Guess what?
Thctheraputics.com is down, cannot reach DNS server.
What do you want to bet, I just happened to catch it down as they are doing server updates and the site is about to go live.
Think that might be PR worthy in the AM?
No worries? You know who says that? People who worry. Then you said it will come back down. Now if that didn't show your hand for a short position I don't know what does.
Read between the lines people. Watch the L2. Trade smart, hold your hand, let the shorts get stuck and run for cover. We just saw end of day that less than 10k shares put us over a buck, and the bid was increasing while the ask was shrinking.........tick tock, tick tock.........can't wind the spring up much more..........
Do tell, do tell
That was a great looking level 2 towards the end of the day. Bid was higher than the current pps, and not enough on the ask to cover until we hit $1.00+. ON ONLY 10k SHARES! So tight, so tight, moves on a breeze.
Bid amount keeps climbing.
Current pps 0.58
20k on the bid at 0.594
1k on the ask at 0.63
LETS GO!!
I'll take that bet! It's a WIN WIN for me!
Looks like CDEL trying to cover, dont drop to his price folks
Haha, seriously? Dumping occurs when a large amount of shares are "dumped" into the market driving the price down. You just said low volume.
Let me explain this price movement to you. LOW FLOAT = price can move quickly with low volume, and massively with high volume. It works in both directions.
Know what you own. This is a brand new company. Don't get duped into selling your shares cheap so these bashers can buy them. They only shut up after they have accumulated some, let the pps rise by not scaring new investors, then they sell for a profit. They are artificially influencing the pps for their own personal gain. Please read back in some of their own posts....one post in particular states they sold for a 10k gain, and they weren't talking smack until AFTER they sold their position, so they could drive the price down, buy more, and repeat. Hold your hand, sit back and watch. You will see the games they play.
Woke up and saw this tweet from Sunday night:

Spicer's speech helps medial marijuana, READ!
White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer marijuana comments might actually help Pennsylvania's program
White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer sent a shudder through the legalized marijuana world Thursday by signaling that the federal government would step up enforcement in states that have legalized cannabis for recreational use.
But he may have actually done Pennsylvania's effort a small favor by simultaneously voicing the administration's intention not to interfere with medical marijuana programs.
"There are two distinct issues here, medical marijuana and recreational marijuana," Spicer said. "Medical marijuana, I've said before, the president understands the pain and suffering many people go through who are facing especially terminal diseases and the comfort that some of these drugs, including medical marijuana can bring to them."
That could give investors in Pennsylvania's nascent medical marijuana industry additional confidence by clarifying the Trump administration's position, said Dan Clearfield, a Harrisburg-based attorney who specializes in medical marijuana law.
"Medical marijuana, because it doesn't appear to be the focus of anything the new administration wants to do, if people are considering where to put their investment in the marijuana business, that clearly has to be something they are incorporating into their thoughts," Clearfield said.
Some investors may shift their focus, at least temporarily, from states such as Massachusetts and Maine that recently legalized recreational marijuana to states such as Pennsylvania and Ohio that are rolling out medical programs, said Chris Walsh, editorial director of Marijuana Business Daily.
"You could see some people pivot, either entrepreneurs or investors that were looking at the recreational market, thinking medical might be the better place to go," Walsh said.
Sen. Daylin Leach, D-Delaware County, a legalization advocate, called the idea of a crackdown "moronic," impractical and bad for the health and safety of citizens in states with where marijuana is legal for recreational use, but he admitted Spicer's comments did seem to bode well for medical states such as Pennsylvania.
"Unless of course, he changes his mind tomorrow," said Leach, a vocal Trump critic.
Pennsylvania legalized marijuana for the treatment of 17 medical conditions in 2016 and began accepting applications for 27 dispensary and 12 grower/processor licenses distributed across six geographic regions of the state this week. The application period ends March 20.
Lehigh and Northampton counties are allocated one dispensary permit each. The permits allow up to three locations, but each must be in a different county. The northeast region of the state, which includes both counties, is allocated two grower-processor licenses, which allow one location each.
Permits are expected to be awarded this summer.
Bruce Nicholson, chief medical officer of TruVo Health Care, which expects to apply for a permit to grow and process medical marijuana in Lynn Township, said the company's plans remain on track.
"The comments made yesterday by Sean Spicer address the concerns of the recreational market," he said in a statement. "We believe that companies that are in compliance of state medical programs align with the current administration view on cannabis as medicine."
The legalized marijuana world has been trying to read the tea leaves on the Trump administration's stance toward cannabis since the election, pouring over past comments made by Trump and his choice for attorney general, Sen. Jeff Sessions, who is on the record as a legalization critic.
While marijuana remains illegal for any purpose on a federal level, the Obama Administration generally took a hands-off approach in states that legalized pot, preferring to focus instead on issues such as preventing marijuana from getting into the hands of minors.
