I think this is more of a Keber taking back the pieces of the company he built. How and why this tanked is more indicative of this happening by design than per chance. 3rd quarter is enough time for the old stockholders to lick their wounds and forget about the investment they made in a company that was leading the pack and failed so miserably. Hear that? That is the sound of investors money flying away. Gheezus Arizona Tea was looking at us to do infused beverages or was that just bullchit?
still flatter than piss on a plate. No plan or ability to spark this to life. We will wind up like Dixie an a forever halted takeover. 10 years existence and 100 products on shelves. that is a lot of lifting by comparison to a lot of newbie potpreneurs and is definitely worth more than what the market is giving it. We've got to have eyes on us from a lot of companies that don't have what we have to offer by way of IP, manufacturing know-how and recipes.
upticked 18% end of trading today on the cse.
https://www.pharmadrug.co/pages/investors/stock-info-and-news
Nut High owns 10% of Pharmadrug formerly Aura. Posner is on the board. They are up almost 60% today on amazing volume. They are going into psychedelics and it looks like there is a lot of interest. And we thought pot was bad!
Palo Verde is the acquisition. Big whoop and hardly haltworthy.
Bottling facility in California is built and ready for production, final approval and occupancy permit, sometime soon, I hope! Permitting and inspection people in California sure don't move quickly and we are burning through $18k a month for a built plant that isn't operating.
Acreage seems to be the forgotten stock although that may change. ACB's stock has been a major surprise with solid increasing volume and uptick in shareprice after a reverse split. Huge volume traded in the States today and an uptick of 50%. Could it be that institutional investors are starting to come on board? Our Acreage deal with Canopy seems to be forgotten about but if funds or institutional buying comes on board in the US in anticipation of regulatory change such that it frees up the US greenrush. I'm liking that theory and Acreage is ridiculously cheap right now with an inked in sweetener. ACB share volume was almost the total float and it is a good company by my reckoning, but so is Acreage. My sense is that the marijuana hopefuls are sorting themselves out with attrition, amalgamation and such and Acreage has an inked deal with the most likely company in the greenrush, Canopy. Canopy has led the way and continues to be the major contender for world leader marijuana company. glta and dyodd
halted amidst rumours of hooking up with RTI and BUZZ.
Big volume today. 10x normal. cleaned up most of the stink bid. Something happening???!!! One last kick at the cat?
Yep! 2 old guys fartin' dust and I seriously question both's mental faculties. I read that Jim Kramer is leaning towards democrats letting the greenrush rip if they get elected. Bernie will get a position on Biden's cabinet and he sees no reason to keep pot where it is and would outright legalize it. Trump recognizes that the big wheels of business must turn or phase 2 Coronovirus will turn into economic breakdown and unhappy, unemployed people that will take to the streets with animosity to government leaders. Having a currency system has bought us some time but running the printing presses forever isn't going to work. Given that more people have free time on their hands, it makes sense that a newer healthier vice is in order and might keep a few of those unhappy people at home in a peaceful state. Trump might make it through another 4 years if elected but I doubt that Biden will, so that leaves the second in command which is where people need to think on. Pence has it all together and is portraying a far more presidential figure than Trump is if that is how things unfold. People like to blame for misfortune so who knows which way the next presidential election is going to go. We live in interesting times!
