You're the man Trip!
Short story is, once IND is filed the partnership will be anounced. In my opinion it will be structured very similar to Janssen's former deals with upfront cash injections followed by milestone payments.
And to think this is only for LAPC.
Praying for smooth operations in regards to the WCB and MCB. This is the last obstacle holding back medical history! IMO the cell line will be more effective then ever!
God Bless
Have a great weekend mr. and mrs. Musky!
Jodi, Based on our DD, it's not a matter of "if" only a matter of "when".
If the MCB and WCB take a few weeks, so be it. We are going to encapsulate the ideal cells with the best technology in the world.
The negative folks will say "If it's the best technology in the world why is the PPS .06? Or why doesn't Waggs care about shareholders? Or why hasn't CIAB already been purchased by big pharma when it only cost a few million a couple years ago?" These are just a few of the common responses.
This is just noise. The cream always rises to the top. CIAB is the creme de la creme.
Wholeheartedly I hope CIAB solves many challenges to current diseases.
Selfishly I hope my 75K shares are enough to get me to Vegas!
There's a reason why CIAB has taken so long and it's a bigger conspiracy then I have room for. God bless all.
News out!!
Alan Morell is on board!
Mr. Morell said, "I am extremely honored to join PharmaCyte's team. It has a serious and impactful story to share -- a story that has yet to be told. PharmaCyte is poised to change the way solid cancerous tumors are treated. This is particularly true with one of the deadliest forms of cancer -- pancreatic cancer -- a cancer that has touched my friends and family. Beyond that, the potential opportunities for growth in cellular therapies using the Cell-in-a-Box(R) technology are virtually limitless."
IMO they can probably see results already. With all the side work Von Hoff is doing, he is probably already showing amazing things and giving a lot of confidence to all involved.
Just my opinion. CIAB is not sitting idle as we wait for cells. There is on-going experiments occuring across multiple angles.
Very soon we will hear all about CIAB
Gunzburg and Salmons invented CIAB. If you ask me they are entitled to at least 50% of everything.
Keep in mind they are our partners. A good deal for them is a good deal for us.
Try not to be a pedant.
God bless.
Guys,
Please pray for south Florida. I live in Ft. Lauderdale and it is madness. 1 hour wait for gas (if they have supply), no water on any shelf, and a sense of panic to the unbelievers.
Thank you.
“We’re entering a new frontier in medical innovation with the ability to reprogram a patient’s own cells to attack a deadly cancer,” said FDA Commissioner Scott Gottlieb, M.D. “New technologies such as gene and cell therapies hold out the potential to transform medicine and create an inflection point in our ability to treat and even cure many intractable illnesses."
The future is so bright here.
So our Dr. Sher mentioned an inflection point in PMCB's history and FDA Commissioner Gottlied mentions an inflection point in medicine.
What an exciting time!
Looking like IND 2018. Hopefully it's q1 and not q4.
PharmaCyte is doing a great job positioning themselves for success.
The recent uptick in Facebook and Linkedin postings will serve as exposure boosters.
Anyone in their right mind who denies this technology's potential will kick themselves later on.
I am in firm belief that our lives and the lives of patient's will be changed by the end of the year.
I believe PMCB will focus initially on type-1 diabetics.
Good morning Brian,
Based on what you've shared and what I looked up, Alan Morell is now going to be a part of PMCB I think. This guy is a mover & shaker.
Below is a quote from Global Capital Management Partners CEO referring to Alan:
"He is Globally connected in the areas of licensing partners; securing high profile directors for boards; defining public relations image positioning strategy; capital infusion counsel; merger or acquisition or joint venture partners; counseling for regulatory authorities such as the FDA or the European Commission."
This waiting game is difficult, but certainly exciting!
God bless CIAB.
Rudy,
Here are the last 3 appointments to PharmaCyte's Team and their opening statements about the company and CIAB:
Commenting on her appointment, Dr. Sher said, "I am joining PharmaCyte at a major inflection point in the company's evolution as a biotech company with potentially game-changing technology in the way solid tumors are treated. This is an exciting time for PharmaCyte, and I am pleased that I have been asked to play such a major and important role in the company."
Commenting on his appointment, Dr. Abecassis said, "I too am excited to join PharmaCyte's Board. This is a company built upon a cellular platform technology that is transformational in nature. The opportunities for growth in cellular therapies to treat diseases are limitless. The Cell-in-a-Box(R) technology appears to be an ideal vehicle to capitalize on these opportunities."
