case and it’s success rate will decide how they attack the appeal. This seems like a good start. The FDA’s “expert witness” testimony should’ve never been entered into court.

Directly coming from her in personal message: She is still CSO of Us Stem Cell clínic. She is no longer the CSO of Us Stem Cell Inc and no longer on the board. Still has shares and still and employee.
Murphy is also still on the board

- Comella is no longer on the board, but still with the company, (us stem cell clinic CSO)
- Murphy is still with the company as well, spoke recently in documentary.
- They were cleared by the SEC after fully being investigated just 3 months ago.
- Thank you for the bio on Berman, didn’t know much about him but now I am impressed. The conference he’s speaking at doesn’t seem they would have many “frauds” speaking.
- Though Cell Surgical Network is being sued just like USRM, it is for the same reason USRM was sued, they are the OTHER largest adipose stem cell network in the US. So them being sued by the FDA doesn’t meant they’re not legit, in fact it means the opposite. Interested to see the details of the deal with “American Cell Network”

Whats the latest DT? Thoughts on where we stand?
Received confirmation from her-herself that she is no longer on the board and CSO of “US Stem Cell inc”, HOWEVER she is the still the CSO of “US Stem Cell Clinic” and she is still represented by Venable (same lawyers as USRM) and fighting with appeal.
Thank God it’s no longer up to her (Ungaro) under appeal
The FDA has failed this country. One of many letters sent to Judge Ungaro. Also being filed to the appeal:

Agreed and agreed.
I’ll be waiting on your next post for your opinion. Thank you as always
Lol geesh I wish I knew how to decode charts haha
Which means to you...?
Basically, the California case we’ll be done well before the 9 months this takes. If california case is won, gives a lot of weight here. USRM 2020
Old news. New print. Yawn.
And yet somehow every time I see a big sale, someone comes along and buys a chunk. Like the 850k today..if things were all bad, who/why would do this?
Email sent to all customers with banked cells
“Dear Stem Cell Bank Customer, On June 25, 2019, U.S. District Court Judge Ursula Ungaro of the Southern District Florida entered a permanent injunction against US Stem Cell Clinic, LLC, and others, which, among other matters, required us to destroy all SVF product stored at the Stem Cell Bank. On July 19, 2019, Judge Ungaro entered an order that postponed the destruction requirement, with the postponement to expire either when any appeal of the Injunction is completed, or if the defendants chose not to appeal. Therefore, none of the SVF stored at the Stem Cell Bank will be destroyed at this time. We are currently evaluating our appeal options, and will update you as soon as we have more information.
As always, the health of our patient community is our priority.”
Same
Say what you want but per the SEC documents, over 7000 people were holding over 100 shares in March of 19’ so I think a LOT of people have/had hope for the company. And with good reason. They took a gamble with the FDA, lost big. Now the question is what’s the contingency plan? They have 30 days appeal. If not there are options over seas. This is no way dead in the water long term however 2018 and so forth has been a great disappointment for all USRM shareholders.