Constellation just ponied up $200 plus million for more Canopy Growth. Just in case any investors out there don't know about the already inked deal for Canopy to absorb Acreage, this should give a boost to Acreage as still being a viable entity despite the beatdown and manipulation that has happened to our shareprice. Canopy is the world leader for legal pot for both rec and pharma use as well as hemp products which I feel are going to be bigger than thc as more and more consumers are using them for pain and anxiety without official endorsements from Health authorities other than the legal rec use with IND number GWP who led the way and did the work to launch Charlottes' Web for seizures. Canopy is planning for world domination as a tail to snout cannabinoid company and Constellation saw that, plunked down $5 billion Canadian to get 38% of the shares and just plunked down another $200 million to pick up some more shares of Canopy. After hours markets liked this and upticked Canopy. This will be good for all marijuana companies to see that Big Money still likes the greenrush stocks and it looks like Constellation might want the 50% plus share float so they are firmly in the driver's seat. Federally the US is getting dragged towards doing the legislation to legalize pot to allow the US greenrush to begin. After Coronavirus, the US is going to need every tax dollar they can muster and putting the squeeze on the black market drug trade seems like a good thing. This could happen sooner than not with the senate getting tired of it popping up at every turn. Could be as quick as the next election if the votes are close. Worked for Trudeau up in Canada to get him elected because it got the younger generation out to vote. The vote was more for marijuana legalization than it was for choosing leaders. jmho, glta and dyodd

Only related to launching in California and the troubles they have had. Plus some of you know that I see a big future for cannabinoid infused beverages as a huge game changer disruptor to Big Alcohol and specifically beer and coolers. It looks like Neutrisci is hooked up with Chryopharm who have some nice looking beverages on the design board and it looks like they have an angle figured for rapid onset and offset of effect which is imho, critical to edibles and drinkables. Tinley has won some awards and are jumping through hoops in California to get their already built bottling facility licensed and rubber stamped for production so they can kick it into gear. They have a couple of award winning thc infused beverages on some shelves in California which have rapid onset and offset similar to times for alcohol. Their sp is pretty cheap right now considering what they have going on...…….when government gets around to it to license their facility which has taken an unreasonable amount of time, virus or no virus. Could be same reason for Neutrisci's getting their products on shelves in California. Lack of action by responsible governing authorities. Soon, I hope. glta and dyodd
Looks like a little price firming in anticipation of our products in California. Big concentrated market and if you can't make it there then your chances aren't good of making it anywhere. Plus it isn't just Neuenergy. THC and CBD and those nice looking packages should grab people's attention, plus I think we still have Genie who will give those California girls a run for their money. Waiting, waiting...……..
Tinley's management experience knew that all the formulating, market-testing and tweaking were what it is going to take to build a successful company. That formulating and recipes are money and the failure rate is high. New product offerings that are unique like Tinley could sell pretty much anything they come up with once but once will not grow marketshare. Tinley has the braintrust to build a unicorn but this will take time. As a disruptor to alcohol, to steal some of their marketshare will take lobbying to change rules preventing us from being in bars and lounges. When we get mainstream in bars and lounges and consumers recognize us, then we can become as mainstream in retailers as alcohol beverages. Disrupting takes time and effort to open doors and change legislation.
Right now I'm wishing that I was invested in AGN. Like Cannabix they landed in a rose bush instead of the sh!tpile which shows there are always silver linings in the clouds. I'm talking about Yost when I say Cannabix landed in the rose bush. Without him Cannabix wouldn't have gained the credibility that it got. I hope you've got a ton of AGN and make a killing!
US voters seem to respect sage, age and wisdom but don't seem to recognize that these old guys might not be playing with a full deck. In all fairness to Trump, nobody really fathomed how much devastation this pandemic would wreak on the world and I think he was so entrenched in making the USA roar financially, that he sidetracked himself on this Cornavirus. I've seen more signs of Alzheimers in Biden than Trump but Trump was born with a silver spoon in his mouth and can't relate to the common man. I liked Bernie but he was a wayward democrat that was going to make things happen, like Trump, doing it his way. The democrats seem to adopt the mentality of nobody move, nobody gets hurt. If this presidential race is deemed close enough, Federal legal marijuana might be on the ballot. I am convinced that is what got the Canadian Prime Minister elected because it got the younger generation out to vote on it where otherwise they probably wouldn't have voted at all.
