"Security commission even stated it's common for other companies in other countries to use the outline and requirements Candada requires when they publish in their countries doing business simply for more complete and detailed reports. A company in a country outside of Canada using the 43-101 guidelines for reporting is NOT uncommon or illegal."
Seems like Money actually spoke with someone at the CSA. That to me holds more water than an 'expert' spouting off of this message board. You can try to spin this any way you want, however I think you're way off.
Why not call and ask him yourself? No doubt the two of you could have a very long chat and iron out all the details.
It is quite clear the way that MXSG is conducting their business is vastly different than you would conduct yours.
Are they perfect? Absolutely not. Are they taking an identical route as some others have done/do in mining? No. Will they make a profit in the end? I and many others are optimistic they will. No guarantees, however nothing in investing ever is.
However, it seems that because MXSG doesn't do things exactly how you would, it is continually written off as a failure/scam/ignorant etc. If finding these 'fraud' mining companies is your hobby, more power to you. However I think you're way off on this one.
The SEC is more than a workplace. United by a core set of values, SEC staff members play a critical role--protecting investors, making markets fair and efficient, demanding feasibility studies, and helping companies grow. Take a look at what SEC employees have to say about the agency's values and how they inspire success.
Sounds like we are in trouble...
Thank you, Aqua. Much appreciated.
Could you post a link to the original article please?
Wrong again. You are simply inferring as to what you 'think' they would have done.

Are you saying they blatantly lied in that PR? If so you are dead wrong about that.
Again, show me something that disproves what was stated by Mexus.
Where is your proof that contradicts what was written?
Simply stating something isn't true does not make it so.
Additionally, Argo pulled out because of the uncertainty of the price of gold, and cost associated with pulling it out.
What was in the ground was never an issue. You can say this was made up, or don't believe them, however those are the facts, like it or not.
Those numbers are the average of the highest grade intervals. Not the average of all 1990 meters of drilling.
You are wrong.
"The company completed 16 widely scattered drill holes totaling 1990 meters...The average for the 16 holes was .392 Au ppm and 1.676 Ag ppm. It is important to note that these samples were not taken from the properties quartz veins which are known to hold high grade gold."
You are the one who is being misleading. Facts are facts.
No fake news here.
FALSE. Saying something over and over does not make it so.

"Argonaut explained that the uncertainty with the price of gold is challenging exploration budgets...They also added that in better economic times the company would have exercised the JV option."

Thanks for the information.
Your opinions are truly valued and appreciated.
Bingo ;)
Please provide evidence
Prove it.
Maybe this will work...
$10+++++ coming this year!!!
Better buy now while you still can!!!
Great PR today!
Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.
Where is your proof?
There it is.....another Form T trade......164,000 shares.
So it automatically is PT? Give it a rest already.
Unless you worked for Argo all you are stating is your opinion. Facts are facts, and unless you can PROVE the left for any other reason your statements are irrelevant.
CARSON CITY, Nev., December 4th, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mexus Gold US (OTCQB:MXSG)(“Mexus” or the “Company”) announced today that Argonaut Gold notified the company that it will not exercise their option at the Julio/Santa Elena property. Argonaut explained that the uncertainty with the price of gold is challenging exploration budgets. This, along with the obligations of $5,000,000 in drilling and mapping, $950,000 payable to Mexus to continue the JV, and a 20% fully carried contract were all factors in their decision . To date it is estimated that Argonaut has spent upwards of $500,000 in drilling, mapping and other associated costs. They also added that in better economic times the company would have exercised the JV option.
This is simply your opinion. No need to read between the lines as you say, since the FACTS were clearly stated.
Please cease from making false claims.
But, but, but...
The drill results!
SEC!
Late filings!!
Other companies did it a different way!
BLAH
Finally you are starting to make sense! Laughing all the way to bank my friend. Don't say we didn't warn you!
"Which seems like a mirage since the company itself doesn't seem to know if or when it started loading the pads with ore."
Says you and you only.
How much hype can investors take before abandoning this investment? "Loading the pads" when it appears that the loading has not even started. "Revenue before end of year" proved to be a lie, also.
And how many more shares did PT unload in investors in December? And now in January?
All I know is the news today was NOT HYPE. When news about leaching comes out in the near future I'm sure there will be negativity towards that too!
My comments in BOLD
I see they have updated the website, and now have a copy of Lemas's old geological report that he simply re-dated January 2017.
I see nothing that substantiates and justifies PT's statements about a million ounces of gold equivalent. So what else is new Read the PR today. Great news for shareholders as this move strengthens MXSG for the long haul
PT knows one thing......hype. Got that right Hype? Pretty sure the news today is not hype. Huge acquisition and great for shareholders
How's that gold production going at Santa Elena? So noted. Since nothing was said about the start of leaching, is it safe to assume that it has ye to commence? Meaning the long anticipated (hyped, even) "first pour" is likely still at least 45-90 days away...? This is your opinion. Why not just wait until news has been verified?
It's pretty simple:
Great news today regarding the acquisition of San Felix!!
Lots of good things in store here for Mexus.
Guess some folks are just the glass half empty type.
Great end to a great year for MXSG. I as well as many others are excited for 2017!
You will just keep doubting this company no matter what happens. When the announcement of the first pour comes I have a feeling there will be more excuses as to why MXSG is no good.
We are all entitled to our opinions and mine is there are great things coming in 2017 and beyond for Mexus.
Looking good.
Any idea when next PR is supposed to come out? Tuesday the 3rd or possibly the 10th?
