The FDA will have to give the green light for Sequestox if only to keep a Congressional investigation off there backs and show they are actually doing something about the drug crisis. After there are a few more BKs and reorganizations everybody will turn their focus on the FDA and Percocet. On Morning Joe they were going over how the FDA OK'd Percocet as an extended release drug to help get people off Percocet. That was the stupidest idea the FDA ever came up with. So already the focus is starting to shift to the FDA. They will look for bribes and kickbacks.
CMdawg- I agree -it will happen and we will breakout. Momentum is really building.
Notice how the Intraday chart is inverted to make it look like we struggled all day to reach .08 when in fact we were above the redline of the day before all day yesterday. I thought we would close at .079999, not .08, a psychological difference usually taken advantage of by MMs.
What happens to Lanett will eventually show up for ELTP as well.
JJ- They are going to fall like dominoes. Then Big Pharma is going to point fingers at FDA. They will say you guys approved this , not us. Then once finger pointing starts then the bribes come out. Shame Shame. Congress will ask is there something good out there. FDA to get off the hook will say ELTP has Sequestox. Then off to the races.FDA will be forced to approve Sequestox to get out of trouble.
JJ- Could not agree more. Soon fingers will be pointing at the FDA for incompetent leadership under the thumb of big pharma especially when Congress gets involved. The Drug crisis will not end with Purdue going bankrupt.
Way overblown scare tactics in the name of getting more cheap shares. On the big sell off way over 3 million shares were bought up instantly. Gee, I wonder where those shares went so fast. Hmmmmmm!
To me the most important aspects of Elite Pharm are the two bead manufacturing process and the fact that these drugs can be manufactured for 90% less cost. That will be a big pharma killer. That could kept as profit or putting a big pharma out of business. That will be instant market takeover!
Kayak- When such a high profile former FDA employee joins a private pharm it is literally an admission of guilt on their part that they were bought and paid for by bigpharm. This has happened so many times. In fact, the guy that pushed extended release narcotics as quote "drug treatment" in the FDA ended up working for the private pharm that he helped push this ridiculous idea through the FDA. They eventually are going to have to cover their butts over this narcotic mess that they caused because of their greed. Can't wait to hear what BS reason they will give when Congress find out Sequestox has been available for a long time.
It was amazing how fast those over 3 million shares sold.
Hi Dr. L.- Believe I read that interview two weeks ago in the Sat. edition of the Wash Post.
Dr. L. Just type "Bribs" and the "FDA" into Google search. I believe your question was about bribs in general not specifically related to ELTP.
Gman24- Next step is for Nasrat to go to his NJ COngressman and SEC. I would bring copy of recent interview of FDA Director showing that he admitted there is corruption and bribs in the FDA. He admitted he can't fix it and said only Congress can fix it. I would bring charts to show unrelenting shorting and MM activity. The FDA is going to be blamed for the Opioid crisis in the end because they approved these drugs under being bribed. A fact they desperately do not want to get out into the public. I would show what a good drug Sequestox is and that it fulfills the FDA requirements which they have put forth in writing but won't follow themselves in getting Sequestox approved. I know Nasrat has tried to follow the rules and be a nice guy because once you cross the FDA your screwed in the long run but the time for being a nice guy is coming to an end. After all, Nasrat has millions of shares and millions of dollars invested in ELTP himself.
ARBiggy- Please repost with sources. Thanks from myself and Senderos.
The Q will show additional sales. The Q will show Q to Q gain. It could be that there is a partnership or buyout being considered at this point. A roughly 9 million Q is nothing to look down on especially with all the research being done.
FDA has been blocking Sequestox for years. About 3 FDA Directors ago Sequestox was going to be approved with a mere label change. Then that director, a lady, was fired. Since then it has been one unnecessary picky trial after another. Recent interview with FDA director revealed the FDA is bought and paid for by big pharma-"actually admitted that"-and that his hands are essentially tied and he cannot do much-said it is up to Congress to clean up the FDA.
Problem is not with CEO but FDA and opioid law suits. Nasrat would be wrong to start selling narcotics in the middle of today's lawsuits. Insys went bankrupt over selling narcotics. Why invite trouble. The FDA needs to speed up approval of Sequestox and stop these ridiculous delaying tactics over frivolous tests which Sequestox will pass with flying colors. Of course, we know the FDA is bought and paid for by big pharma. Really nice article recently on this problem. Finally, MM shorting pressure and hedge funds need to stop. It is blatantly obvious.
Thursday will be a bear raid and shorts will try to get every last single share they can.
