Good luck on that one. All I see is a concerted effort to sell on the buy and dump a bunch of shares the last 5 minutes of trading. Either really good for me or Flippers aren't making any money.
Everything looking good! Bottom is in so I hope you've loaded!

I was reading this article and though it it talks about e-voting, it acknowledges that paper is the standard... Notice it also states states are going back to paper that previously didn't use paper ballots. Lots of research and talking about use of blockchain in voting. it's only a matter of time till this breaks.... when??? That's the million dollar question...
Per the article:
""Others states and voting precincts will make more use of paper ballots, optical scanners and/or use systems that automatically create a paper record. (Paper might seem somewhat 19th century, but it’s still more iron-clad than most electronic systems.)""
And when I speak of e-voting not ever happening in federal elections, there is a reason. Make something totally digital with no paper backup and you are setting yourself up for massive fraud... people may argue different but EVERY computer and piece of software has vulnerabilities that can be exploited. Paper will be the standard for the next 50 years.... Backed by blockchain.
Per the article:
""Blockchain, they argue, even could, gulp, enable online voting, an idea that has been an anathema to security experts. (Anyone who even mentioned it at a conference like Def Con or Black Hat usually got guffawed off the stage because of the obvious security risks.)""

Pennsylvania going back to paper ballot. Hmmmmmmm..... I wonder why.. lol

On February 9, 2018, Acting Secretary of State Robert Torres issued a directive to county election officials stipulating that all voting equipment purchased thereafter provide for a paper record of all votes cast. The directive did not mandate that counties obtain new equipment, but it did establish specifications for new equipment that counties could purchase should they opt to replace their existing voting systems. In a press release, Torres said, "This directive will ensure that the next generation of the commonwealth’s voting systems conforms to enhanced standards of resiliency, auditability and security. The current voting equipment in counties works and can be audited. But new voting machines with paper ballots or voter-verifiable paper backup will improve auditability and augment security."[4][5]

Mr. Rodriguez will oversee all technology innovations, including the use of the Blockchain in the Company’s elections software.
GAHC and HCAS have successfully worked together in the past year developing new election technology for Global Election Services. This innovation includes advanced registration software that determines voter eligibility as well as the implementation of GES’ proprietary software and hardware system for ballot scanning during the tabulation process. The software is an advanced OMR/OCR/Barcode software featuring de-skewing, de-speckling and image correction.
Glad to refill what i sold on the cheap... sellers regret soon. ;)

Dominion Voting Systems Corporation is based in Toronto, Canada. It sells electronic voting and tabulating hardware around the world. In May 2010, Dominion acquired Premier Election Solutions, formerly Diebold Election Systems, from Election Systems & Software. They just had acquired Premier Election from Diebold, but were required by the United States Department of Justice to sell Premier Election Solutions for anti-trust concerns.
Election Systems & Software, based in Omaha, Nebraska, is the giant of the voting machine industry. In addition to a line of hardware products, the company provides equipment rental, print services, maintenance services, ballot management services, election support, professional services, and voter registration mailing services. The company's equipment, software, and services are used by municipalities and counties throughout the U.S.
HartInterCivic based in Austin, Texas, has been working with election professionals for more than 100 years. The company makes a wide range of voting machines hardware and services. Its election services include consultation, training, professional services, preventative maintenance, and ballot production services. The company claims its mission is to help advance democracy one election at a time."

The Voting Industry website included a list of electronic voting machine vendors, categorized into tiers based on their market prominence (accessed Aug. 17, 2006):
"First Tier voting systems vendors - We again consider First Tier vendors to be firms you simply can't ignore. The grouping here is somewhat artificial. However, these are the big 4 vendors that control the lion's share of the industry: Election Systems and Software [ES&S], Diebold Election Systems, Sequoia, and Hart Intercivic.
Second Tier voting systems vendors include: AccuPoll (has filed for bankruptcy), Advanced Voting Solutions, Avante, Unilect, and Voting Technologies International.
Internet and other voting system vendors - Here is a list of of Internet Voting Companies, Regional Voting Firms and Other elections firms that may have older or very new products: AutoMARK Corporation, Comfidex Corporation, Danaher Corporation, Democracy Systems, MicroVote, Populex, SafeVote [Internet voting systems only], Dategrity (formerly VoteHere), and TruVote."

CorpWatch, a corporate watchdog website, published a Sep. 8, 2004 article titled "November Surprise: Electronic Voting Machines Add Uncertainty to Close Election Races," which stated:
"The Federal Election Commission states that 19 companies produce DREs [as of Feb 20, 2003; list has since been removed from the FEC website; last attempt to access on Aug. 17, 2006], but the market is dominated by just four: Election Systems and Software (ES&S), Diebold Election Systems, Sequoia Voting Systems, and Hart Intercivic.
Between DREs and other voting technologies, machines of these four companies will tally nearly 100 million votes this Election Day, the vast majority of those cast. Furthermore, nearly 50 percent of precincts will use machines created by ES&S."

The Verified Voting Foundation included a list, organized in alphabetical order, of electronic voting machine vendors on its website (accessed Aug. 17, 2006):

(ES&S); EVS (The Association of Electronic Voting Systems); Fidlar Doubleday; Hart InterCivic; MicroVote General Corporation; N.V. Nederlandsche Apparatenfabriek 'Nedap'; Sequoia Voting Systems, Inc.; TruVote International, Inc.; Unilect Corporation; VoteHere, Inc.; and Voting Technologies International."

The Election Technology Council stated in the "Frequently Asked Questions" section of their website (accessed Oct. 2005):
"The Election Technology Council (ETC) is a group of companies that offer products and services which support the electoral process and decided to work together to address common issues facing the industry. These companies believe that the voting infrastructure in the United State in pressing need of improvement, and that electronic systems introduce new levels of voting inclusiveness, accuracy, efficiency and accessibility...
Founding members of the ETC are: Advanced Voting Systems, Diebold Election Systems, Election Systems and Software, Hart InterCivic, Sequoia Voting Systems, and Unilect Corporation. The Council has been joined by Danaher Guardian Voting Systems, VoteHere, and Perfect Voting Systems
Picture biometric?...ok, I've heard enough. Geeesh... and what does that have to do with paper based blockchain voting?
GOGAHC $$$$$
Never happen here bud..... people will not stand for total electronic vote. I've been in Information Systems Security for over 30 years and nothing in my world is secure. Especially with government ID verification. Voting is controlled at the local level in this country. If regs come out concerning block chain voting, I promise you it will have paper backup and only 1 has that tech... so you can hawk Smarts all day but its not happening.
Paperless voting? Good luck with that.
And what makes you think GAHC now owns slidechain patent ??
And what makes you think GAHC now owns slidechain patent ??
Nick Spano's bud .. G1 though... lol
I understand but some of us have watched and been in since 2 years ago and it has steadily increased pps and held value. It has made some crazy moves but overall, steady upward movement. I attribute that to accumulation to stronger hands over time. My other blockchain stocks move on block chain news but this one moves on progress. ..
I know you may not agree but was a great stock for 2017 if you bought on jan1.
1000% + up
Patience on this one....
It would be best for GAHC to not make waves in that market at the moment... the patent has changed everything for many players... I told everyone many times there is a war going on with voting tech and certain people/organizations/Companies are worried.(No more cheating on the booth count side)(registration is next).... Soon, 1 will make a move to paper based blockchain voting and the rest will follow.. players in a multi billion dollar market just got bitch slapped by our patent. ...
