Although Cannabis or any other pipeline news would be nice, there is certainly a need to remind ourselves and KW that the immediate focus has to be on the IND. We can ill afford to loss that focus because, the whole idea behind the success of these pipelines all begins with the lynch pin and that is submitting the IND application for PC with acceptance from the FDA and successful PC trials. Without this we have nothing so, all the bells and whistles mean nothing until we get the application submitted. Anyone disagree?

Regarding the CC, I am hopeful yet cautious as you, Pink and some others continue to point out " we need to hear about the progress toward the submission of our IND". Cells, engineering runs and testing, are we ready to submit. This is the key to our success as a company. Yes funding is important but, unless we can show that everything is a go with our IND then I think expecting funding amounts to putting the cart before the horse.

Honest Question, Where are we getting the money to submit the IND application? I believe it cost a bit as part of the application fee.

Livenbidi, KWs idea of tangible is different than our idea of tangible. We have been screaming for a meaningful update on the IND process yet he gives us an update on anything but. It has been said many times by many folks on this site that the PC trials will be the validation of CIAB. The submitle of the IND is key and that is what matters, nothing else, period end of discussion!

Livendi, I bought in at 29 cents and thanks to the pps going down I’ve been able to gradually reduce my pps. However!!! This guy has promised and promised and then does miss directions by throwing out PRs not related to the primary goal an IND for PC. Now his latest is Chicago but I remember Canada and a lot of posters all agog with speculation, unbelievable!!!

Hold your horses everyone. Have you forgotten tha Canada FBpicture with some statement of more Canadians or something to that effect. A bunch of you started all that crazy speculation. Don’t loss sight. IND should be our focus don’t allow KW to pull that slight of hand junk!

So we’re have a CC nest week. When will they announce day and time? Certainly in a PR and tomorrow is Thursday. I don’t know maybe PR on Monday for a CC on Thursday. Any thoughts?

So, who is going to the meeting? A number of us are unable to attend as for myself I live on the East Coast and frankly cannot afford to take off from work and travel to the West Coast. Although there are difference of opinions regarding the forward progress of PMCB the majority on this site want to see it succeed. I know of late that I've stated the loss of confidence in our management but, that does not mean I'm not rooting for success. So, who ever goes and if the chances avails it please ask the questions, to answers we all desire and if you would please inform us as to the details as you best are able to recall them.

I agree, we don't need to sell more shares. Since, we have not seen the proof in the pudding (IND) then freeze all salaries and now we have money to move forward.

If you really feel that way then a Nay vote is appropriate. I believe KW will get his vote but, if you think that there is BS here then to not say your piece, you do your self a disservice. I voted Nay not because I don't want our company to succeed but because I've grown tired of KW's gimmicks.

Is it possible that this SH's meeting is just another gimmick by KW, you know just another way to misdirect the SH's and stall for time. As A2Z pointed out in a prior post KW has not been overly honest with us always feeding false expectations. The false expectations is one of the reasons the PPS is so low, lack of confidence in the stock. Perhaps if there was never any false expectations floated the PPS would be higher and then when shares are sold more money would have been generated as apposed to more shares sold and less monies brought in. Just my thoughts.

I voted "NO" I'm tired of this ride I'd like to see what we've been promised, you know the, "We're There" thing. And the constant delay and excuses about the cells and how perfect they are now and the staggered runs. How long has it been now, its been so long I forgot when they even started. Yet we get PR's on things like Marijuana and God knows what else. But, nothing on the most important piece "IND". Now we got some tip top secret meeting that the SH can't listen in on and no recording for later analysis by SH but, there is going to be a vote about shares. Our company is being run into the ground, of course this is just my opinion, you know a casual observation by a very angry and tired and fed up SH who wants answers and no more gimmicks from our wonderful and really great CEO.

Ray, aren’t you the least bit curious as to why there has been no mention so far. Most of the discussion here on this board now is all centered around this meeting that the vast majority of SH are unable to attend. Add to that not being able to listen in and it not being recorded. All of a sudden the staggered runs and results that we have been waiting for has fallen off the map. They can’t tell a select few at a meeting about the results that has to be told to everyone.

1234, earlier you posted about a dozen good questions on why we should trust someone being in total control. I have those same concerns and others do as well.

A2Z, I can’t believe that just about everyone has lost sight on the staggered runs. It’s like the donkey who has the carrot in front of his face. Always trying to taste a bite but never getting there. I think Bear is right, we need another Phase I. KW will say “ since we’ve made the cells so perfect we want to do a new Phase I”