Spicer said states that have legalized marijuana for recreational use likely will face increased enforcement, but left details to the Justice Department, which didn't elaborate. Marijuana advocates say they'll be watching closely.
The Trump administration will have to set priorities, said Stephen Wermiel, a constitutional law professor and interim director of the Program on Law and Government at American University Washington College of Law, because it won't have the manpower to arrest everyone using the drug.
"The fact the government says it has different views of this than the Obama administration is only the opening salvo," Wermiel said. "They have to figure out a whole scheme of when they can do this and where."
Nationally, eight states and the District of Columbia have legalized marijuana for recreational use, while 20, including Pennsylvania, have legalized medical marijuana.
Marijuana legalization enjoys broad public support. A Quinnipiac University poll published Thursday showed 59 percent support full legalization.
Legalization advocates aren't comforted by the potential upside for purely medical states such as Pennsylvania.
"Mr. Spicer said there is a difference between medical and recreational marijuana," said Marijuana Policy Project spokesman Mason Tvert. "But the benefits of and need for regulation apply equally to both."
Philadelphia-based marijuana legalization advocate Chris Goldstein said Pennsylvania's highly regulated model for dispensing medical marijuana, which has similarities with New Jersey and New York, seems to match pretty closely with the Trump administration's ideal for medical marijuana.
It may not be so ideal for patients, he said, who face barriers to access and high prices in all three states, problems that won't go away just because the Trump Administration doesn't seem to be interested in interfering.
"Sean Spicer's comments yesterday have no impact on Pennsylvania's law," Goldstein said. "They have supported medical marijuana and I don't see the Trump Administration going after the cartel states like New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. I think they like these plans."
Goldstein's greater concern is that Trump's more aggressive stand toward recreational use will lead to more marijuana possession arrests by local law enforcement.

You're Welcome. :)
This question is for you, marco, heidi, wallstreet, etc.
You guys hopefully saw the link I posted for short volume (otc short report). So obviously we had some people shorting this, but my question is more along the lines of deciphering the report. Can you tell by looking at the volume listed in the report, vs our pps movement, as to whether or not they covered already? I would assume they did, but I don't like to assume anything.
Take a look at the short report on THCT. Brand new mj company, as soon as we saw some movement we see more shorts. Coincidentally, it also coincides with more active posting of certain individuals.
otcshortreport.com/?index=THCT&action=view
Not to bash, but you have to have $2.50 per share to short with just about every trading platform (please correct me if I am wrong). NOBODY is going to put up $2.50/share to short something in the 0.0022 range....
I ultimately think today, and yesterday, was a result of people getting overly sensitive to Spencer's speech. That fear will die over the weekend for the most part, and we should see some upward movement next week.
This had its first little boom on Tuesday after a long weekend, during which the CEO made a few comments on twitter. Those of us that were holding over the weekend did fairly well. I would expect that might be the case this weekend also. I will hold this weekend with no worries. As I typed this, I got a text from a friend of mine who is buying more today as this price is too good to last at these levels.
James Corden? His videos are suspect too. Who cares where the videos were made? It's the content of the videos that matters. It would be pretty freaking stupid of them to post public videos that were blatant BS as class action suits would be piling in faster than you could shake a stick at.
Oh, im sorry that you sold all of yours at a loss. You know its only a loss if you sell right? There are a ton of stocks that are negative in revenue, with zero sales, a higher market cap, AS, OS, and float than THCT, you should tout your wisdom to them. Just imagine how many people u can save......
Hey Marco,
Good to see you back. I always appreciated the knowledge you brought with you. I was holding, and bought more yesterday, right off the start, wrong timing for the day, but I am not concerned about it, we are only going to go up. I bought more towards to bottom of the day also. This is a great price to get in at.
As you all know, I mentioned that I had called the office the other day and spoke to the secretary and was asking questions. I had asked that Brandon contact me. Yesterday, he did. He sent me a quick email asking what he could do for me. I fired back quite a long question filled email and included my phone number.
Well, he called me last night and we had a nice conversation. He's pretty transparent. I took away from that conversation that I firmly believe he wants to do right by the shareholders and this company is both his passion and his baby. I believe he has a much bigger vision for THCT than most of us can envision. He did state that he would release PRs as needed and if they were substantial, he was not going to keep dropping fluff like some other companies. I did ask about uplisting, and it wasn't a topic we could talk about, so I'm pretty sure that's where the tweet came from.
He did state emphatically, HE HAS NO INTENTIONS OF A REVERSE SPILT, AND HE HAD ABSOLUTELY NO INTENTIONS OF RAISING CAPITAL(SELLING SHARES/DILUTION) AT SUCH A LOW LEVEL.
I did get in a while back. Sold off my investment and was riding free and then bought a bunch more today after the drop, used some nice profit powder from another play ;p . So I'd like to know also. Makes my stomach churn. I'm still up, but teetering red/green. I held out thinking it would bounce back. I think it will.
