Jesus people upset over a measly 145k, that won't do anything, imagine what they will say when they shares are issues to fund the project , get back to reality folks. 5-8 million shares is nothing.
Awesome thanks good sir
How many at 1 /3
Current lvl2?
145,000/.03 even at worst 145,000/.018 is only 8mil , again we do many times that in volume each day
Ok you realize the note is only for 4.8 million shares, we do many times that in volume each day. It's not a big deal in the least.
We've already traded morexshares today then Lender will receive
Dude it's a small loan , not a million, or multi million dollar loan. Do u think mmex is hiring companies or getting permits for free?
The CEO can pump the hell out of his stock
Lol145k is worring you lol, it's not borrowed millions of dollars it's literally 4.8 million shares, it much at all
Really people worried that's only 4.8 million shares at .03, this market could absorb that quit easily . And if they were smart they will wait to convert when this project gets the green light
Read the entire contract, at the end of it, it details everything maple is giving mmex in exchange for shares. The moving of assets will only be used to help the debt and equity financing
4.0
LAND/REFINERY SITE LOCATION
4.1 Purchase and Sale Agreement for refinery location in Pecos County, Texas entered into between Maple Resources Corporation and Hayes Parker dated as of February 20, 2017.
4.2 Maps of possible locations
4.3 Ownership maps
4.4 Term Sheets, MOU’s Letters of Intent with potential landowners
4.5 Rights of way, easements
4.6 Land Use Permits
Maple is putting assets into mmex , to speed along financing, debt and equity.
Wrong , the evaluation is on what maple is giving mmex, which is all in the contract .
The land is part of the contract, so it would be included.
I'm still holding 75% of my shares from .006 average now .008, averaging up
Really need to get some volume
Hard to explain that to day traders and people who trade otc
Your post was blank
We just had a pretty impressive 8-k
Current lvl2 anyone?
Your putting to much effort into this, you can trade the stock and make money , that's all that matters down here
What's lvl2 look like today?
Maybe frank will turn the boat around
Still here from the .00, riding free shares now.
That makes no sense, it would be trinity who would have to not follow through, it's now THIER job to secure permits for MMEX
The hiring of trinity to get the permits done, isn't that enough lol
Well if them dumping shares makes us gain , please keep dumping lol.
Seeing as Hanks plans to send all refined product tempt Mexico, as they currently import 60% of their fuel, don't be surprised if the Mexican government helps fund the project.
No you won't be worth multi billions at 55,000bbl. 100's of millions
Only issue I see is that they don't operate 365 days a year. Usually a 2-3 week shut down each year. I think the basic net profit sits about $8/bbl
They make much more money than a 50,000 bbl refinery.
That's more realistic, is say top out at .25 -35 with current SS. A 55,000 bbl should net $150 million a year in revs
What statements have no foundation? They are in the process of getting environmental permits(by hiring trinity that puts them in great position) have hired some A+ engineering folks.
And that will be the problem, you don't secure financing and environmental permits over night. Assuming there will be more news after more news is unrealistic.
Permits, that's the news we need. Often they can find financing before they environmental is done, but the permits are the MOST important aspect of the entire project, if they are approved private investors will be throwing money hand over fist at MMEX.
Crystal ball!
You don't need the land first , just as I could apply for permits to build an extension on your house, tho I don't technically own the land
