What's the reason this company has no filings and disclosures? No board of directors?
Checked out the website and it just seems to be smoke and mirrors. A flyover of some greenhouse.
Just would like to know what the real facts are. One fact for sure, this company is not active with filings and disclosures.
This says it all.

Everyone should have known this was going to happen when they hired John Price. All you need to do is check his history with MSLP.
Good luck averaging down.
Don't worry guy's, you will have a great average when trip 0's hit.
This board needs the nick name Titanic...
10s,9s,8s,7s,6s as I write this.
See you @ trip 0s. LOL
They are similar to the violinist's playing on the deck.
And down she goes...
Since when did the Titanic bounce?
NBEV is a distributor of many products from different companies. Turned out PLSB was talking with NA to distribute their product. Not sure if it will ever happen. You were probably aware of this.
As far as the Marley I was referencing it is the "Mate". Just not moving well.
I was referring to post #3472
I should say more than dissapointing, it really sucks!!!
The sell through on Marley at 7-11 is not happening. Product is not moving off the shelves. Very dissapointing.
You would think this type of news would have a postive affect on the stock price.
I'm long NBEV not PLSB.
What does NBEV want? IDK, maybe nothing.
Perhaps if PLSB is in as bad shape as everone says they are, maybe they are trying to sell some of their assest's.
Personally I think the money maker for NBEV is going to be the Xing Tea and the Marley coffee drinks.
As for the Bucha? Just can't grasp that.
This was posted earlier on this board.
I believe this is very big that NBEV and PLSB have a history of working together.
NBEV and PLSB are in discussions about something. What? That's the big question we would all like to know.

NJM,
You could of mentioned that NBEV and PLSB have had a past history of working together.
They are in discussions about something.
Also, did you know PLSB is in all Smash Burger locations? Hopefully Xing Tea will follow.
Just came across this from the past.
This makes the situation even more interesting for both NBEV and PLSB.

Possibly NBEV wants PLSB's coconut water? Or maybe PLSB needs someone to can their coconut water. IDK but I'm keeping an open mind if something does develop.
Why such negativity? This could be a plus for NBEV if they can acquire PLSB at a bargain.
Not sure why you think your opinions or ideas are NBEV's business plan.
Bottom line, both of these companies are in discussions at this time. About what? That's the million dollar question.
The five bullet points make total sense.
This looks like a total win for NBEV if they really do aquire PLSB.
I read this on the PLSB board from Bobbygee. Looks as though he has been following PLSB for a few years.
Talks with NBEV
Bare with me and read all of this: Talks with New Age Beverages makes total sense to me. If there is any possibility of truth to this NBEV info I am encouraged. THAT's IF!
I've said right here for several years the problem with this company has been distribution. The product quality is good to excellent. The CW is the best on the market. I'm drinking it every day. My wife and I do not want to lose it!
Yates has tried to micro-manage it all by himself with little funds. He's old like me (I'm 71). He doesn't have the expertise in distribution, IMO. He's frustrated cause this was going to be his last big score at success before the "big sleep". IMO He may even be slowing down mentaly, IMO.
Instead PULSE has become his nightmare and he's resorted to not telling the whole truth just to stay alive. He brags about deals with retailers but then can never keep up the distribution and the shelves filled. Smashburger, an exception, was one of the first deals and it's still going strong. For others he can't keep the shelves filled with product in front of consumer's eyes. I think it may be turning around from what I've heard in the NYC/East Coast area from distribution. You know what they say, if you can make it there(NYC) you can.....
NBEV talks make sense for these reasons:
1. NBEV's expertise is in healthy "functional beverages". Pulse has its functional beverage line that employs the Baxter $10M patent that allows infusion of medically beneficial ingredients. Baxter is a premier medical company. My best friend from highschool was once Baxter's CEO. Yates has not recently pushed these because he's afraid of the FDA.
2. NBEV has no CW. Or does it? Pulse Cabana CW is by far the best!
3. NBEV has an extensive distribution network.
4. NBEV has no healthy citrus drinks.
5. Pulse headquarters are about 3 miles from New Age Beverage headquarters!
This why I'm sending out my 7 page personal Pulse promotional letter to Brent Willis and Chuck Ence (respectively the CEO and CFO of New Age Bev) to try and save the Pulse CW+ brand. Over the last few months I've developed a way to have my letters reach as high up into the executive/management structure as possible. In the last few months I've sent my letter to Coke Board Members(13), Coke CEO & Coke Chairman(2); Pepsico USA Executives(2); Pepsico N.America(2); Pepsico Asia, Middle East, & N. Africa(1); Pepsico Europe&Sub-Saharan Africa(1); Pepsico Global(1); Pepsico China(2); Dr.Pepper Group, Canada Dry/Mott's(2) ; Dr. Pepper Group executives(5); National Beverage Corporation Execs(2); Nestle' Corporation Execs including emerging markets(4); Starbucks execs(2).
THE ABOVE IS ALL "IMO" !
Joe,
You could be right. Possibly NBEV thinks they can get PLSB for pennies on the dollar. I'm sure NBEV would like PLSB's larger shelf space in Walmart or their coconut water's?
Another concern, the lower sugar content in the Natural Cabana Lemonade's than the Xing Tea's.
Everyone knows that for NBEV to get where they want to be, they must keep aquiring companies.
Possibly NBEV is interested in PLSB's coconut waters? IDK. One thing for sure, they are in discussions about something.
Mst likely why NBEV is in discussions with PLSB.
No matter your opinion, this is very significant info. I didn't know details about PLSB until yesterday and why do you think they would not want to aquire companies that are in a growth stage? After doing DD on PLSB I can understand why NBEV and PLSB are in discussions.
Remember, last April NBEV was 32 cents.
Your intitled to your opinion.
This was brought to my attention yesterday evening. Will PLSB be aquired by NBEV? No one knows at this time. I went to Walmart today and PLSB had more shelf space than NBEV Xing tea.
I've been drinking Xing tea for some time now and like the product. I bought two bottles of the PLSB lemonade, one strawberry and one rasberry and I will admit it is a pretty good product.
I'm like everyone else hoping NBEV get's to $30 a share.
Interesting how both are headquartered in the Denvere area.
NBEV in discussions with PLSB.
NBEV having discussions with PLSB.