Yup, absolutely. I love dilution. Just look at all the dilution over the last two days, when will it ever end?
Wait.... dilution means that the share price goes up right? Ok, yeah, look at all that dilution!
Not gonna lie fellas (and gals), I did just sell a small portion to recoup my initial investment. I was getting antsy and decided to just play it safe. I know it was probably too early, but I am completely stress free, and I will ride these out till at least $5-10 where I have 2 different sell orders. I'm telling you because I have integrity. You wont see me bashing this to buy more at someone elses expense.
$THCT OS is 108 mil, float is 3 mil.
Fundamentally based on just those numbers, we could be trading higher than both of them.
How much bigger is their float? OWC* is something like 134 mil, thats over 40 times bigger than the little 3 mil float here.
What are their floats and SS?
Yeah, I don't think its far fetched.
Great post SR, I have a question though.
So own the float is calling out companies where they feel the float can get locked up easily, I get that.
How would something like this apply to a brand new MJ stock with a 3 mil float? When I say brand new, as in a couple of weeks ago they had their name and ticker change take place. Yesterday was the first of volume (250k) which drove the stock from open at 0.28 to upwards of 0.95, then closed at 0.827.
I am not saying what other stock this is, or even if its real, I am just trying to get a grasp on what they are looking for when locking up the float, besides the obvious "hold your shares tight". What else comes into play with a MJ stock if we are throwing fundamentals out the window?
Thats the same number that blue and gold hold according to the quarterly fins and you can see that excerpt prominently in ROIs post "blue and gold" below.
Thats not right?
Below are excerpts from the quarterly fins that roi just posted a link to at the bottom of the blue and gold post. The TA gave u the numbers that were from march 2016, not december 2016. UNLESS, those numbers were 33 mil in march, dropped 5 mil by december 2016, then jumped up another 5 mil, after February 21, 2017.

Just spent some more time going through their website, and called them on the phone.
They do have it on the website that they FB/tweet daily at 4:20 PM, cant wait to see that.
I called and spoke to Angie at the number listed on their site. She did answer appropriately "thank you for calling THC Therapeutics, how may I help you?"
I simply told her I wanted more information about their company and wanted to speak to someone in regards to investor relations. She had said that John or Brandon would be the best people to talk to, but both were tied up at the moment. She took a message and I asked them to call or email me back.
I had asked about the size of the company and she had said that there were less than 10 employees, and the office I was calling was based in Las Vegas. I did hear other people in the background.
For the record, I am very happy that I can call and reach a company, that has an office, and a working phone number, with employees. Sure, it doesn't seem like a lot to ask for, but this is pinky land, and that's a huge test to pass.
FWIW, I called (602)702-THCC (8422)
Power hours coming. Word slowly getting out. Radars going off.
The way this is headed, smacking the ask is the only way you're guaranteed get your order filled. Float is locked and shareholders are starting to see that they dont need to come down to.the.bid
$1 today, float locked, volume starting. This is only the beginning!
By definition, speculative, yes.
By opinion and faith: this is a new MJ stock. Company has only been trading under its own name for a couple of weeks. Only PR released was official name change. Word has not gotten around yet to the masses. Some of us lucked out because we were already here. CEO has been very vocal through social media and it can be easily seen that this company is his passion and he has changed his life around to make it happen. He has also touted his company to friends and family via social media, and you don't brag about your company to friends and family that may potentially buy your stock if you have even the smallest inkling that it will not perform well. This is a MJ play, which is super hot right now. It is brand new. IT HAS A BABY FLOAT!
And then there are the basics that most other pinkys don't pass. It has an office with someone that answers the phone. They are current (hard to be late if they are brand new). They have a website(still kind of under construction, but they have one). They have an actual product that is patent pending that is designed to be of service. They have a vision. AND IT HAS A CUTE, LITTLE, TEENY TINY BABY FLOAT!
Not an official PR, but CEO made some statements this weekend via facebook/twitter
Remember the action we saw with MGT right before the PRs, then the explosion once the PRs started dropping...show me the money
Compare reverse mergers. For those of you who were with me in the old asuv(ticker symbol no longer exists, so should not be a violation)take a look and compare, we saw that go current, reverse split, share price drop, period of stagnant activity (all of which happened here already). Then, a company RM'd in. Ticker and name change took place , and within a couple weeks, its up 2000% on a small float with little volume and no PR other than the name change announcement. I cant wait to see what we do here.
Hopefully that was the mid day bottom and we can now run up till the end of the day.
Thanks for the cheapies
Yeah, if stock holders knew not to sell into the bid, but common sense seems to go out the window in real life.
Agreed, this is only a glimpse of what this stock can do, we get a substantial PR, and we see fireworks.
And thats the low float!
I was kind of hoping to see a nice little PM PR, but not yet, so maybe one more day of cheapies.