As usual you make good points. For me this is just a red or black bet that will get some uptick or tank. I just see the need for such a device and through a little due diligence, I know, that the device is just a part of it and the legal bullchit is the rest. I could have made some decent coin since I invested and I am still sitting in the black. AGN got lucky to be able to convince people that they are the answer. Medical approval for their repurposed drugs will probably still take longer than getting the THC breathalyzer to work in the field even with accelerated approval for drugs, tests and IP tech that is medically purposed. Whoever invents the products that deliver results as promised for either sickness or safety of the masses, will very likely do well if they are invested. It's funny what life throws at us! I never even thought about how a killer virus would affect everything and the degree to which it is. Jmho, glty and dyodd
Tinley has mentioned a lot of progress that they are working towards to be a main player in cannabinoid infused beverages. Milestones require a lot of effort and time, to sort out events beyond their control. Tinley's bottling facility seems to be a gamechanging event according to investors and also seems to be taking a long time to get the final stamp of approval or inspection or what-ever it is so we can bottle our products and co-packers products much more cheaply than us paying co-packers to bottle our lines. Tinley had the courage and commitment to forge ahead and build our own facility to bottle our style of specialized products, as well as other's. Some investors are looking for sales numbers when we have barely been allowed to market our products. Have patience! The reviews that are coming back are pretty good and we have award winning products according to our peers and consumers. If you don't see the future of cannabinoid infused beverages being a disruptor to big alcohol then you might want to move on down the road and find another investment. I am a believer but I also recognize that this won't happen overnight. The playing field with big alcohol is very unfair as government law and policy makers sift through the information to come up with fair and logical guidelines. Tinley has a very successful beverage team assembled with years of experience and successes that are working to bring this whole new legal vice to the marketplace. glta and dyodd
Hopefully because it has been so beat down. I would say overdone, either by disgruntled investors, margin players or some deep pockets trying to change the odds. I'm not saying it was worth the $30 ish that it was flirting with but they are selling product and improving the numbers. Oh, and there is also that Canopy Growth deal that is inked with a nice sweetener in it. That deal was valued at over $3 billion and 300 million already went into Acreage shareholder's pockets. Don't forget that the real guys in the driver's seat are Constellation, the multi-beverage company that are a money making machine with cash availability who saw that their future included marijuana and hemp value added products and very likely includes beverages, because that is what they do best. Unicorns buying unicorns to be the big dog unicorn on the block. The type of management these companies have in their think tank makes them successful and maneuverable. I guess maybe that regular investors are recognizing the potential of this company and it is showing in the sp. Then there are also rumblings of the US doing what is necessary to launch their greenrush.
No Cali launches seem to go in a timely manner. Crazy amount of legal approvals required at every level. I wonder if Chryopharm is actually in the drivers seat manufacturing this and I also wonder if Chryopharm took over Calyx, the distribution arm of Nutritional High. Nut High is on the ropes as far as I can figure so any deals mentioned by NU or Nut High probably died as far as Nut High being the manufacturer of those nice looking new products set to launch in California someday, maybe!
Spreadin' himself pretty thin with those 10 or 15 companies that the bullrun group has inspired over the years. They have managed to move the sp up on a few of their launches. Maybe we should do a change of biz to a Coronavirus sniffer because that seems to be the hot ticket right now. I don't think these guys are hurtin' though. They seem pretty good at taking care of themselves first.
|Historically these guys have failed at most news they have disseminated. I chalked it up to confusion on the part of management or ulterior motive. The shareholders bought a whole bunch of the dreams that these guys were dreaming and I think these guys are hanging by a fingernail. Of course lots of penny flippers love 2c stocks and hope for a rising tide to raise all boats. These guys are out of icecream that they use to try to cover the bullsh!t!
Acreage got a little boost today and I too agree that Canopy paid dearly for Acreage and as things stand now so did Constellation for Canopy. I don't think anybody expected the solid greenrush stocks to tank like they did and I personally didn't expect them to lead the downturn in the marketplace. I figured all of the Big Blue stocks were going to lead the way down as unsustainable. It is going to be a bloodbath for 95% of the greenrush stocks but the survivors should gain some value back. I'm thinking golds and greens with good management that are already producing and the launch of the US greenrush will still be huge, when it happens. glty and dyodd
\I guess it depends what u see in an investment. The price beatdown on this company has been relentless as have most of the other MSO's. The deal is with Canopy Growth who are a leader in the pack. I will never say too big to fail because I plunked my money down on Nortel but I don't think that is the case here. The fact that Canopy inked that deal for some time in the future for Acreage and all of its parts means that they saw value. Reality is harsh and Acreage is dragging anchor pricewise which sweetens the deal for when Canopy takes the reigns. Canopy did ink a deal at a premium as did everybody else on the acquisition trail. The massive beatdown in sp for all of the greenrush stocks is going to separate the buckwheat from the bs but both these companies are making strategic moves to preserve capital and build value. Acreage is the route for Canopy to lock up some assets in the US and when the way is cleared for Canopy to assume Acreage's assets and shareholders it will have to maintain the upside potential for Acreage shareholders. The road to legality is not a straight line and I'm not sure the US has got it right letting the Feds overhang and frustrate their bona-fide marijuana and hemp businesses with threats of losing listings, investments or even criminal charges. A lot of those MSO's have ipo'd in Canada on the CSE so that investors can invest in them and must feel confident that State law will protect them from Fed interference but it would make it a lot easier for the Feds to step into the current times and do what they need to do. There will be a few winners and a heck of a lot of losers. I just don't see the Constellation/Canopy/Acreage on the loser list.