Mr. Yuen commented, "I am very pleased to become a member of PharmaCyte's Board of Directors. PharmaCyte is a dynamic and exciting company with a transformative platform technology. There are a multitude of opportunities for growth in cell therapies, and I intend to play a significant role in helping PharmaCyte achieve its business goals."
This is pretty cool that 3 big players are all so optimistic about this technology.
They are all in agreement that CIAB is potentially "transformational", "transformative" "game-changing" "inflection point".
Would everyone agree that they wouldn't come on board a ship that wasn't headed for the open seas?
CIAB platform drug delivery platform is basically universal in its abilities.
Based on the deal Kite just got from Gilead, CIAB has to be worth at least double or triple, because it can be applied to numerous cancer treatments, let alone diabetes and MMJ treatments.
We're at an inflection point based on Dr. Sher's perspective. Infliction means change. I'm on the lookout for the major PR that contains both IND submission AND NAMING OF OUR PARTNER and TERMS OF THE PARTNERSHIP.
At this time our lives will change. The lives of patients will change. the bashers will have to find a new target. And big pharma will change.
God Bless.
$200 in trading so far today...
Does anyone know what happened to this IHUB page?
It used to have PMCB pictures, bios, and due diligence...
Thanks!
1234 Thank you for your recent surge of diligence and enthusiasm! Isn't it amazing that Cell-In-A-Box has made it to the batters' box? All it needs is one pitch and we are going to see a 5-600 foot home run.
Then when diabetes comes around, our next at-bat, we are going to hit a grand slam that ends the ball game.
We are on-deck and ready to step into the batters' box.
So amazing to be a part of this!
Amen.
Triple- good morning. Here is my theory. I only get 1 post per day.
J&J recently buys $33M worth of equity in Bavarian Nordic. BN provides 512,000 of their shares. That's $64 per share which is $4 higher then yesterday's closing price.
So I'm thinking that based on Brian Salmons relationship with BN (used to work there) it's a big party between BN, J&J, Janssen, Pharmacyte, and Austrianova.
This is my guy feeling.
What u think my brother?
This made me laugh
The partnerships are already in place and in play.
Love ya mate!
Partnership and major influx of cash coming soon.
The best part of it all is that CIAB is going to earn its validation. When Von Hoff reached out to Crabtree and Waggs, it set in motion the beginning of a medical breakthrough. IMO, CIAB would have been crushed if it were not for Von Hoff.
5 years ago I asked a coworker whose daughter works at Celg if she/he knew about CIAB. She/he said "yes we know and we are going to crush it". True story.
Big Pharma initially wanted this dead. Now they are forced to pony up.
Based on my sources, there are many things occurring behind the scenes, including interactions with our partner. We are simply waiting on cells at this time.
Once the WCB and MCB are completed, the announcements will come pouring in.
Stay tuned and accumulate in the meantime.
Malvern, PA is a short 1-hour drive from Eurofins Lancaster (PA) Lab.
Source- I am from Pennsylvania and familiar with the Eurofins Lab
Seems like a great thing to be so close logistically.
The cells can be tested and experimented on at Janssen's Malvern lab, then once a promicing cell line is identicied it can be cultivated and stored at Eurofins in Lancaster.
There is a major difference between all the different cell lines we will need versus the CIAB capsules whoch Austrianova WILL BE producing and ENCAPSULATING said cells.
Stop panickig dude
Malvern, PA is less then an hour from Lancaster, PA where the Eurofins lab is.
Makes perfect sense doesn't it??
Keep your chin up 1234. We need your positivity here more now than ever.
Remember what CIAB is worth and everything else falls to the wayside.
It's going to be a great week for longs.
Eurofins Lancaster Lab is in Lancaster, Pa which is a short trip to Titusville, NJ where Janssen is located.
It's an immaculate state-of-art facility that is well-suited for Manufacturing of our cells.
Waggoner and Crabtree both have goals to change modern medical history.
IMHO the seeds have been sowed.
Wagg's smile tells all.
Every day the signs point to a strategic partnership more and more.
Based on Janssen Pharm's website, their US based operations are out of Titusville, NJ (near Trenton also near NYC which Waggs was just checking in at the Trump NYC). They also have a branch in Toronto which Waggs was just checking in at.
Janssen has been developing and working with Biologics for many years.
Their Mission and Visions are to bring the latest and greatest medical technologies to the patients ASAP.
IMO Janssen will be working closely with Austrianova to assist in manufacturing, storage, and distribution of CIAB capsules in north america.