When we get CFP or PCF I would like to see Nasrat give a very tiny dividend because all shares would have to be accounted for. This would immediately raise the S/P of ELTP even though it would cost a little to do the dividend payout. It would strike terror in the dark money/mm share game. Again, if the S/P does not go up in portion to the cash gain this Q then Nasrat needs to call upon the SEC to come look the trading that goes on with dark money/mm's. It is quite obvious.
AR- Shares would also have to be accounted for if a dividend was given- even a tiny tiny one.
Newguy-I agree and if the S/P does not reflect the value soon, the SEC will be looking at what is going on with ELTP. We are way undervalued!
Notice how the preopening one day chart on the right looks like we were under water almost all day long and at the bell broken even when it was in the black almost all day. Hmmmm
Insys Therapeutics to file bankruptcy from opioid lawsuits. To owe 230 million dollars. Nasrat smart and cautious. We will avoid these lawsuits. ELTP will be left standing in good shape.
I have not looked closely but Lannett might be distributing opioids for other pharms that are mentioned in lawsuits. The FDA is walking a very fine line right now and may have to end up explaining in court. And they may have to explain why ELTP which has a very nice solution to these problems has not been given the green light.
MMs and shorts have done a good job of driving the S/P down. After the announcement they will continue to drive it down. Then as the June Q approaches the S/P will go up as we should see slowly building revenue from here on out.
JJ- Would that be an MG (Morris) TD British sports car? Near the last days before a good PR for ELTP there will be a bear raid. They will push this down as far as they can before the announcement.
The fact that the trial ended on April 30 (technically a few days to go) and the results are already coming out so fast means the trial was a nice success. To have the AAN add this trial to the program so late is really encouraging as these schedules are worked out about one year in advance. The trial results will be a major advancement to treat PD and is really great for ELTP.
Jour Trader- Thanks! I was just looking at the Q results.
Everybody needs to take a step back and realize that the FDA literally runs the pharmaceutical business. Yes, they accept bribes- that is a reality. But to blame ELTP/ Nasrat for everything is ridiculous especially when ELTP/Nasrat have absolutely no control. There are steps the FDA requires to finally get to the point a drug is marketable. ELTP and every other BIg Pharm is subject to the whims of the FDA. It is a fact of life. Nasrat has choosen the safest route to getting drugs through the FDA. And that is not antagonizing the FDA but complete and total compliance with every required step no matter how ridiculous it seems. The last thing Nasrat needs is a pissed off FDA against ELTP. SO stop blaming Nasrat/FDA for everything that Nasrat does not have control over. It shows complete and total ignorance of the FDA and the Pharm world. There are many other factors that control what Nasrat can do such as expiration of patents, legal issues such as lawsuits against Purdue, test results, and re-test results, etc. It comes with the territory. Nasrat has done a great job in jumping over all these hurdles. Dark money, MM's never expected ELTP to be in the best shape they have ever been in. ELTP will prevail in time.
We need proof, a quote, and where you got this ridiculous figure of a 149 million dollar debt. It came from your mind as a totally made up figure. Absolutely totally absurd! Do you think people will really believe this????
JJ- Please do not put a negative quote to start your rebuttal. Many people just read the first line which is a negative but totally false comment and just go on. They do not read the rest of your post which is really the truth.
AeLMTpa- As I understood the patent for Adderall expires in mid April,2019. Nasrat is not going to launch generic Adderall until after the patent expires to avoid being sued by the patent holder and having to pay the patent holder part of the sales. This way ELTP is free and clear. I think that is a smart idea.
Adderall lauch postponed til after APRIL 21.
Jules-Great point!!!
Only a computer program could come up with those share price numbers.
MM's don't necessarily have to have the money. Dark money, dark exchanges, hedge funds can supply that. The recorded number of shares traded at the end of the day mean absolutely nothing.
Newguy11- I agree. They thought ELTP was going to be a slam dunk. Drive the price way up then overtime short it to zero. They did not count on Nasrat, the research, isradipine, etc. They stand to lose a lot of money.
The "final" program that was mailed months ago would not have the study mentioned in it. The program found on the computer web site will have the update and includes the study. They may place a paper insert in the registration materials updating the printed program.
Its not on the final program because that was printed months ago.
JJ - I could not agree more. The FDA looks like a bunch of bribed fools who have no idea which way is up. In one interesting thought if ELTP got included in the lawsuits, ELTP could, in their defense mention the Sequestox needless predicament, and expose the FDA for what they are, CORRUPT! Under those circumstances, I think Sequestox would get approved quickly because with Purdue going down there would be no one to give the FDA bribes.