There is a Facebook post showing our bottling line running which is supposed to be taken today. Could it be that we are licensed and operational?!
Seems to be the best kept secret around. Boy has this stock got ugly sister status to Canopy. Investors are so focused on the downtrend in the sp that they forgot the deal that is inked to happen when the US Feds back off and allow legal marijuana. Several theories of what will make the merger happen, MORE, SAFE, Feds de scheduling marijuana. When this happens it will launch the biggest and best greenrush that the world will ever see. glta and dyodd
The Arizona Tea deal is what will move the needle imo. Desperately need some invigorated management with a workable plan and some money, always need money. Dixie stumbled coming out of the gate with their ipo so I was very excited to hear about the AriZona deal potential but it seems to have gone very quiet.
Can't wait to hear from some Californians that we are front and center on shelves in their neck of the woods and that they love them. The beurocratic bumblers are reluctant to allow any cannabinoid products without licenses at every step from growers, manufacturers, shippers and retailers. I am invested in other companies trying to do the same thing and it ain't easy. Gheezus, some parishes in the US are still alcohol free! I do like what we have to offer and see it as viable but that is up to the repeat customers to decide if it will make it. glta and dyodd
Tinley got a new connected distributor to merch their products in Cali. A couple of Vans wasn't going to do it and those will still be utilized for cooler/fridge deliveries or sales vehicles or for special events. Lots of news to come, when it happens. 3rd facility approval and implementation of production. other party bottling. Canadian lp and bottler announcement or Nevada! Potential new product lines and Revenues. glta and dyodd
CSE monthly report due on the 5th or 5 trading days. Could be combined with licensing info or sales number trajectory.
New convenient entries to biggest growing segment of marijuana consumption, edibles. Convenient, easy to consume, inconspicuous and targeting California which is the hottest concentrated market in North America. Tough times with this coronavirus kicking the legs out of everything but in every crowd is a silver lining. Maybe the hometime will increase our customer base for these infused products. Patiently waiting to hear if we are on shelves in Cali. glta and dyodd
One of the first to the finished line.
A flash of green today for our shareprice as our bottling facility closes in on final approvals. Being our own bottler and also having excess capacity above our needs bodes well for increased profits and revenue for co-packing for others.
Believe it or not, they just raised some more money to burn through!
Securities don't get in any rush to get anything done. Investors having their money tied up isn't a priority for them.
I have a feeling that is by design. I also sense that it is about to change very soon. Monday announcement about getting one step closer to getting our facility the green light and rumours that there are co-packing deals waiting on this. It is a crazy time in the financial world with the effects of Coronavirus and the revaluations of greenrush companies with investors looking for old accounting practices to value these companies and nobody rewarding bullchyt. Canopy Growth looks like they are first out of the gate in Canada with thc infused beverages on shelves and getting reviews but I still like what Tinley has done with their award winning market-tested products and the recognition they got. 2 beverages entered and 2 winners is pretty good and we all know how Coca Cola guards that recipe. Those formulations are worth money as is the IP and know-how that they have acquired and that the team brings. Now we will see how they can promote and make the consumer aware that we exist. glta and dyodd
Little interest and very cheap considering they are moving this forward and have a ton of potential.
all that fertilizer they spread (bullchyt) and they can't grow nothing!
Hopefully some Californians announce finding our products in Cali and give them good reviews. Proof is in sales numbers and cannabinoid infused products are doing their best to launch despite the rule book still being written. You need a lot of licensing to be able to do thc or cbd business in California and I don't know if all of those people responsible have gone home until Corona is over.
https://stockhouse.com/news/newswire/2020/03/11/canopy-growth-enters-into-debt-financing-arrangement-with-terrascend
Same kind of a deal that Canopy Growth has inked with Acreage Holdings for sometime off in the future or when the States legalizes marijuana at the Federal level. Also $80 million loan to Terrascend. It seems that these guys are planning for the future in a progressive manner which is better than doing damage control in a reactive manner. I like progressive future see'ers and a long term plan. Most marijuana companies just got the killing blow and are off to the slaughterhouse, but not these guys. Executing business plans to reach goals as opposed to flash in the pan players. glta and dyodd