These things get me very excited.
CIAB is about to be YUGE.
I hear the troops marching around the wall. Will the trumpets sound this week or next???
Good one TPL!
Have a great day!
Hey Rudy quick question for you: What's the venue for the presentation today what event is it?
The cream always rises to the top.
CIAB will shine soon. Imagine this technology in the hands of Von Hoff and Hidalgo. Now consider that Imaging Endpoints and Deep6 AI technology are both helping here to assists our efforts.
Imaging Endpoints is one of the best clinical imaging companies in the world.
Deep6 AI technology will be utilized to enroll the specific patients we need to satisfy the criteria determined.
Every single aspect of this PIVOTAL trial has been meticulously thought out by a braintrust.
We will prevail.
Have a great weekend. It's pouring here in sunny S. Florida but i'm sure the sun will be back out and my girl and I will go for an evening dip around 7 when she gets home. The surf temp is around 84-85 degrees.
My one post for the day:
So many catalysts here.
The FDA agreed that we identified the correct cell line. Austrianova's state-of-the-art facilties are currently producing the Working Cell Banks and Master Cell Banks. Once these cell banks are deemed suitable, the time delays should all shrink (like the tumors are going to in the upcoming pivotal trial).
Based on the recent onboardings to the team, I'd say things are going well at Austrianova's facilities. IMO this is going to come to fruition quickly in the next weeks and months.
It's all about the technology which was awesome 20 years ago and even better today.
God bless the efforts of everyone involved!
Am I seeing this right?
Hidalgo who is also our Principal Investigator, was named to the board at PanCAN?
Does anyone think he will share PMCB and CIAB with the network?
This is awesome!
I was re-reading some articles from Austrianova's website from back in the day. It's interesting to consider that Sigma-Aldrich has been selling CIAB kits since 2014. Imagine how far the technology has come since then?
May 30th 2014: Sigma-Aldrich® to launch Austrianova’s Cell-in-a-Box® Kit for Research Use
Sigma-Aldrich Corporation (NASDAQ: SIAL), a leading Life Science and High Technology company recently named to the “Global 100 Most Sustainable Corporations in the World”, will shortly be releasing one of its latest research products for sale: a kit for hand-driven, self-encapsulation of cells which was designed by the Singapore based biotech company Austrianova and uses their proprietary Cell-in-a-Box® technology.
Austrianova conceptualized this novel approach for lab-scale encapsulation of any kind of living cells which is the first product of its kind to be available on the market. Brian Salmons, CEO of Austrianova commented, “The idea behind the kit was to leverage on the global distribution network of Sigma-Aldrich® to provide researchers and companies alike with the ability to undertake early stage tests at low cost and without the need for specialized equipment and training.”
John Dangerfield, COO of Austrianova, responsible for development of the kit with his team at Austrianova’s R&D facility in Singapore, added that, “The Sigma-Aldrich® Kit allows Cell-in-a-Box® technology to be used in the lab to look at cell viability, cellgrowth and release of biomolecules from the capsules as well as more practical aspects such as cryopreservation for storage and transport”.
So shortly after this Austrianova began a lot of work in Thailand and eventually Singapore.
Here is the link to all these articles if you want to connect some dots.

7,400 shares traded in half an hour...standoff??
The future is going to be amazing with Cell-in-a-Box Technology.
God Bless
I doubt that funding is an obstacle. We've already been told that the rate limiting factor is production of a working cell bank and master cell bank.
I know your intentions are good, but it may not be wise to speculate without considering the facts that are laid out in PR's.
God bless.
I agree.
On another note: That room sure was packed!!!
God Bless all!
PS Waggs looks like he lost a couple pounds. Looking great Ken!
I agree. This needs to be released ASAP. I believe they could also provide an update as to the brochure they'll be creating as well for us.
The next couple PR's will be very enlightening IMO.
God Bless
Say what you want to say about PharmaCyte's past, but there is no denying that the future is very bright here.
It's safe to say we are looking at days or weeks until a great catalyst happens: IND submission and a complete outlook/timeline/details for a pivotal trial in LAPC. Keep in mind that PMCB has tailored this trial to accommodate suggestions from some of the best in clinical operations in the world. There is no doubt in my mind that this will get to the clinic and soon.
Once CIAB is given an opportunity to shine, it will be validated...and we will be vindicated.
Keep adding to your positions as much as possible! We are in the final hour of preparations!
God Bless.
